    I just made overnight oats, threw some chia seed in there and then decided to go with some ground flax as well. I wonder how it will be in the morning!

      Flaxseeds in this amount should always be ground. I grind them fresh using a coffee grinder.

      I agree my nutritionist said that if they are not ground your body doesn’t benefit from it.

      We usually just estimate it, but if you're tracking your macros, we would recommend measuring it.

    I thought oats were only for horses.
