It would be greatly helpful for those of us out there if you could please talk about what causes sleep issues, how to identify the issues and what treatments are available and how to seek the treatments.

Thanks Dr.Santhosh, now I understand why my belly fat is slowly decreasing in last 45 days since i started high protein, low carb, calorie deficit weight loss program with regular strength training and cycling for cardio. I see muscle increase in upper body. My goal is 12 to 18 months for the first real transformation with monthly goals.

Take high protein and high fibre food. 4. Strength training, do it with a guidance of a gym trainer. 5. Core & back training exercise. 6. Avoi alcohol. 7. Intermittent fasting. 8. Deep sleep.

3. Diet: avoid processed food. Take high protein and high fibre food.
4. Strength training, do it with a guidance of a gym trainer.
5. Core & back training exercise.
6. Avoi alcohol.
7. Intermittent fasting.
8. Deep sleep.
