I'm not vegan but I made this for my one year old and he loved it! Thanks!
Awesome, so glad to hear that :) thanks for sharing
I need a flax seed porridge recipe that uses 1/2 c flax seeds. I eat this much every day in a giant green smooth with Dr. Brook Goldner's protocol, but we are going off-grid camping for a week. Blenders won't work. This porridge with spinach salad should take care of my needs. Thank you very much.
I tried now for the first time. Excellent taste! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much, Serdal :) We're glad to hear that.

Need to grind flaxseed
Hi after watching game changers on netflix I have decided to go vegan just watch your video and I tried my first attempt on making porridge with flaxseed do you heat it up or have it cold?
Awesome to hear that you are going vegan Brett :) One of the best decisions my brother and I ever made.
As for the flaxseed porridge, you can do both, eat it cold or hot. If it becomes too sticky and thick, simply add more plantbased milk.
@@Yes2LifeShow cheers mate loving the food so far not so sure on the vegan mature cheese lol but I will learn as I go along my new journey
What do you use to sweeten it?
Hi Ellen! It's really up to you. We just used the fruits here, and you can add whatever you like. For instance, 1 tbsp of agave juice or date syrup. Or some additional bananas or berries.
@@Yes2LifeShow i have never tried agave, i know that sounds dumb I'll get a bottle when I go to Aldi and try it on my oatmeal
@@ellenkincaid8434 hehe no worries, and it doesn't sound dumb at all! It's actually just a sweetener, but any kind of your favorite sweetener works as well ;) Let us know how it went :)
is this ground flax seed?
Hi Luke,
Yes, slightly ground flaxseed.
I have ground flaxseed with mixed berries is it okay to use it?
Wait... Is it also delicious?
Yes for sure that would work well. The mixed berries make it even better :)
Which vegan milk High in calcium?
Soy or almond
try and get a fortified milk, it is ur safest bet but if u dont mind the taste of sesame u can add 1tbs of Tahini as your nut butter choice as 2 tbs sesame sees gives a good dose of calcium
can you make this hot?
Sure you can also warm it up Luke
Sure you can also heat it up Luke
