alright so i'm gonna try this out, with a diet too. (on the breaks i go for a walk for about 40 mins to an hour) *WEEK 1 & 2* day 1: 64.8kg day 2: 64.5kg day 3: 64.3kg day 4:63.9kg day 5: 63.7kg day 6: 63.2kg day 7: 62.6kg day 8: 62.2kg day 9: 61.8kg day 10: 61.4kg day 11: 61.1kg day 12: 60.8kg day 13: 60.4kg day 14: 60.1kg (total weight lost : 4.7kg) - like this to remind me!! ++ notice how my weight drops around 300-400 grams a day, that's just how my body reacts to this workout. keep in mind every other body is different. so some people's weight might drop a higher amount or even a lower amount than my body.

Doing this in 2023 bc I needed something a bit more high intensity.. Day 13 and all I'll say is I definitely see improvements comparing this day to when I started Day 1. Didn't have to pause the video after set 1. My scales def don't show much of a difference numbers-wise, but it definitely is encouraging to know my energy and stamina is improving.

Note: I’ve been doing Chloe Ting videos on and off during quarantine, but since it’s the new year I wanted to start doing it daily. Since I have been exercising during quarantine I won’t be sore but if it’s your first time definitely be prepared to feel it in the morning XD I’ll keep y’all updated in my 2 week shred! (I do the whole workout schedule not just this video) Diet: No major changes in my diet (I eat mediocre. Some days I eat junk food sometimes I eat healthy) I just try to eat till I’m satisfied not eat till I’m full. Starting weight: 145 LBs Day 1: Did all three exercises. I did take some breaks where she encouraged us to. All in all it was ok! Day 2: Just finished Lol. Not as bad as yesterday. I made my breaks a little shorter! Remember to stay hydrated! Day 3: Just finished teehee. I did more low impact ones than I usually do because I just came back from playing basketball. I’m still really sweaty tho lol. Can’t wait for tomorrow:) Day 4: Active Rest Day (according to her schedule) I still went on a walk around my neighborhood to get a little exercise in! Day 5: just finished! I was so tired I just decided not to do the plank challenge video but I did do high intensity options in the other 3 so I hope that balances it out. Some changes with my body that I’ve been noticing are instead of like a full on bloated stomach I’ve been developing like (idk how to put it) lines on the sides of my stomach. Hopefully that’s good lmao Day 6: Today was pretty good! I did all of the workouts and tried to keep my breaks short. I weighed myself just to see if anything was different anddd UMM sis dropped down to 141 pounds- I don’t see anything different on my body but I guess I dropped 4 pounds- (don’t get me wrong this workout probably helps but I think it’s mostly due to the fact that I tried to stop snacking all the time. I tried to have some control over what I ate, so that’s probably what helped the most) Day 7: Active Rest Day... I’m thinking about skipping it and just doing Day 8 tbh Day 8: ok so I did skip the active rest day and do the day 8 work out. It’s was easier and I made all my breaks shorter. I can honestly kind of see my stomach not be so bloated. I really think it’s working Day 9: I did all the videos in the schedule and I’m kinda proud of myself because I didn’t take many breaks (only a few short ones in between sets). I decided to take a few pictures of how I look right now and I compared them to ones I took in November last year and omg I actually look slimmer (disclaimer!! On top of doing these workouts I also cut out a lot of snacking!) I can’t wait till these 2 weeks are over to see my results! Day 10: I did this day with my mom, but she gave up after the first 10 minutes lmao. I was also really tired because my school started today and my sleep schedule is a mess XD. so I didn’t do many high intensity ones and took a lot of breaks. Something I’ve been noticing is that my belly isn’t as squishy as it used to be it’s kinda getting more firm because of all the ab exercises in her schedule! I think this 2 week shred is really helping :) Day 11: supposed to be a rest day but I’m thinking of skipping it again so I can get done with this challenge by Sunday (never mind I think imma use the rest day. My thighs are really sore for some reason so I think some rest will help) Day 12: I’m literally sitting in a pool of my own sweat while I’m writing this. For some reason the heater is on and today I decided to give it my all. I kinda pigged out today so my stomach is a little bloated but it’ll probably go back to normal soon. Oh and something I’ve noticed is that my face is so much slimmer than before- my jawline do be poppin’ just 2 more daysssss Day 13: Just finished! This exercise isn’t just getting me in shape it’s also really helping my mood. Ngl I used to feel so... idk how to describe it, I always felt a little “meh” inside but after working out I feel a little bit lighter and I’m happier. Idk if it’s correlated with working out but it just feels so nice! Along with that my stomach is getting really firm and I can kinda see the outline of abs (pfft it’s only the top two but for a girl who has never had abs this is a huge accomplishment) Day 14: I feel bad cause I took a rest day yesterday (not my fault tho cause I had literal tons of school work to do) but I FINISHED!!! I’m so proud of myself! Now the reveal y’all have been waiting for... Final weight: 141.2 LBs Note: not only did I lose 4 pounds I can really see a change in my body. I just finished the 2020 two weeks shred and came to tell my girls who want to get started with my results. My before and after results: waist/: 72/68.5 hips/:91.5/89.5 right leg/: 56/54.5 left leg/: 56.5/54.5 right arm:26.5/25 left arm:26/25 I couldn't pay attention to my diet. I ate whatever was cooked at home. I'm Turkish and our foods has a lot of calories. Some days I couldn't even complete the videos. But still great results. Thanks Chloe. You can do it my girls!!
I was dying in the middle of a workout when my mom came in. She was about to ask me to do something, but when she saw that I was working out, she smiled and said, "Oh, you're working out? It's ok, I'll ask you to do something later." I dunno why, but that just gave me a boost of motivation for some reason:)
I DID IT!!!!!!!! I did the whole workout without pausing it or doing the lower impact version once! I started two weeks ago with the 2020 2 weeks shred challenge and I would stop the video after every set and I couldn`t do most of the exercises. Now, after 2 weeks I`m finally able to do the whole video. So for anyone who`s starting their workout routine: you can do it!!! I`ve done it and so can you, give yourself time and don`t give up!
Omg well done !! I was always working. Out in quarantine last year but I stopped so today I started the workout and did low impact and substituted some because my body has just exercised for the first time in months so I want to take a few days working out but taking it easy then move up . I’m so proud of you , you got this !! :)
I cant wait until i reach that stage, im on day 3 and i can tell its taking less time to catch my breath and im able to do more of the high impact versions. Lets do this!!!!

Hi I'm here in 2023 trying this work out, I'm seeing alot of people lose weight from this and I'm hoping I do to! I'm going to update from day 1 to 14 to boost myself to do this everyday. And to everyone else here I believe in you. We are all in this together! Current:99.3kgs Goal: 65kgs Day 1✅ - it was quite difficult I took 1 long break, I was very much out of breath, couldn't do a few of the exercises but I definitely feel the pain from this work out ! Im hoping this works! Day 2 - ✅ - Day 2 complete I woke up to alot of pain in my legs ( I can barely sit down 😭) doing the work out was a bit easier but my legs hurt so bad that some of the exercises were quite difficult, but I did it! Day 3 - ✅ - it's day 3 already! My legs didn't much today and I did more exercises than on day 1 and 2 it felt quite easy today so I'm really excited! and I've already lost 2kg! (I am on a diet and doing other forms of exercise) Day 3 complete Day 4 - ❎- Hi thank you for reminding me to do this bc I forgot 😭 I didn't do day 4 because it was my bday and I had alot of things to do sorry! Day 5-❎✅? - I only did about 10mins of the work out BC I wasn't feeling the best and another 10min workout but I took no breaks and tried really hard.ill do it properly tmrw! UPDATE NOV 25: The feeling is good when I came back exercising to this routine again after skipped 1 day. (Yesterday, I wasn't able to work out). I had longer endurance. It's okay to have a rest for a day, to let your muscles heal too. (That's what I've heard from my fitness instructor) Regarding my diet, I'm maximizing my intake of Greeny Vegetables and Fruit! My homemade Kimchi really helped me as well and so Green tea before going to sleep. UPDATE NOV 26: Since I stopped Kpop diet already, I'm not consuming small amount of rice and lots of vegetables and fruits. I also eat proteins like chicken and fish meat. I've decided to stop kpop diet (i just did it for 1 week tho) since I'm afraid to destroy my metabolism and I started getting dizzy. But it helped me lose weight like 1kg/day for 2-3 days woah.. but I do not recommend it. Very risky. UPDATE NOV 27: Not much update. My current goal now is to reach 64.9kg weight. UPDATE NOV 28: I ate carbs today cuz we have macaroni for dinner. I'm getting worried of not reaching 64.9kg tomorrow. Tomorrow is my 14th day, and I have to move on to other chloe ting's work out challenges. I'm thinking to go on 2 weeks abs challenge or leg work out. Or if I didn't reach 64.9 kg tomorrow, I might extend this workout for another 1 week. NOV 29: Woah, I can't believe it. 64.8kg! Yay, from 67.9kg to 64.8 kg. 3kg difference in two weeks. Doing this for 2 week shred Like to remind me Body before - flabby , thighs just touch no sign of abs but I’m not fat Day 1 - genuinely thought I was gonna die Day 2 - I’m so so sore. Found exercises harder to do then yday Day 3 - still a bit sore. A bit easier Day 4 - rest day !!!
*To people who gave up* : It is tiring. Your whole body aches and you just don't have the strength anymore to move a muscle. Sometimes you don't even feel like standing up in the morning because there is this inner exhaustion that prevents you from doing literally anything. However, I know one thing. I know one thing for sure about *you* . Something that will change how you face challenges at least for the next few minutes and maybe,... maybe it's even enough for you to keep going. To try to change something about your decision to give up. *You aren't happy!* You aren't happy with how you look or how you feel in your own skin. If you did you wouldn't have started this challenge. You had build up the motivation but gave up when it came crashing down. Maybe you didn't see results fast enough or maybe you realized how hard it is and think you are content with what you had. But are you really? If so, what was your motivation of doing this challenge? You know you are capable of achieving what you wish for. Even if you don't want to admit it. You have to fight for it. Nobody is gifting you self-love and confidence. It's the decisions you make that matter. So get up and face your challenges. *You are unbelievable powerful* *You are beautiful* *You are capable* *You matter* Even if I only motivated one of you, that's still a life that I changed. hey, guys! I don't usually comment on UA-cam videos, but since this helped getting through the 2020 2 week shred, I felt the need to come here and share my experience! I am a 18 year old girl, just finished school and waiting for college to start. I was going to enroll on September, but it delayed until November. I decided to do this as a way to care for my health and weight, since I just stopped doing exercise at all when studying for the ENEM. Not even kidding, tomorrow is my last day on this challenge. The first day was SUPER hard whenever I jumped, I felt really heavy. My arms??? 2 little spaghetti strips. I was SWEATING!!!! But after the first rest day, I felt so much stronger than before. As I am finalizing this life-changing experience - I will be doing the others challenges -, I see already the abs poking in, my legs are way thinner and my arms are so much stronger. I am adapting to better habits such cause of this silly challenge. You CAN do it, have faith in yourselves and remember, whatever comes easily, goes easily. GO GO GO GO!! ❤❤🎉

@@zenaidasaltarin3141 No! I took all the breaks days that was recommended (even more lol) and ate some food I was craving like crazy, pasta, sweets. The thing I respected the most while doing this challenge was balance. Just listen to your body and don't push yourself tooooo far

Guys, I have just finished 2020 2 weeks shred challenge. My body changes slowly and slowly, here are some results. Before After Arms: 27cm 25cm Chest 86cm 89cm Waist: 76cm 72cm Butt: 99cm 95cm Thighs: 51cm 47cm Calves: 37cm 36cm I used to be self-esteem about my body, but I thought that the future-me will thank me for what I did, so I tried, and yeah, did it. Hope this can motivate you guyss.

Attempting to complete the 2020 2 Weeks Shred! Hello! I just started this challenge because I seemed to be craving a more high intensity than the 2019 one and oh my lord did I get what I wanted...AND MORE. I completed the 2019 Shred a couple days ago and wanted to continue my journey here!

The best feeling is when you dont look at the time and the you just do all the exercises not knowing when its gonna end and it suddenly ends I really recommend it

I still have a long way to go but this challenge is definitely a good start so y'all just remember it might be hard (cuz goddamn it was) just don't give up it's so worth it!~ we're all in this together 🤗🤗
This is my third time doing this 2 week shred challenge. For me, this is the most difficult, but the most burning and effective workout. Just what you need. Thanks Chloe for your efforts. With you, I was able to tighten my figure in a fairly short time and I am sure that in the future I will achieve the figure of my dreams. I wish everyone not to give up and achieve success! Started: August 28th 2020 day 1: ✔️ day one was so hard I felt like I was already dying by the second exercise of set 1 😭😭 my chest was literally hurting and I was so breathless lmao day 2: ✔️ day 3: ✔️ exercising is so hard (: and I don’t feel any burn when I do some of these exercises. Am I doing the formations correctly ?? Hhh I’m not sure. I’m wanting to loose weight and I’m worried that these exercises are making me gain muscle, which is what I don’t want. If anyone knows if these exercises build muscle,, then please lmk! edit: thank you for your replies! I’ll work on adapting the way I exercise to the suggestions I’ve received (: day 4: ✔️ whenever I do these exercises my cat always lays on the chair in my room and sleeps 😭😭 he doesn’t even have to workout. That’s unfair ):< these exercises are getting easier though! They’re becoming less hard, although they still are hard to do (‘: also happy jungkook day to any armys,, USA armys got billboard #1 too :D day 5: ✔️ I feel great lmao. I usually don’t feel ‘good’ after exercise necessarily but maybe it’s to do with the fact that I really didn’t want to workout today. day 6: ✔️ I didn’t have a good day today, I was feeling anxious etc. so I decided to exercise earlier than I usually do since I thought that it would make me feel better. And it did! I’m feeling better and more refreshed now, although today was extra hard for some reason and I sweated so much more than I usually do. I was also gonna do her abs workout after but maybe tomorrow lmao day 7: ✔️ as I was doing the mountain climbers I kept hearing the water slosh around in my stomach wtH HAHAHHA also we’re halfway through!! :D day 8: ✔️ day 9: ✔️ day 10: ✔️ day 11: ✔️ day 12: ✔️ day 13: ✔️ tomorrow is the last dayyy aHhhhh day 14: ✔️ Finally I’m done with this workout! I’ll come back and update this again in a few hours with any results I might have gotten and a few notes (: RESULTS: I honestly have no idea if I lost any weight or if my physical body changed !! This is because I didn’t measure myself on the day that the workout finished but I weighed myself a week after I finished it and I think i gained like 0.1kg 😭 lmao but that’s because it’s probably weight I gained from when I stopped doing the exercise! I have a huge mirror in my room and i could see myself doing this workout and i hated how i looked weak and ugly, but i resisted the urge of crying and kept going. I hope it will get better. I’ll update tomorrow!
Honestly that’s not a good idea! It’s gonna reduce your self confidence and no one looks good during and after a workout - other than chloe ting ofc but that’s coz she’s a goddess!!!

Okay y’all want before and after results? You got them. I was pretty physically unfit before, carrying about 20 lbs of extra stuff I didn’t really need. First few times? Whew. I could do maybe 30% of exercises, only modified, stopping every two-three exercises to catch my breath and laying on the floor for 30 minutes afterwards just….existing. Did half of what I could wrong, my body tried to get around exercising correct muscles with my improper form. Did not do other exercises in the shred set because I couldn’t find the power or the will. After 2 weeks? I started doing about 70-80% of exercises, most still modified, still resting for 2-3 mins between sets. Now, a month and a half in? Bro. I stop between sets for longer and I use a chair for lunges because my balance is shit, but I do it with her! Fully! I kinda have abs now. Didn’t lose a single pound but look better for sure and carry myself better. My thighs are smooth as hell just all the time now and I just love how I can do the exercises and still feel the burn. I can do 5 burpees now, before? None. I can do a minute plank, before? 7 seconds. I can do 5-6 knees push-ups, and I could do 1 before. So, I've been struggling with lots of suicidal thoughts and depression, and even though i'm in my 3rd day of the 2 weeks challenge I'm feeling so much better and motivated, I even started to laugh when I'm doing a complicated excercise and I can't wait to share my results the final day. I'm doing the 2020 2 weeks shred! I finished the 2019 shred yesterday and now I'm doing this and challenging myself! Day 1: ✅ it was actually fun even though it was hard but time just flew away quickly! Day 2: ✅ IT WAS FUN AND I SEE A BIT RESULTS(as i did the 2019 shred earlier) Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ it was sooo fun todayy as she promised!! Sorry i forgot to update and im not taking any rest days so, dont be confused if its only 11 days

The first day I started it was so hard, and people kept saying it gets easier, I was so convinced it wouldn't get easier but here I am day four and honestly it got easier and more fun. I definitely feel stronger than the day 1 and I am proud of myself for even getting to day 4😊
Starting September 1 Day 1 : ✔ did the warm up this and the abs workout i was totally dead and the sweat won't stop 😭 i survived this workout tho but the abs workout was so hard i took longer breaks. Day 2 : ✔ so today i was feeling so lazy all day but finally made myself to go and wear those workout clothes and just do today's workout 9min trough the workout my sis came in and told me to go out with her i had to go with her and stop half way trough and came back late at night but i completed the workout feeling so proud of myself lol i survived but the arms and core workout was so hard ans challenging i don't have a mat so im working just on floor i would just slip on my face after 20sc trough i didn't do all the exercices and some planks variations i would just stick to a normal plank . Day 3 : ✔ done again 👌 the abs workout is still so hard and challenging for me i take longer rests or i stop before the time is up the leg workout was so fun ! I love legs workout . See ya next day. Day 4 : ✔ was a rest day haha Day 5 : ✔❌ lol i only did the warm up the full body workout the abs workout and the cooldown. Im so tired was doing a lot of housework these days and i kinda hurt my back also i didn't sleep well last night if i would've done other two workouts i would just start crying in the middle of em 😭 . But i didn't want to just sit so i moved my body a lil bit i some exercices was a lil bit easier than the first day some wasn't but im just at the first 5 days ! Hi everyone, just started this 3 days ago: -Day 1: pure suffering, but I did it all through. Sweating gallons ! -Day 2: sore everywhere, hard to complete but I went through it. Sweating a lot. Took a day off cause I went for a long walk. -Day 3 (today): hard but less than before. I could do an exercice that I couldn't do last time, so happy ! Still sweating, well it's good. It's my third day with this workout and believe me you got this! I can even do planks now and I couldn't do them on my first day it's so much easier now

So I’m on day 9 right now so I will give a final update in a couple of days but I’ll just tell you as of right now there’s not a total night and day difference in the way my body looks, I can definitely see that I am looking slimmer and I am starting to get those ab lines but it’s not a completely huge and noticeable difference but that might be because I see my body all the time and I may just not realize the change. Weight wise I started the program off at 128lbs and as of right now I’m at 125lbs (I also just started a fasting diet) I will let you know in about 5 days what my body looks like but I don’t think it will change too much from what it looks like now. Hope this helps!! ( also I definitely think it is worth giving the program a try because every body is different and your body may change faster or slower than mine so I think you should definitely give it a try!)

But im doing the 2 week shred challenge only to be consistent enough and make exercise my habit...coz in one day we are motivated enough to do the 60min cardio and on the other I just don't want to get up from my bed.. I can just say if you are consistent enough and want to see result I think you should go for 4 week coz the calorie burn is almost same in both and if you just wanted to try you can go for the 2 week...just an opinion tho 🥺..okay imma stop !! Okay so im doing this in 2023 .Usually, im not someone who updates these kinda stuffs but after going thru few of ur comments, i wanna use UPDATING as my inspiration. Good luck to everyone who is trying this!!;) Day1: i kinda did it except a few in between (i did the low intensity ones for those instead) it went pretty good except that i was having a hard time breathing after the first set (prolly since its been over a week since i moved my body this much). Anyways I will try my best to do better tomorrow!! And imma come here and update everyday (remind me if i go missing :')) Day2 : i was kinda sore from yesterday ,but was still able to do it without longer breaks. also, i didnt have a hard time breathing like yesterday.. Day3 : had such a tiring day and came home late after shopping and stuffs. but I HAD TO DO IT ! so i did it even though it was past midnight-💀but anyways it went alriteee.. was kinda tired but still completed it! Day4 : my legs were sore but it feels like my stamina has increased compared to the last few days. i didnt have to pause the video and take a break at all! im getting better day by day and im so proud of myself! hope i will keep getting better and get in shape asap... Day5 : had to skip it unfortunately (regrets every bit of it) Day6: kinda tired from not doing it yesterday BUT COMPLETED IT! tomorrow its gonna be a week and im kinda excited to share how i feel compared to day 1. Day7:FINALLY A WEEK COMPLETED!! its the longest i have kept in track:') these days i am able to do it without extra breaks and i am feeling more energized.. weight wise, i lost around 1kg and physically i lost a lot of upper tummy fat ..i can start feeling myself being in shape which makes me excited to see the end results.. thriving 💪💪
Sis I'm a Muslim too doing this in Ramadan. But id suggest doing the workout after some time you've had iftar and digested what you've eaten for iftaar. I do it like two hours after iftaar.💜💜
Day 1: Took me 1.5 hrs to finish all the workourts. Gave my 100% today and will continue to do so!! Go with your own pace, don't be in a hurry. The goal shouldn't be to reach the end of the video but to make the most of whatever exercise you do!! If you are consistent and take this stuff seriously, nobody can stop you from evolving. This challenge will be a miracle for me, I feel!! If you feel so too, then go on we are all together in this!!❤️

Doing this in 2023 bc I needed something a bit more high intensity.. Day 13 and all I'll say is I definitely see improvements comparing this day to when I started Day 1. Didn't have to pause the video after set 1. My scales def don't show much of a difference numbers-wise, but it definitely is encouraging to know my energy and stamina is improving.

Note: I’ve been doing Chloe Ting videos on and off during quarantine, but since it’s the new year I wanted to start doing it daily. Since I have been exercising during quarantine I won’t be sore but if it’s your first time definitely be prepared to feel it in the morning XD I’ll keep y’all updated in my 2 week shred! (I do the whole workout schedule not just this video)
Diet: No major changes in my diet (I eat mediocre. Some days I eat junk food sometimes I eat healthy) I just try to eat till I’m satisfied not eat till I’m full.
Starting weight: 145 LBs
Day 1: Did all three exercises. I did take some breaks where she encouraged us to. All in all it was ok!
Day 2: Just finished Lol. Not as bad as yesterday. I made my breaks a little shorter! Remember to stay hydrated!
Day 3: Just finished teehee. I did more low impact ones than I usually do because I just came back from playing basketball. I’m still really sweaty tho lol. Can’t wait for tomorrow:)
Day 4: Active Rest Day (according to her schedule) I still went on a walk around my neighborhood to get a little exercise in!
Day 5: just finished! I was so tired I just decided not to do the plank challenge video but I did do high intensity options in the other 3 so I hope that balances it out. Some changes with my body that I’ve been noticing are instead of like a full on bloated stomach I’ve been developing like (idk how to put it) lines on the sides of my stomach. Hopefully that’s good lmao
Day 6: Today was pretty good! I did all of the workouts and tried to keep my breaks short. I weighed myself just to see if anything was different anddd UMM sis dropped down to 141 pounds- I don’t see anything different on my body but I guess I dropped 4 pounds- (don’t get me wrong this workout probably helps but I think it’s mostly due to the fact that I tried to stop snacking all the time. I tried to have some control over what I ate, so that’s probably what helped the most)
Day 7: Active Rest Day... I’m thinking about skipping it and just doing Day 8 tbh
Day 8: ok so I did skip the active rest day and do the day 8 work out. It’s was easier and I made all my breaks shorter. I can honestly kind of see my stomach not be so bloated. I really think it’s working
Day 9: I did all the videos in the schedule and I’m kinda proud of myself because I didn’t take many breaks (only a few short ones in between sets). I decided to take a few pictures of how I look right now and I compared them to ones I took in November last year and omg I actually look slimmer (disclaimer!! On top of doing these workouts I also cut out a lot of snacking!) I can’t wait till these 2 weeks are over to see my results!
Day 10: I did this day with my mom, but she gave up after the first 10 minutes lmao. I was also really tired because my school started today and my sleep schedule is a mess XD. so I didn’t do many high intensity ones and took a lot of breaks. Something I’ve been noticing is that my belly isn’t as squishy as it used to be it’s kinda getting more firm because of all the ab exercises in her schedule! I think this 2 week shred is really helping :)
Day 11: supposed to be a rest day but I’m thinking of skipping it again so I can get done with this challenge by Sunday (never mind I think imma use the rest day. My thighs are really sore for some reason so I think some rest will help)
Day 12: I’m literally sitting in a pool of my own sweat while I’m writing this. For some reason the heater is on and today I decided to give it my all. I kinda pigged out today so my stomach is a little bloated but it’ll probably go back to normal soon. Oh and something I’ve noticed is that my face is so much slimmer than before- my jawline do be poppin’ just 2 more daysssss
Day 13: Just finished! This exercise isn’t just getting me in shape it’s also really helping my mood. Ngl I used to feel so... idk how to describe it, I always felt a little “meh” inside but after working out I feel a little bit lighter and I’m happier. Idk if it’s correlated with working out but it just feels so nice! Along with that my stomach is getting really firm and I can kinda see the outline of abs (pfft it’s only the top two but for a girl who has never had abs this is a huge accomplishment)
Day 14: I feel bad cause I took a rest day yesterday (not my fault tho cause I had literal tons of school work to do) but I FINISHED!!! I’m so proud of myself! Now the reveal y’all have been waiting for...
Final weight: 141.2 LBs
Note: not only did I lose 4 pounds I can really see a change in my body. If you’ve read this far just know this is a sign for you to START IT NOWWW!!!

Hi I'm here in 2023 trying this work out, I'm seeing alot of people lose weight from this and I'm hoping I do to! I'm going to update from day 1 to 14 to boost myself to do this everyday. And to everyone else here I believe in you. We are all in this together!
Current:99.3kgs Goal: 65kgs
Day 1✅ - it was quite difficult I took 1 long break, I was very much out of breath, couldn't do a few of the exercises but I definitely feel the pain from this work out ! Im hoping this works!
Day 2 - ✅ - Day 2 complete I woke up to alot of pain in my legs ( I can barely sit down 😭) doing the work out was a bit easier but my legs hurt so bad that some of the exercises were quite difficult, but I did it!
Day 3 - ✅ - it's day 3 already! My legs didn't much today and I did more exercises than on day 1 and 2 it felt quite easy today so I'm really excited! and I've already lost 2kg! (I am on a diet and doing other forms of exercise) Day 3 complete
Day 4 - ❎- Hi thank you for reminding me to do this bc I forgot 😭 I didn't do day 4 because it was my bday and I had alot of things to do sorry!
Day 5-❎✅? - I only did about 10mins of the work out BC I wasn't feeling the best and another 10min workout but I took no breaks and tried really hard.ill do it properly tmrw!
Hi guys I'm so sorry I did forget to update you guys after day 5 because I forgot but I can say this work out definitely works and i lost 7kgs after 2 weeks! I suggest this work out and I now weigh 92.3! I'm so happy that im losing weight and I can't wait to meet my goal weight. I hope you all are doing great and remember no to give up!

I weigh myself in the morning I wake up, right after I pee and without consuming anything.
[Together with kpop diet and lots of water for 1 week]
IMPORTANT: DO NOT TRY KPOP DIET IF YOU'RE DIABETIC OR HAVE OTHER GASTROINTESTINAL ISSUES (Ulcer etc)
Current diet: Low Carb diet with lots of fruit and vegetables + loads of water drinking and green tea before going to sleep.
UPDATE AS OF NOV 20: I added Green Tea on my diet in the evening. Maybe the reason why I lost 0.3kg on Nov.21
UPDATE AS OF NOV 21: I modified my Kpop diet with more protein and just a little piece of chocolate to prevent me from getting dizzy. KPOP diet is not permanent guys, you really need to feel your body when doing this method. So far, I doing and feeling okay (much better and lighter) with this diet.
UPDATE AS OF NOV 22: I went out on a birthday party which was really challenging. There are so many delicious food but I only took Chicken breast, veggies and drank lots of water to lose my appetite.
UPDATE AS OF NOV. 23: Nothin much, just gained 100g, let's not be discouraged. We can do it!
UPDATE NOV 24: I focused on work today (shooting for YT videos), I didn't have much time to work out because I think if I work out, I will pass out haha, to those who are concern about my health thank you so much. Yea I felt a little dizzy awhile ago in the afternoon. I think I have to stop kpop diet since it's been a week already.. I will just proceed now to low carb diet instead.
UPDATE NOV 25: The feeling is good when I came back exercising to this routine again after skipped 1 day. (Yesterday, I wasn't able to work out). I had longer endurance. It's okay to have a rest for a day, to let your muscles heal too. (That's what I've heard from my fitness instructor) Regarding my diet, I'm maximizing my intake of Greeny Vegetables and Fruit! My homemade Kimchi really helped me as well and so Green tea before going to sleep.
UPDATE NOV 26: Since I stopped Kpop diet already, I'm not consuming small amount of rice and lots of vegetables and fruits. I also eat proteins like chicken and fish meat. I've decided to stop kpop diet (i just did it for 1 week tho) since I'm afraid to destroy my metabolism and I started getting dizzy. But it helped me lose weight like 1kg/day for 2-3 days woah.. but I do not recommend it. Very risky.
UPDATE NOV 27: Not much update. My current goal now is to reach 64.9kg weight.
UPDATE NOV 28: I ate carbs today cuz we have macaroni for dinner. I'm getting worried of not reaching 64.9kg tomorrow. Tomorrow is my 14th day, and I have to move on to other chloe ting's work out challenges. I'm thinking to go on 2 weeks abs challenge or leg work out. Or if I didn't reach 64.9 kg tomorrow, I might extend this workout for another 1 week.
NOV 29: Woah, I can't believe it. 64.8kg! Yay, from 67.9kg to 64.8 kg. 3kg difference in two weeks. I survived the two week shred challenge! Yey! It's time for me to go through some other 2 weeks challenges of chloe. We'll see you guys again.

hey, guys! I don't usually comment on UA-cam videos, but since this helped getting through the 2020 2 week shred, I felt the need to come here and share my experience! I am a 18 year old girl, just finished school and waiting for college to start. I was going to enroll on September, but it delayed until November. I decided to do this as a way to care for my health and weight, since I just stopped doing exercise at all when studying for the ENEM. Not even kidding, tomorrow is my last day on this challenge. The first day was SUPER hard whenever I jumped, I felt really heavy. My arms??? 2 little spaghetti strips. I was SWEATING!!!! But after the first rest day, I felt so much stronger than before. As I am finalizing this life-changing experience - I will be doing the others challenges -, I see already the abs poking in, my legs are way thinner and my arms are so much stronger. I am adapting to better habits such cause of this silly challenge. You CAN do it, have faith in yourselves and remember, whatever comes easily, goes easily. GO GO GO GO!! ❤❤🎉

I’m feeling better and more refreshed now, although today was extra hard for some reason and I sweated so much more than I usually do.

I honestly have no idea if I lost any weight or if my physical body changed !! This is because I didn’t measure myself on the day that the workout finished but I weighed myself a week after I finished it and I think i gained like 0.1kg 😭 lmao but that’s because it’s probably weight I gained from when I stopped doing the exercise! Idk if that makes sense but basically Idk if I lost any weight?? Which I’m sorry about but also I don’t mind since I was doing this workout just generally to be more fit!

I did this back in 2021 , i didn't finish it , now I'm starting all over in 2024 , i nearly stopped in the middle of the video cause i couldn't handle it but seeing y'all comments motivated me to complete it tbh it's only hard in the few first minutes (i hate cardio) ,and yet there's still 3 videos left and imma finish em inshallah KEEP PUSHING 🙏🏻 , I'm at 50kg i wanna reach 45 or less , (I'm 149 cm height) imma put my results here once the 2 weeks ends , good luck everyone!
Okay y’all want before and after results? You got them. I was pretty physically unfit before, carrying about 20 lbs of extra stuff I didn’t really need. First few times? Whew. I could do maybe 30% of exercises, only modified, stopping every two-three exercises to catch my breath and laying on the floor for 30 minutes afterwards just….existing. Did half of what I could wrong, my body tried to get around exercising correct muscles with my improper form. Did not do other exercises in the shred set because I couldn’t find the power or the will. After 2 weeks? I started doing about 70-80% of exercises, most still modified, still resting for 2-3 mins between sets. Now, a month and a half in? Bro. I stop between sets for longer and I use a chair for lunges because my balance is shit, but I do it with her! Fully! I kinda have abs now. Didn’t lose a single pound but look better for sure and carry myself better. My thighs are smooth as hell just all the time now and I just love how I can do the exercises and still feel the burn. I can do 5 burpees now, before? None. I can do a minute plank, before? 7 seconds. I can do 5-6 knees push-ups, and I could do 1 before. It feels great I don’t even care about the pounds anymore lol and I crave exercise! Working out excites me and I would never even imagine being that person that likes exercise. Feels good man.
You are absolutely right! Even tough pounds are not lost, you can feel much stronger. I admire you so much for making it through for 2 months and even tough you struggled you did not stop. Thanks for motivation and remember that you are very capable❤️

The first day I started it was so hard, and people kept saying it gets easier, I was so convinced it wouldn't get easier but here I am day four and honestly it got easier and more fun. I definitely feel stronger than the day 1 and I am proud of myself for even getting to day 4😊

Starting September 1
Day 1 : ✔ did the warm up this and the abs workout i was totally dead and the sweat won't stop 😭 i survived this workout tho but the abs workout was so hard i took longer breaks.
Day 2 : ✔ so today i was feeling so lazy all day but finally made myself to go and wear those workout clothes and just do today's workout 9min trough the workout my sis came in and told me to go out with her i had to go with her and stop half way trough and came back late at night but i completed the workout feeling so proud of myself lol i survived but the arms and core workout was so hard ans challenging i don't have a mat so im working just on floor i would just slip on my face after 20sc trough i didn't do all the exercices and some planks variations i would just stick to a normal plank .
Day 3 : ✔ done again 👌 the abs workout is still so hard and challenging for me i take longer rests or i stop before the time is up the leg workout was so fun ! I love legs workout . See ya next day.
Day 4 : ✔ was a rest day haha
Day 5 : ✔❌ lol i only did the warm up the full body workout the abs workout and the cooldown. Im so tired was doing a lot of housework these days and i kinda hurt my back also i didn't sleep well last night if i would've done other two workouts i would just start crying in the middle of em 😭 . But i didn't want to just sit so i moved my body a lil bit i some exercices was a lil bit easier than the first day some wasn't but im just at the first 5 days ! Let's motivate each others guys 🙏❤

Day 10 : ❌ i was so ashamed to post this since a lot of ppl are waiting for me to finish the program but i was just tired... so i skipped i could've done at least 5min but yeah it's over Now and today is a better day for a fresh start again!

Hi everyone, just started this 3 days ago:
-Day 1: pure suffering, but I did it all through. Sweating gallons !
-Day 2: sore everywhere, hard to complete but I went through it. Sweating a lot. Took a day off cause I went for a long walk.
-Day 3 (today): hard but less than before. I could do an exercice that I couldn't do last time, so happy ! Still sweating, well it's good.
I need to stay consistent. I always feel scared at the beginning but I'm always happy to see that I finally can do 95% of it at least.

So I’m on day 9 right now so I will give a final update in a couple of days but I’ll just tell you as of right now there’s not a total night and day difference in the way my body looks, I can definitely see that I am looking slimmer and I am starting to get those ab lines but it’s not a completely huge and noticeable difference but that might be because I see my body all the time and I may just not realize the change. Weight wise I started the program off at 128lbs and as of right now I’m at 125lbs (I also just started a fasting diet) I will let you know in about 5 days what my body looks like but I don’t think it will change too much from what it looks like now. Hope this helps!! ( also I definitely think it is worth giving the program a try because every body is different and your body may change faster or slower than mine so I think you should definitely give it a try!)

But im doing the 2 week shred challenge only to be consistent enough and make exercise my habit...coz in one day we are motivated enough to do the 60min cardio and on the other I just don't want to get up from my bed.. I can just say if you are consistent enough and want to see result I think you should go for 4 week coz the calorie burn is almost same in both and if you just wanted to try you can go for the 2 week...just an opinion tho 🥺..okay imma stop !! Day2 : i was kinda sore from yesterday ,but was still able to do it without longer breaks. also, i didnt have a hard time breathing like yesterday..
Day3 : had such a tiring day and came home late after shopping and stuffs. but I HAD TO DO IT ! so i did it even though it was past midnight-💀but anyways it went alriteee.. was kinda tired but still completed it!
Day4 : my legs were sore but it feels like my stamina has increased compared to the last few days. i didnt have to pause the video and take a break at all! im getting better day by day and im so proud of myself! hope i will keep getting better and get in shape asap...

Day6: kinda tired from not doing it yesterday BUT COMPLETED IT! tomorrow its gonna be a week and im kinda excited to share how i feel compared to day 1.
Day7:FINALLY A WEEK COMPLETED!! its the longest i have kept in track:') these days i am able to do it without extra breaks and i am feeling more energized.. weight wise, i lost around 1kg and physically i lost a lot of upper tummy fat ..i can start feeling myself being in shape which makes me excited to see the end results.. thriving 💪💪
