ABOUT THIS 4 SESSION SERIES:
The result of trauma and chronic anxiety can show up in our bodies through restricted and protective muscle patterns. This often happens in our shoulders and heart space as we curl inward as a means of providing safety, making ourselves smaller, or possibly due to feeling defeated and hopeless.
With mindful movement and calming breath work, we’ll explore our shoulders and the areas that surround them such as the jaw, neck, chest, and upper back.

Hi Ivan, yes, I would encourage you to stop at any point that you feel complete. All of these videos that I just released are from what was previously a paid virtual library which is why they’re a full 60min.
