Hello my name is Justin and I'm a Christian and Apologist but I'm also a college graduate. I'm not a closed minded Theist as I have nothing against Atheists or unbelievers as I speak to them often to understand their reasons for unbelief but we as Christians are convinced of God's Existence due to many real factors). I'm not trying to convert anyone or convince anyone to become Christians as that's The Holy Spirit's job to help people believe but only explain why I believe in Jesus Christ. There's actually evidence of God's Existence in Christianity. First of all there's proof that Jesus of Nazareth existed in history since the writings of Tacitus, Josephus Flavius, Pliny the younger and other historical documents prove that He was living two thousand years ago that even scholars both religious and Atheists agree with historically speaking but not that He's The Divine Son of God because obviously they don't.
I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict.
Just before anyone says Christianity is a white man's religion made to oppress blacks during slavery you obviously aren't aware that the first Christians were Jews in The Middle East and that Christianity just like any religion can be used by evil and corrupt people to oppress others but you forget that the first Abolitionists/Civil Rights activists were Christians who sought to abolish slavery, racism, segregation, injustice and prejudice throughout American history. Jesus The Christ loves you enough not to give you what we all deserve which is God's Wrath by His Own Blood. Charles Darwin didn't originally come up with The Theory of Evolution over 200 years ago as it is mentioned in the writings of Ancient Greeks who believed in Demons that gave knowledge to philosophers.

ago funny how they won't believe that God an Eternal Almighty Spirit Being created us from the Earth) which came from a supermassive expansion of matter at high temperature that inexplicably created everything in the known universe that supposedly came from nothing billions of years ago. How did the organs evolve before there were bones, skin, substance and how did any creatures see before eyes evolved? I've studied evolution and abiogenesis in the past and read Darwin's " Origin of The Species" and I'm not convinced of macro Evolutionary biology whereas I accept micro Evolution like speciation and adaptation but not macro Evolution because there's no evidence of it nor clear observable examples of it where living creatures evolve into other kinds of species plus the fact that fossils don't show evidence of evolution and genetic entropy rules out evolution. The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word.
Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. Dude I'm 5'6 and even when I was a skinny teenager with bad acne and bad fashion I still got girls, I'm in my thirties now still the same height and I still get women. Only women with overly inflated egos that are extremely fragile give that much attention towards being tall. I've been with women taller than me and I've even dated women taller than me. It's not that big of a deal

I agree with most of these. But regarding "Bad attitude and manners". It seems like "bad boy" is preferable over "gentleman" if you ask many women. When I say "bad boy" I don't mean "asshole", "douchebag" etc., and when I say "gentleman" I don't mean "nice guy", "simp", "doormat" etc.
they dont see the gentleman only the bad boy/chad's. they wouldnt recorgnize a gentleman even if he is standing in front of him ;) trust me on that one ;)
Not sure how you mean bad boy in this situation but if we're talking about a guy who swears in front of kids, doesn't say please or thank you, interrupts when someone is speaking, is argumentative and combative, and parties and gets wasted all the time then that's rlly unattractive for most grown women. I'm 22 and although I'm not that experienced in life yet, these are turn offs for me. I think if I were to describe an attractive "bad boy" it really has nothing to do with manners, it's just someone who isn't a pushover or a people pleaser (i.e. has boundaries and respects those of others), someone who is original and thinks for himself and maybe has a creative or edgy hobby/day job.

The passion and goals only really applies if the passions and goals are also attractive. If your goals are to live a normal life in a not so big house living an average lifestyle while collecting and doing nerdy stuff as hobbies, good luck.
No, don't get it twisted! That's cool and desirable to certain girls, maybe we're not all the high maintenance glam type, but we do exist. Personally, I've never identified as a nerd but have always liked creative hobbies and the occasional video game. I also like fashion and enjoy getting dolled up but it took me a while to get into to my 'feminine' side since I was a bit of an ugly duckling in my teens. Guys just have to have a bit of patience with us 'nerdy' girls cuz we usually get prettier as we age haha!

I have goals in life, but the only problem is that it requires someone else.
I'm married to a wonderful woman but just wanted to add my 2 cents here. Yes my wife is an attractive woman but I remember the thing that really stuck out to me was just how kind she was to everyone. She was especially kind to vulnerable people, like old or mentally handicapped. And she wasn't afraid to stand up for people. Yes she stood up for herself too, but it was even more of a turn-on to see her defending others. Anyway, I thought that was interesting how you said this was one of the top things women look for in a guy, and it goes the other way around too (at least for me).
I am the type that was never asked how I feel my entire life - leading to me not talking about that at all, since I was raised in a way that suggests nobody cares. After 3 years of therapy I started opening up JUST A LITTLE, to gain my confidence in that field.
Since then I realized it to be a FACT - women DON'T want to know how you feel. Every single time I brought up how I feel in a situation, especially if it was related to how she acted (and she acted poorly), even if it was the first time in our relationship, she would instantly cringe, and go into the mode of "You are too sensitive", "you talk too much about how YOU feel" even tho it literally occured once.
Women just don't want men to have any negative feelings, especially if those feelings are because those women acted poorly towards you.
Yet another reason to check out of dating in modern days.

So happy to hear you shouting out mindfulness meditation! Meditation brings me such joy and peace. Science shows the benefits are tremendous and I personally hope people in general stop being so skeptical of how beneficial it is and just do it. I hope it becomes more like exercise or reading: not everyone does it, but you'd have to be a pretty unusual person to argue it's not useful and worthwhile. Meditation is deeply healing and moreover, it's essentially a way to observe and engage with our thoughts and emotions on the most fundamental level possible, by just being present with them and, rather than deliberately fleeing from them or stifling them, just allowing them to be. So meditation is worthwhile because learning about and sitting with our minds is worthwhile, *we* are worthwhile. As one UA-camr I love put it, "The best time to start meditating is right now." Because it really is! You don't need *anything* to meditate, it is essentially just paying attention. I love exercise but you do ideally need at least a mat, exercise clothes + shoes, and some weights, and if you can afford it a gym membership, to do it properly. All you need to meditate is yourself. I could go on and on, but it sounds like you don't meditate even though you respect it as a practice that can help people so I'll leave it at that. I'll just also agree about taking deep breaths (something Buddhism emphasizes alongside meditation- I am not Buddhist but I have a lot of respect for its more beneficial teachings) sleep, and exercising, all tremendously useful for stress reduction. I would have faced so much more stress in school without meditation or exercise. Good to be commenting again, Courtney, and it's always good to see you looking so happy and healthy!

Kings, just stay single. No matter who you are, thats going to be an ick in her eyes. If youre confident, thats an ick; if youre not confident enough, thats an ick. If you have a beard thats an ick; if you cant grow a beard, thats also an ick. You need to find strength in bring alone. Pursue your hobbies, whatever it is that you enjoy that fulfills you inside. At the end of the day, you only have you. And if you can find that power in being alone, you wont be an ick to someone 👍
For me, gossip is the biggest thing that makes a woman ugly. If she's going to speak poorly about her acquaintances, then she will speak even worse about her friends, family, children, boyfriend, and husband. She has a habit of cultivating disrespect for others. Do not pursue such a one!

Question for Courtney: What advice would you give to men trying to meet women but have a hard time due to having hobbies that are very niche and only appeal to a small minority of people? I ask this because my hobby and passion is Metal and I'm specifically referring to Underground Metal. I am a collector of vinyl records, I go to concerts and shows frequently, and my apparel of choice are jeans and a band T-shirt (most of my shirts are black). Most normie type women HATE metal and I'm not talking about more mainstream bands like Metallica, Black Sabbath, and Iron Maiden nor am I talking about the musical abomination that many people mistakenly associate with Metal that being Nu Metal and Metalcore with bands such as Slipknot, Korn, and Linkin Park. I am referring to more underground styles of metal such as Thrash Metal, Death Metal and Black Metal. To give you an idea of what I'm talking about some bands that I listen to are: Blasphemy, Beherit, Archgoat, Rotting Christ, Impaled Nazarene, Black Witchery, Mortician, Possessed, Deceased, Dismember, Pestilence, Autopsy, Carcass, Haemorrhage, Immolation, Incantation, Nunslaughter, Destroyer 666, Crucifier, Grand Belial's Key, Bestial Warlust, and Arghoslent just to name a few. I think you have a broad idea of what this music sounds like based off of the names of the bands I have listed and thus you should understand how many women would be turned off by this type of music yourself included. You can use the website Metalarchives.com and type any of the listed bands I mentioned in the search bar and it will tell you the sub genre of metal they play, the lyrical themes they write about, as well as their entire back catalogue of Albums, EP's and all the music they pretty much recorded if you want to get a better idea of the music that I listen to. The venues that hold shows for these type of bands are small pubs where the number of people that attend are within 100-400 people. The shows are male dominated as would be expected from a genre of music that is fueled by the rigors of masculinity and throwing everything that further strengthen's the will of man at the listener with themes such as Death, War, Militarism, Very explicit details about dying that are gory, Satanism, Blasphemy, Occultism, Black Magic, Necromancy, Paganism, Ancient Religions that predate the Abrahamic religions, and complete Irreverence and Scornful Mockery of everything that is holy and weak. The few women that do attend these shows that I find attractive either all have boyfriends, are married, or above my age group (I'm 25 FYI). For this reason I have a very difficult time finding a woman who is into the same hobbies as me. Musical taste is of no concern for me when it comes to finding a woman to be in a relationship with as I understand that Death Metal and Black Metal are an underground phenomenon and thus are not for everyone. I just would like to find a woman that has a great personality, accepts me for who I am, is understanding, loyal, is a virgin (before you ask yes I am a virgin and I have never been in a relationship), is okay with me not wanting kids, is okay with me not wanting to sign myself into slavery through marriage (we would be life long partners just not married), does not drink or at the least drinks very little (I know this is strange coming from someone into Underground Metal haha), and contributes to the relationship. The problem is I feel I have very little in common with all of the people I am surrounded by. Being into the type of music that I'm into you feel like a complete outsider to most people as when you mention the type of music you listen to to them and the bands you're into they have no idea what you're even talking about. I always avoid the topic of music with people outside of metal as it saves me the headache of having to explain it to them. Mainstream music such as Rap, Country, Pop, and R&B I find to be completely unlistenable and do not resonate with me at all. I find mainstream hobbies and topics such as spectator sports, TV, Social Media, mainstream politics etc. to be pretty lame and uninteresting thus I don't have much in common with most people. Also I don't approach women as I automatically feel they would not be interested in me or my hobbies and I find it hard to relate to most of them or find common ground. It feels unnatural to me to start a conversation with a normal women as I already feel that I'm walking on thin ice. My height is 6'4 and I have been told that I intimidate people with my presence and one person mistakenly believed I didn't like her due to the fact that I'm an Introvert and I mostly keep to myself and the fact I tower over most people coupled with this makes it so women don't approach or engage with me. Part of me believes that I am wasting my time even entertaining the idea of being in a relationship and that I should just focus on my hobbies and pursuing my degree in Economics. What advice would you give to someone like me?

I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on how area/state, etc. affects a lot of this Courtney. I recently moved from Colorado to Florida and I instantly had an easier time conversing with women here. I haven't changed at all, so it's an interesting contrast.
My only argument is don't judge a guy that's at work doing a job that's not necessarily a neat job. Now, off duty away from work, yes, I agree with everything Courtney says.

From elementary school to my 40s, every single time I've attempted to look good, improve my grooming, dress nicer, etc, I have ALWAYS gotten beaten up. Every single time. It always starts the same, getting shit thrown at me until I throw something back. Followed by the bullies saying, "hey, wanna fight?" And even when I backed away, I'd get jumped by 2-3 of them. Never, ever was it 1 on 1. My clothes would be ruined, my face and body bloodied, and hair ruined or torn out. Yes, this has even happened at bars with men in my age range attacking me yet again.
And then all of these bullies would get ALL the girls.
Why the FUCK should I do a damn thing to try to attract women, when men just beat the shit out of me for it and YOU as women, sleep with them for it?

Life has its ways and we the people need to adjust to what makes us a better person. As you've mentioned the internet can be one's downfall - lots of garbage on it and weeding through it takes time, but worth it if you want to improve. You just need to recognize what is BS and what you will profit from. Always improve yourself and be a productive person. How hard is that? Depends on how you do it, is it all your saying and/or are you saying too much then yes. But if you have pace with your compliments and are genuine you should be good. Even at that don’t assume it’s most women could be just one either way you shrug it off and move on.

Excellent content Courtney. I am not a lady, but all of what you were talking about what makes a man 'ugly' is true. However, I see a worrying 'trend' in youngsters. Some of them are looking bad, slovenly. Greasy hair, smelling like they haven't taken a shower in who knows how long, their hair in disarray, wearing oversized clothing, just terrible. Why don't you make a video for a younger generation addressing the topics you are in this video, I'm sure many would benefit from it.

We all have bad days and show ugly traits(personal ones. Not the days you look frumpy). The key is recognizing when you've been ugly and making amends for it. Whether it's going back to the convenience store that you were rude to the person behind the counter and apologizing; or telling your loved one you're the one who's wrong and apologizing. Now my last message is to all the men(from a SWM) complaining that no women want them is this. Stop seeing women as sex objects and develop multiple platonic friendships (without ulterior motives) with women. I'm not telling you this so you can get into a relationship or find the perfect woman; I just want you to see women as humans with feelings and emotions just like you. Empathy

I am pretty hygienic and well kept. I do like my body as is and feel pretty confident in it. I am also getting back into the gym. But in the mean time, it would be nice to see what women would find attractive in a larger man.
Health....How about the expression "together for better and for worse"? It could be that no matter how much you take care of yourself, sometimes you have a health problem. I don't think you should be sorry that you are not with a person of the opposite sex who does not find you attractive in that situation. It would be a very big mistake to share your life with such a person.

The real problem is nobody wants to look past the surface these days. That goes for men and women. Underneath my clean Ramones t-shirt and cargo shorts is a real catch but, nobody would ever know. In some respects I like it this way because it shows me how vain people can be. I'd much rather find someone who wants to take the time understand what is under the hood because frankly that is where I excel.

2. I am overweight by quite a lot, but fully healthy. Yet I'm still ugly and that's a fact. Weight contributes to at least 70% of how attractive you are.
3. So people who are always hot are just by default "unkept"? And for someone overweight like me looser clothing looks much nicer than showing all my belly rolls, that's disgusting.

Re Hygiene: Noseblindness is NOT a thing; it's a concept manufactured by Proctor and Gamble and other deodorant manufacturers to make us feel self conscious. When we're smelly, we CAN initially detect it, before hedonistically adapting. Usually people with odor/hygiene issues are well aware of it and a) super self-conscious about it, b) works in manual labor, or c) are incredibly depressed.
If a person is showing up (i.e., buying groceries, going to the gym) and smells bad, chances are they're doing their best, but they're not doing well. So be kind. That being said, if someone isn't doing well mentally, sorry to say it but they're probably not ready to start a relationship, so the signal works. It suggests a man is depressed, or lower class. I hate the classism and abelism here but wanted to add a bit of nuance.
All that said, we've ALL been there...the day we forgot to put on deodorant, that time when the performance fabric smelled fine when you put it on, but then got incredibly smelly and re-released the odor as soon as it got damp from sweat, that few weeks when we couldn't apply anti-perspirant because we tried a new brand and it gave us a rash, or that time when you had an incredibly stressful day (yes, stress sweats smell different) but went on that date anyway. Just be kind and give people the benefit of the doubt.

On the one hand l, you are shilling for skin care products around 3:10 but at 13:40 you mention stress and cortisol and the negative effects it has on the skin which I agree with.
The problem, is that anyone dealing high levels of stress producing a lot of cortisol should not be buying the skin care products you are shilling since it will make little difference in their appearance. I should know I was one of those people. It is wasted money. Skin products cannot fix issues stemming at the hormonal level.
Instead they should take a more hollistic approach and deal with the root causes such as dealing with the stress. I will give you credit with the sleep and good diet. Those things will improve one’s stress and yield to better skin.
Good point regarding attitude, however 6:02 these traits do not necessarily a gentleman make. An acquaintance of mine fakes these traits all the time (which quality women can see right through, so hurray for that). He is a stalker, a creeper, a lingerer, and by no means a gentleman. Appearing put together is one thing, mental health trumps all.

I have a collection of vintage clothes so I go for the Frank Sinatra, My best friend likes to look like he is homeless when he is not at all. Yesterday I was appalled he was dressed in wrinkled up sloppy baggy clothes for an important meeting at the bank. I told him you should put your best foot forward not your worst. These traits would make anyone male or female ugly. The only thing I would add is that as you get older your goals change. I am retired so my goal is to do everything I can lo meet their goals. Other than that I want to make new friends and experience new things. The rest I can figure out as I go along.
