Sir amazing video. But i seriously can't believe that it is you before and after. 😁😁😁 I have been following your videos and in last 2 yrs, from taking vaccine shots to following diet it has greatly helped me. I am a pcod patient, but I got my periods rectified and I was taking treatment for getting pregnant last 10yrs. Still without gaining any weight I am constantly at 72-76kgs. Becoz I follow diet, walking and especially no eating after 7pm atleast 3 days a week. Also I take 200ml warm water morning and night. I'm so happy to say your videos helped me greatly.. Hoping to continue it without glitches.

1.how can we deal with the hunger after the eating window.. it's very tough for me as a beginner..
2. do we really need to cut off the sugar in tea/coffee? or can we even have tea/ coffee as a first thing in the morning?
3. is there any fat burner u would prefer such as Lemon in the warm water, green tea, Matcha,etc?

My husband is trying to reverse his diabetes and his hba1c took last month was 6.5.
I have reduced my BMI from 24.4 to 23 and my heart burn issue has gone now.
Thanks a lot for changing our life style and feeling much healthier than before.

Sir, I am 48 years old, I was 98 kg, height 174 kg, I have tried & keep on trying and now I loss my weight about 3 kg within a month and I set my colorie goal in whole day 1,750 whether it's okay or need to reduce more colorie please advise in this regard, accidentally I saw your video & I am really happy with your video because of me four more members in my family started the diet following. Hi Doc, hope you are doing good well. I checked the TDEE calculator and found that I should maintain 1757cal/day and my waist measures 93cm which I am very much worried about. My eating schedule is from 10:00am till 8:00pm max. I go for walking regularly for 30mins. I am gng to start following your instructions seriously and would like to hear your thoughts.

Hello doc. I have ordered my food scale yet to be delivered 😀 .. actually I am into. 16 hr fasting window comfortably now . Initially I found it difficult with all night craving food and sleepness less but now I am able to do it with ease .Not seen much reduction in wt though. Once I get the food weighing scale I will text you my data as requested.

Don't go less than 1200. Adjust to ideal eating time 10 am to 6 pm
Doctor I have a doubt, after giving vaginal birth to my child my flat tummy became big belly, how do I know if it's the belly fat or usually after delivery our belly comes out this way?

I have a problem of belly fat which developed after my two C-section. I'm normal on the BMI scale (61 kg/165 cm). I have been doing heavy intensity workout like 15 mins planks. Doing this my weight has dropped but the belly fat remains the same.
What in your view do I need to do to reduce my belly fat. Will greatly appreciate your suggestions.

Hi Doctor , I checked the TDEE Calc 2603/day and my waist 105 CM, hip 110cm. A start intermediate fasting after watch you recent video and try to maintain 12 hours to 14 hours.
Great video Dr. Pal. Can you please make a video on millet and there benefits on weight loss? are they really nutritional when compared to Quinoa (considering carbs and protein content). ALos, more specifically about kodo millet (varagu arisi). Kodo millet looks like a good substitute for rice, but not sure if they are really good for weight loss, and impact on thyroid.
