I’m thankful for the healing of my hamstrings after I injured it Saturday! Still painful but I was able to complete this 10 minute session
It’s Ramadan and I do these short workouts after suhoor because it is early in the morning and I cannot go out for a walk. It helps keeping me satisfied that I moved after eating and did not go to bed directly.
When do you start after the meal??

I am glad to stumble upon your channel because I love that your exercises are so easy yet effective in making me feel energized. I was diagnosed with diabetes 15 years ago and I am all out in maintaining my blood sugar to as low a level as possible so as not to develop complications. And so learning about your 10-minute after-meal walk is a gift that allowed me to combat sleepiness after eating so I can continue working on my tasks.
