The fact that it doesn't require any cooking is really cool and makes sense since flax seed eggs are a thing!
Exactly! To whoever thought of making a pudding out of flax seeds, THANK YOU🙌
It might be sooo yummy! I've never tried something like that before, thank u for such nice recipes:)
Yess it's both tasty and easy to make! Glad you like it!
Such a great recipe, they seem delicious!
Thanks Michaela, glad that you like this one!😊
Can't wait to try this for my breakfast tomorrow!!
whoop whoop🙌 let me know whether you like it!
Hi! Thank you for great recipes. I want to share a little lifehack. Take the whole flaxseeds and pour them with water or milk (1:3 approx, depending of consistency you want) for a few hours or overnight. Then use the blender to grind them. Add anything you want then - berries, fruits, nuts... I don't have coffee grinder and it is very nice way for me to prepare flaxseeds.
Love this tip! Would be super helpful for those who don't have a coffee/spice grinder. Thank you for sharing Olena!😊
Thx for these great ideas!
You're very much welcome, glad you like them!🙌😊
Love all the recipes! My favorite is the matcha one. I also like to use flaxseeds for vegan pancakes.
Thank you! And yess matcha powder really changed my breakfast! And nice, even more use of flax seeds 🙌
Does it have to be Oat milk??? Can you use almond?
Hi there..your new subscriber here..definitely going to try your flax seed pudding..looking yummy..
Hey Lean, welcome! Glad you like the recipe; let me know how it turns out for you!🙌
This was good. It reminded me of porridge. Something I cant eat. 👍
Glad you like it, Bethany!☺️
when I grind my flax seeds in a coffee grinder they become more like a powder , how did grind yours, they look more intact, thanks I've been using chia and want to try the flax version
Hey Mike! I actually bought mine already ground but for your case, I would try using the "pulse" function when using the coffee grinder. So you can just grind it for about 1-2 seconds at a time, and repeating that when necessary.
Having said that, I think it will still work even when it's more like a powder! I haven't tested this myself but I think the powder-like texture will just make the pudding smoother and you would have less of a 'crunch' there. It's gonna be a different texture, but I think it will still be delicious :)
@@thefruityjem Do you need to roast before grind them?
@@sekar9901 nope you don't need to roast them☺️
I haven't tested this recipe with roasted flax seeds but I think it will work as well! Let me know how it turns out for you!
Hi there! Definitely gonna try this ❤How long can it be stored in the fridge? Can it last 5 or 6 days?
Hey there, excited for you to try it!🙌
It will last for up to 4 days in the fridge. But you can also portion out the dry ingredients (the flaxseed and salt), and then only add the wet ingredients (the maple syrup and plant-based milk) 1-2 days before you want to consume it! As always, you can check out the full storage & meal prep tips, and other details in the blog post (link in the video description)😊
Is the flaxseed uncooked or does it have to be toasted?
Reply
Hi Edward, uncooked is fine for this recipe!

Hi! Do you need to roast the flax seed first?
Hello! Nope you don't have to :)
@@thefruityjem Thank you so much❤️❤️❤️
How much flaxseed and how much milk please.
Hi Suzanne, the link to the full recipe (including measurements) is in the video description!
is flax seed roasted?
I use unroasted/raw ones but if you only have the roasted ones, I think it will work too :) Let me know how it turns out for you!
Why would anyone give a recipe without giving measurements.? What a waste of time
Hey there! The measurements (and detailed instructions + tips) are actually written on my blog which is linked in the description. I mentioned it at the end of the video but I'll make that clearer next time 😉
