Kristi. I am 83 and I love your Cheri yoga classes. I also like your short classes for hips and for arms. But you are really helping me now with your neck and shoulder and arm classes. I see that they just started this month. I am having trouble with my trapezius muscle which goes from my neck down to my shoulder. Some of those stretches are really helping me. I’m surprised how much I can do and how much I can’t do. But I’m getting better as time goes on. When I was sick for a while I couldn’t do them and I got behind. I've been practicing yoga for almost 50 years, this year I turned 70 and find I don't have the mobility I used to and some days I just can't seem to get motivated to get on the mat. Just an update Kierstie. I'm coming up on practicing your various Chair Yoga exercises for two years now. I was in pretty rough shape in the beginning. At age 72 spinal arthritis and a staph infection had chewed up my back pretty badly. I was getting injections into my spine 4 times a year with decreasing intervals of relief. Plus, I had become significantly overweight. Two years later I haven't needed an injection in 9 months and my BMI has reduced from 31.1 to 28.1 (better, more to go). Best of all I've been able to continue golfing, even increased my distance off the tee and reduced my scoring average. Sending many blessings to you for your helpful spirit. Namaste.
I love your chair yoga ... so good for the body. I do your chair yoga 2 at least 5 times a week. If i miss for any reason, my body knows .... and it tells me 😊
This is another superb chair yoga routine. We cannot thank you enough. I have been averaging 4-5 sessions with Chair Yoga 2 & 3 each week. I have been starting with one of the shorter routines to get warmed up. We are in our early 70's, and chair yoga really does work for mind, body, and spirit. Namaste.

Oh man, the timing of that "if you have vertigo". Haha. The left side of my neck hurts the most, and that was exactly what we were working on when the vertigo started to tingle. This was perfect to do before I go to bed.
I will be turning 70 next month and have been doing your chair yoga for over a year now and I am amazed at how much I have benefitted from it. I try to do level 3, core, hips and lower back 4-5 times a week and I have now added your latest video for neck and shoulders to my regime. I love how you are so encouraging without sounding patronising. Will you be doing a level 4 video or even one that will help to transition from chair to regular (gentle 😂) yoga. I do some of the movements off my chair during the videos and feel I may be ready for new challenges. Thanks Kierstie you're amazing x
