Thanks so much. The strangest thing and maybe un related but I got Invisalign’s a couple weeks ago and my teeth are slowly moving and so is my spine, which hadn't shifted in so long I forgot all about scoliosis. I had to figure out what the pain was. The exercises you provided were strenuous, to say the least but felt so good to do, and your instructions are excellent. I’m so grateful for your help. Thanks❣️
I've just reviewed this video again, it's very helpful. I would love if there was a printout that can help me to recall the exercises. I also find I enjoy stretching my arms backwards for a few seconds during the last stretch on the floor.
Thank you so much for your videos! They are really helping me out now that I am paying more attention to my health. I am also wondering, how often can I do this set of exercises? I want to them as often as possible while obviously avoiding injury. :)
Thank you so much for providing the videos, I am almost 60 and pretty much controlled my scoliosis until I was in my 50s. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 had surgery and radiation on that right area of my chest and ever since then my right side seems weaker. I have the same curve that you have, left lumbar right thoracic. So on my left side my rib bumps out in my back and the muscle on right side of my spine seems weaker. how do I make the muscles on the right side along my spine stronger so that the ribs on the left don’t rotate as much?
Unfortunately I can't give personlized advice without knowing more. You are very welcome to make an appointment for a 1:1 session yogaberry.getomnify.com/#!/home In the meantime I would work on creating length and strength overall!
Thank you so much for these wonderful videos! They have helped me so very much. I would like more beginner videos with more poses. Thank you!😊

Depends on how much you practice! If you practice every day you have a better chance!

Thums up
Can continue doing these exercises reduces lumbar scoliosis?
If it's structural then it's limited but if it's functional absolutely
Thank you for the video. I can't sit crossing my legs (the way you were sitting at the end of the video) is it normal with scoliosis?
