DOUGH
Bread flour 300g / 2,1/8cup
Sugar 30g / 4Tbsp
Salt 5g / 1tsp
Whole egg 3 / 150g+-
Lukewarm milk 70ml
Instant yeast 5g / 1/2Tbsp
Cold unsalted butter 80g / 1/3cup
EGG WASH
Whole egg 2tsp
Fresh milk 2tsp
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 15-18 minutes

What is your room temperature? In my city, it can go up to 35 degree celcius this summer. Any notice for this kind of weather? Thanks in advance
Hi, generally the fermentation temperature of the dough is 25°C-28°C. If the weather is too hot, you can try to put it in the refrigerator to ferment for over night(8-16hrs), and continue to the next step at next day. The texture of the bread will be softer by this method.

What is bread flour? Is it different from all purpose flour or flour used to make cakes?
Bread flour has more protein.. Do not use "cake flour" to make bread.
You can make bread flour if you don't have it:
Measure out a cup of flour, remove one teaspoon of flour, and replace it with a teaspoon of vital wheat gluten.
Or just use all purpose flour.
