Thank you! Bolt actually has a lot of really well thought out or engineered products and attachments. I really want to get my hands on some of their other offerings soon I imagine it’s probably the first one you have seen in the wild because it’s fairly costly for a singular attachment, and even lever arms around this price you can technically do more movements with. But for someone like me looking for an actual machine lateral raise or chest fly, this is exactly what I needed without breaking the bank or losing floor space.
Thank you! I really try to keep things concise, since I personally don’t like watching 20+ minute review videos that tend to have a lot of filler. To each their own though.
I do plan to review some of their equipment, I actually am interested that they make bolt together versions of traditionally commercial pieces for pretty darn cheap. I’ll keep this in mind!
Front raise yes, just one arm at a time. Pullovers…I’m not really sure how you would setup and do it, you could in theory, try to do one arm at a time, but I think the curve of the arm wouldn’t match the movement
Like your username BTW, I love prime rib! On the machine - It's really just meant to be an additional accessory to supplement traditional machines or movements. Some people love these kind of these, some don't.
Love seeing your reviews! Still waiting on that gym tour though
I appreciate that! The home gym 3.0 tour 2024 is in the pipeline I promise! There a few other products coming first 💪
Solid overview. I saw this item in person at Home Gym Con. This is the first one I have seen in a home gym.

Solid review and I appreciate your direct and objective approach.

Thanks for the detailed walkthrough. Nice to see more reviews of Bolt products out in the wild
If you ever get the chance to review the GMWD hip thrust machines that would be awesome! They have a few different models

Good video. Can you work out unilaterally? Single arm. Thanks
Thank you! Yes you can, each sides movement is completely independent from the other.
did you locate one of the missing decepticons? ;)
Still looking for it 😂
Can't you use this for front Raise or even pull overs?

Seems over engineered. Dumbbells or the mikolo would be better
