I just made overnight oats, threw some chia seed in there and then decided to go with some ground flax as well. I wonder how it will be in the morning!

Would it still work if the flaxseeds were not grated? :)
Flaxseeds in this amount should always be ground. I grind them fresh using a coffee grinder.
You have to grind flaxseeds

I agree my nutritionist said that if they are not ground your body doesn’t benefit from it.

We usually just estimate it, but if you're tracking your macros, we would recommend measuring it.
Do we need rosted flaxseed?
Thanks for your comment, you can use any seeds and decide whether you want to roast them or not.
