    I love this! I recently broke my foot so I have been practicing and teaching seated Qigong. I love seeing what UA-cam suggests. You have a great channel with incredible videos truly made to help everyone. Such great energy. Thanks for sharing!

    I love your workout. I have PD, arthritis, scoliosis. I’m
    75 yr young and your work out have been very helpful physically and mentally and emotionally. Thank you for sharing as you say, sharing is caring thank you. I said, is this worked out with my brother.🕊🫶🏼

    I love that. I do the first sequence in my Face Yoga classes to get aligned end centered and to regulate the breath. Sometimes I also the next one...
    I love the whole which I consider wonderful and excellent also for elderly ❤ XieXie Ni

    This exercise too, feels great. I always have to yawn, by every exercise, i do.
    I feel the effect is so much deeper, into my body, then "just the exercise"
    Or i am somewhat (more?) Sensentive for the deeper effects of your exercises.

    LuChin I like that sequence very much and will build it into my ever-expanding programme of movements!🤗On a very small point I find myself doing something intuitively when I interlace my fingers and press upwards. I like to touch the tips of my thumbs and little fingers at the same time as interlacing my other fingers. I visualise gathering energy in this movement. Thank you for this sequence.
