Hi Courtney. I have lost over 100 lbs in the last year and a half. One of the many surprises/benefits I've gotten as a result is an improved jaw line. Thank you so much for pointing out that healthy diet and exercise can improve jaw line. I'm living proof of it.

Important things as well: 0:31 First thing - Facial hair, 2:02 Second thing - Looking healthy, 5:05 Third thing - Your jawline, 7:54 Agree with that (do what's good for your health), 10:10 Fourth thing - Work out / Eat healthy, 11:09 Fifth thing - Other grooming habits, 14:03 Sixth thing - Eye contact / Facial expressions, 14:47 so true about this type of eye contact as well, 15:29 agree with this reaction, if there is a bad eye contact, and 16:00 to summarize all of these things as well.
All in all, the most important thing here are two of them. And those are:
    1. Take care of yourself (watch on your health to be precise),
    2. And work on yourself (it will pay off one day of working on yourself, you'll be a better version of yourself as well).
Mens sana in corpore sano in Latin language means A healthy mind in a healthy body.

Taking care of yourself and working out; it's the opposite of that "death by a thousand cuts" saying. It's like a thousand very small "positives" that over time makes your life better. Not just romantically, but everywhere including employment. People are attracted to attractive people. The better you take care of yourself the better your life will be.

If you want to reduce or eliminate color around your eyes, quit rubbing your eyes with your knuckles. There's a bunch of little blood vessels in that thin layer of skin and often times when you rub your eyes you break all those little vessels and that blood ends are pulling under your skin which leaves a ring of redness.

I like what you said here; make healthy choices. For me, I stopped eating drive through fast food in September of 2022. Last year I was 225 lbs (5'8 male), and was trying to lose weight, but I still ate fast food places that had a drive through. I was counting calories and dropped a couple pounds, but it wasn't until I stopped going to drive throughs completely that the ponds really started to drop. Currently 200 😊.
I find I don't even need to count calories necessarily, just make healthy choices, coupled with a regular gym routine. I've been going 4-6 days a week for a year now.

Throughout the thousands of generational years and technological advances, there's ONE factor that has NEVER changed! ..."Human nature" & "condition" between men and women. Beauty is " skin deep".... Meaning; .....Personality, morals, ethics, manners, attitude, character & self love being most important! ( Physical aspect) Being beautiful and handsome are fine attributes and will only get someone so far. Superficial and shallow thinking are temporary. Having "internal qualities" will last longer and bring more " substance" and " satisfaction." to both sexes. Having these qualities brings EVERYTHING together and more COMPLETE!

What if people want enter a relationship but afraid that they won't have the time for other person. I know that if we truly want something, we should be able to make time for it, but sometimes it is just very hard when other areas in your life (schools, work, family...) are also demanding for your time. Unsurprisingly, I get much more female attention, including "accidental" touching.
What really surprised me was when a friend complimented me, saying that I was "looking great". I assumed he was referring to my improved physique; when I asked him what made him say that, he said, "Your face."

Personal experience: 1. workout with intention. Sure working out is very good for you but if you're doing it to increase attraction I highly recommend you workout like how you want to look. I used to workout for performance alone looked good but was not very happy with it, now working out more to look good, I notice I look a lot better especially in any clothes. Thick neck, forearms you can rock any shirt and look good. 2. Diet Eat more meat and whole foods not only does it give you the fuel you need but it works your facial muscle more. 3. Fragrance, No you don't need to purchase High end mainstream fragrance, there are a lot of local known fragrance that smell very similar to the known ones, I suggest you check them out.

The two biggest contributors to facial attractiveness is symmetry and weight. Grooming and contouring can help, sure, but even plastic surgery will only go a certain way. It won't drastically change the fundamental appearance, which is genetic. Getting in shape makes a huge difference. If you're overweight, you can immediately tell just by looking at the person's face and not seeing their body. Fat will give your face a more rounded, softer appearance and show signs of inflammation.

What I miss online is the fact that women (more than men in my experience) do not date men with a physical handicap. Especially if this comes with some physical deformations. My face is asymetrical, I have a double scoliosis. I'm overweight now (due to the handicap) but when I wasn't it wasn't different. Losing weight now is going well but the physical deformations are things they won't admit to but I can see their eyes focus on it when talking to them. It's really demotivating. Because I can make them laugh the entire date, showing that humor they claim is so important. But then there is the question of the second date. And they always want to hang out, but 'just as friends'. I also got "I think we could have a really good brother sister dynamic" (I already have a sister, and I'm close to her. I don't need a second one).
It falls under looks of course. But it has completely make me call bullsh*t on the "I want someone who makes me laugh" line. I have quite a few (platonic, and that is both ways) female friends. And they also use that line, and then I meet their boyfriends and I usually end up asking "He is very handsome but when is he going to show that humor that you value so highly?"

As someone who had 15 years of back pain following a shoulder injury I highly recommend *not* trying to stand up straight with your shoulders back. A physio taught me to relax my upper body and allow my arms to stay in front, which cured the issue. Sort out the strength and movement in your hips to make your body straight but relax your upper body and honestly just let your arms dangle like an ape's. My posture is better, and because there's no force involved, I'm pain free.

Use eye contact to "make a point" and to "take a point". Look away as you talk and make eye contact as you make your point. If you are making three points, look away each time you talk and make eye contact each time you make a point.
"Take a point" is similar to "make a point". As the other person is talking, look away with the expression that you are listening closely to what they are saying. Then, as they make their point, look into their eyes. If you agree with what they have said, give them a nod. If you disagree, give them a questioning look. If you don't know whether you agree or disagree, give them a "maybe" look.
This way you make the person feel like you are listening closely to them, without starring at them. Looking into a person's eyes for longer periods of time can seem to be starring, which can make them uncomfortable.

Heavy amounts of carbs is far too much usable energy and turns to stored fat in the body in the typical American diet. Energy from natural fats (obviously within a reasonable limit) with comprehensive protein/amino acid needs is far better for weight lifting and hard exercise than loading with carbs which adds to body fat ratio quickly.

I get them trimmed when I get a haircut but since they are white hair (white hair is actually clear) so when cut short you can't hardly see them until up close. Even worse, they grow in every direction and won't ever lay flat.
Also, men (or women even), who notice their neck gain more girth that isn't commensurate with gain elsewhere in your body...get your thyroid checked. It's called "goiter". Don't delay. It's a simple blood test and the treatment is just a pill. Nip it in the bud before it gets out of control.

The tongue up/jawline that is incredibly impractical. People aren't going to focus on that as they walk around everywhere to deceive people, only to relax around them later on and expose their natural state. The smile vs. brooding face, it depends on the location. Online dating, women constantly bitch about men not smiling in their pictures (mostly because they don't like being surprised by missing teeth later on). The brooding thing might work at the bar, but not on a dating profile.

I believe in taking care of myself with a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Honesty, I have that. I have been attracted by women throughout my years but it seems situations made realized that I am definitely for the lonely man route. I mean those divorce rates, being scammed, and false accusations, definitely a no-no to me. plus i have no time to be in a relationship because being alone in this current time is already a challenge. why add more risk with a partner that already a gamble to begin with. point is, these are fair advices. just being alone, i have to take care of myself and be a more healthy and presentable version of myself. i'll die alone someday, but at least i look good and did the job making it.

The whole point of this video is to make a bit of an effort. My question is what counts as "a bit of effort"? Is it up to guys as individuals to decide? Or women who think they can decide what's best for guys? Is there a criteria or is it up to judgement call when they pass the threshold of "a little effort"?

Eye contact is hard for those who have Autism. I myself find it difficult and it's not because of lack of confidence - it's just how those on the spectrum are. But I do have a strategy for that. When conversing, rather than force yourself to look at their eyes and make it awkward, look at their nose or the bridge of their nose when talking to them. It will look like you're making eye contact but in actuality you aren't. When I spoke to my cousin's wife about this, she thought I was making eye contact when speaking to her but I revealed I was looking at her nose and she was surprised. It works, trust me. The trick is to not make it look forced.

Instantly, with referring to genetics, with adaptation in habits and activities, you can adapt your genetics. Jaw strength, eat veggies, go vegan lol. It works for me. With teeth, I don't believe that is dependent on genetics.
How they are gown in and what you do through life is what organizes them. -Coming from a healthy teeth guy with all wisdom teeth and never used braces. Also, Brushing well enough to remove layers coated on teeth should help with tooth colors, then with the dental floss, after you finish between teeth, push on tongue then gurgle water to get rid of breath "rankiness"

Would you rather date a guy who earns $50K and has perfect teeth or a guy who earns $100K and has very crooked teeth? Few people believe me, as someone whose parents did nothing about my teeth and who could never afford to do it myself as an adult, when I try to explain the lifelong impact of not having this problem resolved early in life. Add that to being short and having difficult hair, and its game over for me, but I think a visibly defective smile is the biggest problem and something that those with good teeth don't (or won't bother to try to) understand.
