Ingredients
*Cup size: 200 ml*
700 g flour (5.5 cups)
180 ml milk (just a finger below 1 cup)
2 eggs (reserve the white of 1 egg for brushing)
180 g yogurt (5 tablespoons)
160 ml vegetable oil (just a finger below 1 cup)
15 g baking powder (1.5 packets)
18 g salt (1.5 teaspoons)
20 g sugar (1 heaping tablespoon)
*For the filling*
500 g boiled potatoes
100 g finely grated cheese (mozzarella or similar)
2 tablespoons butter
Parsley, black pepper, salt to taste
*For coating*
Sesame seeds or roasted sesame seeds

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the flour. Gradually add the flour while kneading to form a soft dough. The consistency may vary depending on the flour.
2. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and shape each into a ball. Flatten and shape the dough pieces by hand, as shown in the video.
3. Place the prepared shapes onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush with the reserved egg white and coat with sesame seeds.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan-assisted) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

@@NikosPetinarelis-n5h Хозяйка ничего не взвешивает и не измеряет. Она берёт "на глаз" .Моя бабушка всегда так готовила и я тоже так готовлю, если блюдо мне хорошо знакомо. Судя по посуде она взяла около 3 кг картошки и около килограмма муки. Молока около 2 стаканов и сливок не больше пол стакана. Хотя готового теста у неё получилось как на 2 килограмма муки. Скорее всего она добавляла. На видео хорошо видно консистенцию теста. Так что если жидкое - добавьте муку, если густовато - сливок или молока - что есть. От количества яиц зависит, будет ли тесто оседать, после того как поднялось или останется высоким. Чем больше яиц, тем лучше тесто сохраняет пышную форму. Если садится - яиц мало. Сливочного масла в картошку добавила около 100 граммов.

lol, this is all for entertainment, meticulously crafted set and professional production. This is all about revenue! It isn't about sharing one's idyllic life. This is a tremendous amount of work and the picture perfect surroundings are not realistic on a real homestead. I live the independent life in a remote area in central Canada, producing our own water, food, heat, and electricity, so I know what it is all about.

I notice you always cook very large batches of food. Do you feed a large family? I can't imagine making so much at once, even having come from a very large family myself. You must have amazing energy to do so much. My plumber feeds his entire family and grandchildren every single day at lunch, when they all come together. So lovely.
