I hear ya - g bash! Great tips - by Courtney! And speaking of “Self-Improvement…” Personal Development is one of the best things you can do for yourself - because, we as human beings, we’re supposed to embrace growth! So make sure you find your Purpose in life - whatever it might be, and work on it daily, and continue to make progress, because progress is - really the key to happiness. But don’t do it for any girl or guy, make sure you’re doing it for yourself - and just be happy! Anyway, that’s my two cents. -Carlos Verde - Dating Tips
@@carlosverde-datingtips7001 except you can’t accept the fact that not everyone has a purpose. Not everyone is meant to date. That’s how you filter bad genes out the pool . BY NOT DATING THEM. Is that so hard for you to grasp?
I think the weight thing is particularly important. Being overweight has a very visible difference on the way your face is perceived. You can look at a person's mugshot without seeing their body and you can determine if the person is overweight or not. Fat has a tendency to make a person's face look puffier, softer, and less defined, which ultimately makes the face look less masculine.
Being extremely slender can also be detrimental, as far as looks go. I would say that for any guy who struggles to put on weight, and there are those that who no matter how much they eat just can't seem to gain much, I would say to start working out. You might not be able to put on much weight, but that doesn't mean as a skinny guy you have to be weak and scrawny. You can build yourself up and get in shape. Don't compare yourself to guys like Arnold Schwarzenegger, and start to feel self-conscious or like you're lacking, because not everyone can look like that, and genetically, we all are unique. You can't control what gifts or lack thereof that genetics has given you, but you can decide what you do with what you've been given. Also, remember that not every girl goes for the same type of guy. Some like tall guys, some like short guys, some like clean-shaven guys, some like bearded guys, some like body-builder guys, others can't stand those types of guys, and the list goes on and on. So don't compete or compare yourself with anyone else, except the man you are right now.
@@thecowboy9698 I think its very important to note that the VAST majority of women arent attracted to body builder types. Typically women are interested in clearly worked out but not to the extreme; athletic build.
@@ArceusX300 - I'm not short, for one thing, and secondly you're wrong. My former boss, he was only maybe 5'5ft at most, and yet he had been married twice, his second wife he was still with when I was working for him, i got to meet her, and she was a wonderful person. It is not your height or lack thereof, it's how you carry yourself. It's in your attitude, how you feel about yourself, and how you treat those around you.
@Void Dweller well all it really takes in my experience is looking at the lack of kindness people confront you with, put it behind you, and show love in return. It's the same principle with teaching a child by leading with example. It doesn't always work and that case don't reciprocate otherwise they're just bringing you down to their level

I can confirm about the tongue posture. I always have my tongue sit on the roof of my mouth. I thought it was normal and everyone does it... I always get complements on my jaw. I also workout been working out since I was 18. So I'm sure this helps.

Facial exercises are a game changer. Literally started slimming down my cheeks doing some of them. Yes doing a duckface actually does something when you tilt your chin up
Courtney!! Long time watcher! Appreciate all the information you always drop to keep us men in better shape Mentally & Physically. Just ordered the Neck Relaxer. My Neck Thanks you!
Genetics still play a big part towards looks and some guys have no control over it… sad but true. I’m living proof of this and speaking from lifelong experience.
Singing, and I mean singing your heart out, taking vocal lessons (online if you're shy), and all that, is great facial training. It's helped my speech patterns and my mannerisms and facial elasticity in my daily life immensely. Despite being overweight (having a bit of a beer gut, and man-tits) it chiseled my neck and my jaw, and women do not treat me like a chubby guy when I'm clothed because I've got that definition, and I'm not spheroid like the guys who have really let thsemlves go, I'm more rectangle, but broad shoulders and big arms. I'm a bear / dad-bod, just not a gay-bear. There are very few things human beings can do that are more naturally more charismatic than dancing and singing, and repetition with both (not to the point of stress-injury) will chisel your activated muscles, and keep your used joints elastic. So, when people teach vocal lessons they say you shouldn't be straining / pushing your voice more than 2 hours a day. And people tell you to work out, they mean 15 minutes to an hour a day, or two a day. Both of those habits is going to put you in a body/face fitness routine. The only ones that need to push beyond 2 hours are people doing it for a living, athletes and professional vocalist, even if they got to take breaks from what would be considered "intensity" to avoid exhaustion and body fatigue / vocal injuries. Even if you don't sing for other people, having that ability to project and speak loudly when you need it is great because it reaches out to people at a distance, creates an impression. (Good or bad, depending on the interaction, and personalities involved, obviously.) If you do sing for other people in public, it will attract social interests, even if it doesn't attract big label deals. It's a good filter, people who have no interest will just ignore you, people who are natural assholes will potentially heckle you, and people who think they'll like you, or can help you, just come right up to you after. I've been public and private with it at different times of my life. When it's just a private thing, I keep doing it for the benefits of all the related things, because the things you do, and the things you don't do shape you, inside and out, and I've let myself go enough times to know that's 100 percent true.
Agreed, all these neck exercises just increase tension on your larnyx - Jaw exercises may increase Jaw tension, which furthermore lock the throat, hurt the larnyx. If you're a serious singer, breathing is important and you need a flexible abdomen wall. That means getting serious locked and tight Abs will restrict the air flow. Yoga, stretching, Cardio, lifting light weights - These are the ideal workouts for a singer. A serious singer would avoid incorporating any physical exercises that has to do with the mouth, Jaw, Chin, Neck. The tongue for singing must not be on the roof top of the mouth. The tip of the tongue must sit comfortably on the lower teeth, while the upper back side of the tongue must be slightly raised towards the hard palate. The tongue is a big muscle that obstructs the voice with it's tension, it must be handled with care. I have never seen any serious singer looking like a ''Chad'' with great abs and pertruding facial features, this is because these types of features are incompatible with singing. Think for example Elvis Presley, he did not look like a Gigachad, baritones will have a taller neck with a more apparent adam's apple while tenors will have shorter necks, usually thicker. The thickness however is natural, for God's sake, no singer should try those neck curls with a weight. If you're not a singer, then I guess it's fine, but why would you put tension in the larnyx even for people who don't sing is beyond me. If we think about the great sex symbols (Singers) of the 1950's, all of them had a round face, sometimes on the chubbier side. Think for instance James Dean or Elvis, they surely didn't have the sharp Jaw that is considered attractive today. Singers don't need to train their necks and facial features to get that highly chiseled Jaw, it's unproductive to your voice, puts tension in your face. The power to sing must come from the flexibility of abdomen, training your face, only adds unnessecary tension in every part of your face. You can be a charistmatic performer without being a Jaw-chiseled God. If you're a singer, I recommend, stay fit and healthy, radiate confidence, you got a pimple on your nose, learn to accept it as part of your unique identity. Performers need to radiate uniqueness, if every performer had a Jaw-chiseled Jaw, you would just be like everybody else in any industry and that's not what music labels and producers are looking for.
@@giosueagius7003 I alternate tongue placement during the day, (its relaxed if I'm resting, or singing, and it's up if I'm walking or running, lifting,), but yeah, you're right, it doesn't give you the same muscle angles in the fact that just working out and keeping upper tongue placement does. The plus is not having a second or third chin, but the face is not the "chiseled" and "stoic" look of a pro-body-builder or mma fighter it's definitely given me a rounded look, with lots of facial elasticity, like Gomer Pile or Elvis. But if you see guys that just look at screens all day, and avoid social interactions and public performance as much as possible, and don't have anything to do with education or sales either, they don't have animated elastic faces, everything is all kind of flat and droopy, it's like high levels of anger, frustration, and sadness is all the emotion they can actually project, and everything else is a deadpan delivery, none of which creates 'good vibes,' and if they are overweight as well, they will have 2nd and 3rd chin. So tech addiction is something I've also avoided... I play games, and use computers and phones, but I take vacations from those things, just like I take vacations from work.
Courtney was correct on Sunday about the tongue scraper. Modern ones have rubber bristles on one side. Also when you breathe through your mouth while you were sleeping, you are more at risk to have your tongue collapse in your throat causing you to wake up in the middle of the night interrupting a sleep cycle and messing with your hormones. If you don't want to pay for a sleep apnea machine, learn to breathe through your nose. I have been for many years now and you will notice improvements in your overall well-being
A fun side effect of CPAP machines...they force you to block your mouth's airway with your tongue or else the machine's air goes in your nose and out your mouth, leaving no additional air pressure for your lungs, which is the entire point of the machine. I don't even notice it until I think about it, but my tongue is always jammed up on the roof of my mouth now no matter whether or not I'm trying to sleep.
@@tombworld9012 yeah I didn't notice it either, especially if you don't want to squeeze your teeth together just to make sure you're not mouth breathing in front of people, but it does come natural once you get used to it and your tongue helps draw your jaw up so you don't have to crush your teeth potentially causing internal fractures
The crossover we didn't ask for but we really needed 😂😂 Also the whole breathing through your nose thing is true The nose is better to filter air so it's also really good to breathe through
Gonna throw in a weird tip in regards to facial exercises. I will do a little routine where I stretch my jaw super wide. Visualize a shark coming out of the water for a kill. Yes it’s weird. Every week is shark week for me :) Another one is to smile at yourself in the mirror. In a previous video Courtney talked about standing up tall with good posture and it how it changes your mood to feel more confident. Same thing here. Force a smile and make it super cheesy and look at your face while you do it. It’s borderline psycho serial killer level stuff to an outside observer but it does make you feel happier and also feel better about your smile if you think you have an “ugly smile” like I did for a long time. 👍
My neighbor has this smile like a hyena. First time I met him, when I turned away and looked back I caught him with that weird hyena smile. Still gives me the creeps. I never trusted him.
Yeah, that'll help you feel better about being rejected or ignored by women😅😅😅 just smile at yourself in the mirror 🪞 😀 😅😅😅 all your rejection issues will go right away 😅😅😅
I was a mouth breather my whole life and ended up with a weak chin ;'( Starting neck training this week though ;) Got a neck harness and I'll start out with a 5kg plate.
Breath through the nose instead of the mouth to improve the location of the tongue. I never heard of that before. Also, I'll check out those strips to keep a mouth closed while sleeping. Thanks Courtney - always good stuff on your channel!
@1:30 - His face/facial structure looks almost exactly the same when he was 18 versus his more recent self. Grew a beard, tilt his face downward, and posed with the his eyebrow in an upward fashion like the Rock Dwayne Johnson. Sure he also worked out, lowered his body fat percentage, but his ‘face’ is practically the same.
The only thing that can destroy an attractive face is an abysmal personality. Being mean, cruel, cold and hateful is wrong, uncool and awful in so many ways. It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, if you have an ugly personality, you are ugly yourself. So always be kind. Also, working out is really what makes my face a little attractive.
Well, if we speak about people looking for something serious then yes. Otherwise, people don't care because personality is irrelevant, when it comes to indulging oneself by ONS or other short-term pleasures of this sort.
While looks arent everything when it comes to getting girls, it shouldnt stop you from looking your absolute best. Think of it as the more you look your absolute best, the easier it will get to attract the woman you wanna attract
i started training my neck and its super important. not only to make you look more masculine but overall gives your head a stronger base. meaning less chances of concussions and head traumas. boxers all have huge necks. thnk about that for a second. overall neck training along with gorwing my beard and working out made me go form a 5 to a a solid 7.5-8. im not kidding. also i think he forgot but its VERY important is your haircut. this can make or break you. when i cut it too short i look off. and when its too long i look like a bum. it has to be a good length and mix well with your beard. that it most women will fall for that. you dont have to be a model to get hot chicks.
I am so glad you did this video. I got great ideas to implement and a reminder of things I need to do again. Increase muscles increase testosterone level. It’s really important for men after the age of 30 to incorporate weights, because men lose about 1-2% of testosterone production. Low T causes a lot of health, and mood issues. I would like to add that the fastest way I feel I increased T is eat more calciferous vegetables and workout the thigh muscles. I need to work on my neck muscles. Lol. It makes sense. He helped me correlate to the part of attraction that is subconscious in all of us. For example, men subconsciously attraction to a woman’s hip to waist ratio, because it signals fertility. Shoulder width improves men’s attractiveness. There is a YT video I save 5 years ago that provide great facial exercises. Yes, I agree that I will be subscribing to his channel. Thanks again for this video.
Really good video and I agree on all of the points presented. It can be tough to put in the effort, but at some point putting in the effort becomes easier than living with disappointment or discouragement. The exercise aspect might be the toughest to begin, so just start with the easiest things and go from there. Trimming your beard might be easier than thinking positively. If you don't have a beard and struggle with thinking positively then work on breathing through your nose instead. You can do it! Thanks for the video, Courtney!
i love the way you gvie advice,, share other peoples videos and advice pointing out and sharing what is valid from the female perspective and things like where you showed us the neck relaxer and where to get it. you do a great job at this. thank you
I needed this, lol. I recently started a new job that doubled my salary, the only down side to the job is I have to be clean shaven. So I've been feeling insecure now that my beard is gone, can't cheat my jaw structure anymore.
Same. Not sure what to do if I had to be clean shaven. I have a genetic double chin. Been lean and athletic my whole life. Lots of muscle mass. Been down to oh I'd say 10% body fat where there are veins starting to show on my 6pack. But yet, double chin always there.
@Cuffs actually I work at a large oil plant(in the mechanical shop). We all need to be "fit tested" meaning be clean shaven so that if there was ever to be a gas leak emergency. I could wear my gas mask and have a proper seal to my face.
I notice that tall people hunch A LOT, maybe because they feel they have to. Gotta get those back workouts in! It helps pull your skeleton into the right posture. As far as hard food goes, I’d recommend tough cuts of meet and root or stalk veggies. I really don’t think nuts are all that good for people but like anything it applies to some more than others. Great content Courtney🤙🏾
I never thought about it, but some probably do. I think it’s mostly related to proportions. Like chairs, tables, and doorways are designed for “average” people. If a person is taller than that average, they may have to or feel more comfortable to bend or lean over more in order to write, eat, or otherwise sit/lean at the table. When going through doorways for “average” heights, if they’re too tall, they’ll have to duck down to not hit their head. I reckon they just get used to lowering themselves so don’t even realize or think about it being life. My brother in law was like this because he was almost 7 feet tall and had to duck a lot when going through a doorway and leaned over at the table more for physiological reasons. I myself am just under six foot, but hunch a lot because of asthmatic breathing as a kid. I had to hunch my back over a lot to get air during the distressed breathing of asthma attacks. It’s something I do without thinking about it much of the time., even now.
Not to sound like a shill, but I have been a member of OrangeTheory Fitness for a year now. I joined right after a bad breakup last summer. Lots of HIIT cardio. To my surprise, my jawline got absolutely shredded and my overall physique is a lot more lean. I feel so much happier, healthier and my confidence has never been higher. Women actually notice me and talk to me now. It’s wild. Everything happens for a reason. Also, something else that wasn’t discussed in the video but Courtney has touched on in the past. Guys, dental hygiene is so important to an attractive face, which is something anyone can fix. I had some crowding up front and I finally started Invisalign earlier this year. Only six more months to go!
I've never been too caught up in the idea that only physical attractiveness can get women coming to you because that's just ridiculous. Do what you can to improve your face but don't obsess to the point of insanity. My facial hair isn't perfect yet I'm able to still attract women.
It's about finding the right balance. Wanting to attract someone and not be alone can be an excellent motivator for sorting your life out, like health, fitness, job etc but being aware when attracting women is coming at the expense of those things, like neglecting studying or the gym to chase someone so you can stop it
All it’s good for is initial attraction. But even then it’s never a deal breaker. Many attractive men are straight up boring. Many other qualities are more important.
Likely you have a reasonably attractive face if you're getting women. This is more targeted to those of us who are less fortunate with looks. Of course I don't know what you look like, I'll tell you channels like Wheat Waffles have completely blackpilled me.
I generally am not attracted to facial hair at all, but for the men who can pull it off, it’s only because it is well-trimmed against their face and not grown out.
This is a video about the slight cosmetic/style adjustments a man can make. There are people whose looks are severely affected by real physical defects that only a surgery can fix. I'm currently with braces and the surgery is in several months.
First video I’ve watched of yours, you’re very intelligent, informative and very naturally beautiful I’m not “simping” just think it’s nice to come across someone like yourself it’s very rare
You're absolutely right Courtney. I knew a 5'2 balding indian guy that worked as a janitor who has and is still is getting many romantic partners. It's all about the mindset. Never give up 😎
The thing about head posture is actually really important for women who have conscious or unconscious issues with their chests. I was taught to be "modest" and it made me naturally try to minimize the projection of my breasts by hunching over. Subconsciously, I think I wanted my face to be in front of my boobs. At some point, however, I realized that letting your breasts lead you forwards instead of your chin looks so much more confident and poised and attractive. Posture doesn't stop at the neck, of course, you should consider the straightness of your spine, the arch of your back and booty, and the sway of your hips as you walk. All these things affect your poise and deportment.
I agree with these points. I personally tend to prefer clean shave (I don’t understand why so many men feel like they need a beard) but everyone is entitled to their own preferences so if having a beard is what you like then yes, 100% do what he is suggesting.
10:08 of course, some little things are subconscious, sometimes we see an attractive person and we don’t know what is attractive about him (look wise) Its thus little things that makes that difference.
New subscriber and this is absolutely brilliant I learnt loads watching this, love stuff like this to help men as alot if us don't understand grooming and things
I think improving your looks is one of the most important things to do but when you have maximised them, it is no use to get depressed because you arent a model. Your personality is much more important in the long run in your life. Looks have become so important to us because of social media but the real growth and happiness comes from personality💥
Sounds good man but it actually does suck to be invisible to the opposite sex. No amount of self encouragement can change our genetics. You see someone physically before you know anything about their personality.
Coming from a 48 year old attractive (at least that’s what I’m told) guy here. The video makes some good points. 1. 10-12% body fat is virtually impossible unless you are super strict about avoiding all inflammatory foods and insuring you maintain nutritional sufficiency. Exercise alone won’t do it. Steroids will. (Let me add here that steroids are NOT necessary to maintain 10-12% but they make it way easier unless you have great genetics...that's for the commenters who can't understand English. I don’t take them but I’m happy with my 2-4 pack abs.) I was overweight until I discovered I had celiac disease at 29. Dropped gluten, then most cow dairy and all sucrose (sugar on labels). My strength level at the gym shot up. My body fat dropped. 2. Weight training. This is super important. Strength training is what makes your body look good. Your body responds by producing testosterone and muscles look good. Women go for broad shoulders and a back that tapers to the waist. I have very broad shoulders and a naturally thicker waist. 41”chest/33”waist at 5’9” height. 3. Posture makes or breaks your look. People tell me they think I’m 6’ because I stand up straight. Shoulders back and down. Head up, chin level. There’s a 26 year old supermodel looking woman at my gym that doesn’t look as good as another woman who has to be 60. Both have fantastic physiques, but the 60 year old stands like a dancer or a model. The 26 year old cranes her neck forward, maybe because she’s tall. 4. Neck thickness. I agree a certain amount makes a difference because it did with me. The best exercise I found was from a wrestler. Hold your palms to your forehead. Tilt your head down. Push with your hands while using your neck to try to stop your hands from pushing your head up. Do this on both sides and from the back as well. One or two sets of 5 reps each. Be careful. You can strain your neck if you overdo it. You’ll see a difference in as little as a week. 5. Beard. You only need a beard if you need a beard. I sometimes let mine grow for a week to get the stubbled look. I always shape it at any length. Shave down from each ear, then across the neck. His different lengths is interesting, but I’m not into looking like a pirate. (Did get a lot of “holy sh-t you look like you came off a pirates of the Caribbean movie” when I grew my beard out for 6 weeks for a Halloween party once. 6. Tongue placement. No idea. I broke my nose like 5 times before I finally had to get it fixed. My jawline isn’t super dramatic, but it is there and I don’t have an underbite. I notice eating the wrong food, like one bite can change the shape of my face as it becomes bloated. 7. TMJ - Courtney, take B 50 vitamins for a week and see how it affects your state anxiety. Low B vitamins absolutely affect state anxiety. (I co-wrote a medical reference on celiac disease.) If you feel better, add beef to your diet. You can also get your nutrient levels tested and get tested for celiac disease. If you have tested positive in the past and are already gluten-free, get tested for malabsorption. 8. Conclusion: 1. Avoid inflammatory foods and eat foods that work for YOUR body. 2. Put on muscle. 3. Stand up straight. Chest out. Shoulders back and down. 4. Train your neck by pressing with your hands. 5. Beard only matters if your face needs it for definition. Definitely shape it. 6. Tongue placement. Can’t hurt. 7. Make sure you are nutrient sufficient. Malnourished is different from undernourished. You can be fat and malnourished. Most people are...
@@breuh6298 if you are very strict with your diet as I mentioned. I've done and maintained it. Steroids is an easy way, not the only way. (Maybe my writing was confusing.) Of course, there are always outliers, people who are shredded genetically no matter what garbage they eat.
What do you mean 10-12 % is impossible dude are you crazy lmao. I am at around 11 % since 17 and all I did was play high-level soccer... It becomes hard to maintain under 10 %, but even then, steroids are not needed at all, just a stricter diet and specific/more serious work-outs...
Hi Courtney!, I'm new to your channel but I've been seeing some of your videos and I've to say THANK YOU!, truth is that I've been feeling very sad for a couple of days because I'm not attractive, I'm 21 and I've never had a girlfriend, I don't get the attention of women because of various reasons, I feel like a loser because of it, because I see man around me that they've developed better, they are taller, and have better bodies and all of that, unlike me who is just not enough at the moment. However, I do have been working on myself, on my physical and mental health, that doesn't stop the bad days though, but your channel is so full of positivity, you have given me hope that the work that I'm putting on myself will make more attractive, I love how you put accountability on both men and women, again thank you, have a great day!.
I've spent my whole life in the northern U.S., in mostly white communities, and every winter people pay money to go to tanning booths so they can look browner and not so pasty white. It blows my mind when I hear people say they think they're ugly because they're brown. Think about the people who sell that nonsense and consider the source.
I never did mewing or Tongue exercises on purpose but that's basically what I was forced to do in wrestling. if we breathed through our mouth we might bight our tongue or drop our mouth piece. when running long distance breathing through our nose also helped keeping our pace. our necks also were thicker from all the bridges we did.
@@N7Tonik it's easier to see with a quick Google for neck bridges than it is to explain. it's quite a well known exercise so it shouldn't be hard to find.
When I first started boxing, I was told to keep my mouth closed so that I won’t bite my tongue in half from an uppercut, has kept me in good stead ever since.
Things to start in 2022: - working out - investing money (crypto, stocks, savings) - ending bad habits (snoozing, gosipping, procrastinating) - planning your days - Eating healthier & learning to cook - weekly walks (in nature, no headphones/airpods) - drinking water daily (2-3 liters) - Reading at least 5-10 pages of a (e)book - Quiting drugs/alcohol (you don't need that bs) - meditating - Giving to the less fortunates - cutting out bad friends & family - minimalism - Learning a (remote) skill (coding, music, designing, marketing) [Screenshot this, atleast try it & any questions? Ask them + share this if you feel like it]
For the average person this is literally the worst time to be putting money into stocks or crypto. Those markets are not done sliding yet. Stay out if you don't know how to trade.
Question: Do you have an attractive face? Answer: Nope. Not even remotely. No interest in dating, no interest in marriage. But still interested in the channel’s content in case friends and people ask for advice.
@@rodiusmaximus … Yep, gotta to be honest with myself. Plus, for those so eager to get into relationships, they should really ask themselves if they’re prepared for the lows, and especially for guys, are you prepared to deal with woman’s mood swings? Movie relationships is not exactly like real life. Relationships are hard, and can be draining. He grew a beard to mask a sub par jawline which lots of guys do as well. Him cutting his body fat minimally affected his face honestly. You can’t change bone structure or genetics, although chronic mouth breathing is a problem I think it’s only an issue if you’re doing it ALL THE TIME or more often than nose breathing.
Yeah most of this is absolute nonsense in my opinion. You're either an attractive man or not, and there are ways to tell this other than just looking in the mirror. Such as the way people treat you and your success with women. Plus a long neck is seen as an attractive feature but I guess this guy says a wide stumpy neck is good because it means other men will be intimidated by you, just what? Why is it framed that way? Being jacked and intimidating isn't what makes a handsome man. It is things like face structure, hair, and height. Meaning your genes.
Also you can create a current of energy connecting the upper and lower part of the body. Close your eyes and oscillate between breathing through you mouth and then nose only. When you're conscious of it sit tall "as if a string is pulling your head upward." Some of these practices in this video are just affective ways of using the body to live a healthier life. Yoga practiioners and occupational therapist and doctors literally say the same exact things. So many things improve when u lengthen the spine and breath. Great video.
I do not know what put you on my youtube page, but I'll tell you you have an amazing skill of keeping one's attention and you are such an interesting person as well. I really enjoyed your video, thanks for this.
Hahaha, there's definitely no hope for me. I had very little chances when I was in my prime in my 20s, so now entering my 50s, it's game over. That's no "black pill" bullshit, that's just facts. You can't fight the aging process. And you REALLY cannot fight BAD GENES. Well, maybe you can, to some degree, and some will fare better than others, but it's no guarantee any corrective measures that late in life (or ever) is gonna work. Sometimes you just get dealt a hand, it sucks bad, it's not even worth trying to play it cos it's so bad (but you do anyway, and LOSE AGAIN), and that's all there is to it.
If there’s any chance of improvement, like 1%, that’s improvement and it accumulates. Improvement is improvement. I didn’t start say facial exercises until well into adulthood long after your face is “fixed”, 3 times a week but just a facial flexor first, was just a month when people commented. Now I do simple things daily that take minutes. Women well into adulthood do these things to improvement. Your goal should be your best peak you, Hamzas goal is to be peak sustainable Hamza.
Yeah, you're right. I would always ask 20-30 year olds to not give up, but you aren't 20-30. 40+ year olds who can't get a relationship should just chill alone, honestly, men AND women. I would follow my own advice, if I ever became single at 40+. Hopefully it never happens.

I agree with everything Hamza said. His meme level is also off the charts. Excellent video from both of you. 5/7 Perfect. I look forward to getting back to lifting after my pulled rib cage muscle heals. I am down to 13.3% body fat today from roughly 15.3% in November 2020. I wish I was tracking my weight and metrics from when I started my journey in early 2020. I love the way my body looks and how I carry myself now. I am really working on the beard aspect. Mine is just a tad patchy, but I work with what I have for now and keep working at it.
If you are that focused on your looks you certainly have your priorities wrong. Also, the more you are into yourself and your looks, the less time you have for others which in general makes you less attractive, so be careful not to overdo it.
how are you supposed look after others if you cant look after yourself. first focus on yourself and set your priorities right before you go on to others
Unfortunately looks or money is all that matters to women 😅😅😅 we can talk ourselves into believing otherwise if we want! But living "your truth," doesn't change reality.
Hamza is great. I think he's blown up because he's intense. No bull, no comfort quotes. But his style delivers in a way that gives any man hope if they're willing to put in the work.

I hear ya - g bash! Great tips - by Courtney! And speaking of “Self-Improvement…”
Personal Development is one of the best things you can do for yourself - because, we as human beings, we’re supposed to embrace growth!
So make sure you find your Purpose in life - whatever it might be, and work on it daily, and continue to make progress, because progress is - really the key to happiness.
But don’t do it for any girl or guy, make sure you’re doing it for yourself - and just be happy!
Anyway, that’s my two cents.

Courtney!! Long time watcher! Appreciate all the information you always drop to keep us men in better shape Mentally & Physically. Just ordered the Neck Relaxer. My Neck Thanks you!
Genetics still play a big part towards looks and some guys have no control over it…
sad but true.
Finally Hamza! I'll recommend you to watch more videos of him in the future. Thank you again Courtney. Bless you
Courtney was correct on Sunday about the tongue scraper.
She's nice and doesn't waste words.

Another one is to smile at yourself in the mirror. 👍
Love this advice!
If you have a bad jawline, growing a beard and properly trimming it makes a world of difference.
My neighbor has this smile like a hyena. First time I met him, when I turned away and looked back I caught him with that weird hyena smile. Still gives me the creeps. I never trusted him.

Excellent advice - great video!
Courtney, great vids, keep up the good work.
I've never been too caught up in the idea that only physical attractiveness can get women coming to you because that's just ridiculous. Do what you can to improve your face but don't obsess to the point of insanity. My facial hair isn't perfect yet I'm able to still attract women.
There is far more that goes into attraction than just looks! You’re absolutely right.
It's about finding the right balance. Wanting to attract someone and not be alone can be an excellent motivator for sorting your life out, like health, fitness, job etc but being aware when attracting women is coming at the expense of those things, like neglecting studying or the gym to chase someone so you can stop it
🔥🔥
You really clear things up
Girl I love your hair!!! It's perfect. You are so pretty too! Cheers!
Thank you so much, you’re so sweet 🥰

As a guy - wow. I'd never have thought that this is an issue for women. Curious.
True. I struggled with sitting posture because I hunch to avoid getting boobs stared.
@@NafAmer The struggle is real, Na Ni!
Love all the expressions with head posture!
I agree with these points. I personally tend to prefer clean shave (I don’t understand why so many men feel like they need a beard) but everyone is entitled to their own preferences so if having a beard is what you like then yes, 100% do what he is suggesting.
Adonissssssssssss, was legit about to ask you to do this but you just did! big fan of you guys. Thanks for putting this out courtney ❤
I’m so glad! Thanks for being here 🥰
10:08 of course, some little things are subconscious, sometimes we see an attractive person and we don’t know what is attractive about him (look wise)
Its thus little things that makes that difference.

New subscriber and this is absolutely brilliant I learnt loads watching this, love stuff like this to help men as alot if us don't understand grooming and things
Very helpful video thumbs up Courtney Ryan 👍
I think improving your looks is one of the most important things to do but when you have maximised them, it is no use to get depressed because you arent a model. Your personality is much more important in the long run in your life. Looks have become so important to us because of social media but the real growth and happiness comes from personality💥
Sounds good man but it actually does suck to be invisible to the opposite sex. No amount of self encouragement can change our genetics. You see someone physically before you know anything about their personality.
Courtney, that pink color suits you really freaking well. Youre glowing more in this video than in your past videos. But pink definitely enhances it
Coming from a 48 year old attractive (at least that’s what I’m told) guy here.
Very good read
OHH GOOD FOR YOU!...
@@adamaz7102 lol. 1. How old are you? 2. Can you read?
Great Video, two legends.💪.
Could you explain what do you mean with "bridges"?
Ohhh never knew that
@@N7Tonik it's easier to see with a quick Google for neck bridges than it is to explain.
it's quite a well known exercise so it shouldn't be hard to find.
@@Arkhs Thanks, found it
When I first started boxing, I was told to keep my mouth closed so that I won’t bite my tongue in half from an uppercut, has kept me in good stead ever since.

Things to start in 2022:
- working out
- investing money (crypto, stocks, savings)
- ending bad habits (snoozing, gosipping, procrastinating)
- planning your days
- Eating healthier & learning to cook
- weekly walks (in nature, no headphones/airpods)
- drinking water daily (2-3 liters)
- Reading at least 5-10 pages of a (e)book
- Quiting drugs/alcohol (you don't need that bs)
- meditating
- Giving to the less fortunates
- cutting out bad friends & family
- minimalism
- Learning a (remote) skill (coding, music, designing, marketing)
[Screenshot this, atleast try it & any questions? Ask them + share this if you feel like it]
For the average person this is literally the worst time to be putting money into stocks or crypto. Those markets are not done sliding yet. Stay out if you don't know how to trade.
Coding is not for everyone, the junior market is flooded with too many "programmers".
Learn some kind of martial art

Skin care is also good for facial attractiveness never really see male UA-camrs talk about this

Now this is a good video. Useful advice.
I have that same neck pillow! Love it, I work a desk job too!
Question: Do you have an attractive face?
Answer: Nope. Not even remotely.
No interest in dating, no interest in marriage. But still interested in the channel’s content in case friends and people ask for advice.
yep I skipped the video and went straight to the comments looking for yours
@@rodiusmaximus … Yep, gotta to be honest with myself. Plus, for those so eager to get into relationships, they should really ask themselves if they’re prepared for the lows, and especially for guys, are you prepared to deal with woman’s mood swings? Movie relationships is not exactly like real life. Relationships are hard, and can be draining.
I recently watched Netflix’s ‘The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On", "Love is Blind", "Single Wives", and these absolutely reinforces my lack of interest in finding a lifelong partner.
Not everyone has a soul mate. Not everyone is meant to be in a relationship.
@@strawberryyogurt0 the idea of soulmates is a huge scam. Sure, out of 8 billion people, there might be someone who is perfect in every way and made for me. But she's probably already dead, or stuck in a village in some tiny country, and we'll never actually meet.
@@strawberryyogurt0 sorry but no, your purpose is a human is to reproduce, you can’t be happy if you don’t work towards attaining that
@@strawberryyogurt0dude you're criticizing real life relationships based off reality TV shows 😮😅😅😅😅you realize those are often scripted like wrestling right?
Hamza is one of the best influencers
He literally just aged and grew into his body while taking good care of himself. This happens for lots of guys naturally when they hit around 17-19 and that’s probably how it went for him too.
Meaning your genes.
check out his IG, he trimmed his beard, he DID looksmaxx. he went from an ugly skinny-fat boy to a gigachad
trust me, your tongue posture really helps

Also you can create a current of energy connecting the upper and lower part of the body. Close your eyes and oscillate between breathing through you mouth and then nose only. When you're conscious of it sit tall "as if a string is pulling your head upward."
Some of these practices in this video are just affective ways of using the body to live a healthier life.

This guy was never a 5 in looks 😅😅😅😅 dude went from a 7 to a 10 😅😅😅
If you are that focused on your looks you certainly have your priorities wrong. Also, the more you are into yourself and your looks, the less time you have for others which in general makes you less attractive, so be careful not to overdo it.
how are you supposed look after others if you cant look after yourself. first focus on yourself and set your priorities right before you go on to others
Imagine telling celebrities or athletes that they care too much about their appearance.
Unfortunately looks or money is all that matters to women 😅😅😅 we can talk ourselves into believing otherwise if we want! But living "your truth," doesn't change reality.
Always something to learn from you . Thank you.
