    I need a flax seed porridge recipe that uses 1/2 c flax seeds. I eat this much every day in a giant green smooth with Dr. Brook Goldner's protocol, but we are going off-grid camping for a week. Blenders won't work. This porridge with spinach salad should take care of my needs. Thank you very much.

    Hi after watching game changers on netflix I have decided to go vegan just watch your video and I tried my first attempt on making porridge with flaxseed do you heat it up or have it cold?

      Awesome to hear that you are going vegan Brett :) One of the best decisions my brother and I ever made.
      As for the flaxseed porridge, you can do both, eat it cold or hot. If it becomes too sticky and thick, simply add more plantbased milk.

    What do you use to sweeten it?

    • @Yes2LifeShow
      @Yes2LifeShow  5 років тому +1

      Hi Ellen! It's really up to you. We just used the fruits here, and you can add whatever you like. For instance, 1 tbsp of agave juice or date syrup. Or some additional bananas or berries.

      @@Yes2LifeShow i have never tried agave, i know that sounds dumb I'll get a bottle when I go to Aldi and try it on my oatmeal

      @@ellenkincaid8434 hehe no worries, and it doesn't sound dumb at all! It's actually just a sweetener, but any kind of your favorite sweetener works as well ;) Let us know how it went :)

    • @thewayfaringgoblin4544

      try and get a fortified milk, it is ur safest bet but if u dont mind the taste of sesame u can add 1tbs of Tahini as your nut butter choice as 2 tbs sesame sees gives a good dose of calcium
