Watch me lower my blood sugar fast with these simple body weight exercises you can do at home for improved health. By using a Nutrisense CGM (continuous glucose monitor) I’m able to demonstrate what happens to my body when I perform 10 minutes of body weight exercise after eating. Research has shown that short, intense bouts of exercise can stabilize glucose levels. Even for those who may have impaired glucose tolerance, circuit training increases insulin sensitivity.

I am 26 and I was unable to get pregnant for almost a year. I didn’t know diabetics was the cause and I found it it was above 330 when i tested after fasting but I changed my life style and i quit all the carbs and finally I got it to 220 after fasting I couldn’t bring down than that finally I saw this video in couple of days dropped to 170 even after eating thank you so much I hope this may help me to normalize my sugar level without any medication

Okay, I have been really working on my blood sugar for nearly three years a. snd have also been doing 18 hr daily fast for almost a year. Still suffering from High blood sugar at readings. SO my bloodsugar was at 197 before this exercise and just took it 172 down 35 points in 10 minutes. AMAZING

47yrs old with pre-diabetic (2019 GDM during pregnancy) no any medication prescribed just controlling my daily diet. After breakfast today, my blood sugar 8.5 (2 hrs post meal) . 2. Sleep 7 to 9 hours

I am so grateful to you for sharing these exercises! My glucose 2 hours after lunch was 133. I felt like that was a little too high. I went searching for lowering blood sugar fast, and here I am; I am happy to report that my glucose level dropped by 25 points- from 133 to 108!
Idk if you have a specific issue, but 2 hours after eating, one's normal blood glucose level (bgl) is supposed to be around 140 mg/dl. So your 133 mg/dl was completely fine.
Your brain needs a constant supply of glucose to run. Try not to underfeed it.
I'm only venturing to state this since I overthought everything when I first got diagnosed with prediabetes and ended up really sick. I fainted and stuff due to low bgl. I had issues remembering and got really irritable too.
Keep these in mind:
Before eating, or as soon as you wake up in the morning, the bgl should be no more than 100 mg/dl.
Just after eating, the bgl should be no more than 200 mg/dl.
2-3 hours after eating, the bgl should be no more than 140 mg/dl.

Thank you! I had a massive spike from eating quinoa, it went up to 12.4mmol/L and I was so worried I did your workout. It brought it quickly down to 8.4! Amazing! I added two 5kg dumbbells and a few extra squats.

I enjoyed these exercises, I just couldn't do the lunges because of knee pain and was able to do just a few of the squats. I could do everything else though, so thanks for taking us through how to lower our blood sugar! I'll have subscribed to your channel :o)
