TACHYCARDIC Tabata HIIT Workout | 15 Minutes | No equipment

- Hey guys! I'm warning you.. This is not gonna be easy! I selected one of my favorite exercises for a quick and intense HIIT workout and after I was done with it.. I thought I saw Saint Peter 🤣
Anyway, HIIT is not something you wanna do more than 2-3 times per week and more than 30 minutes.
The timer is 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, ABAB format, so groups of 2 exercises and each group repeats twice. You don't need equipment, just your body well warmed up and a bottle of water!
SQUAT HOLD BURPEE
3 SQUAT PULSES + JUMP
JUMPING JACKS
STAR JUMPS
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
PLANK JACKS
DONKEY KICK + JUMP
SQUAT JACKS
30 SECONDS BREAK
CHEST TO FLOOR BURPEE
RAINBOW KICK
POP SQUATS
HOVER TO EXTENSION
WALKDOWN TO PUSH-UP
ROCKET SQUATS
and Cool Down.

Tabata is a type of interval training where you alternate 20 seconds of exercise with 10 seconds rest😄

This looks intense! Thank you, I'll do it soon. I guess I don't need to know that in order to do the workout, but what in the world is "Tachycardic" and "ABAB format"? And here I thought I knew a little about fitness and exercise... :)
@@lsmthful Tachycardic means having an increased heart rate, over 90 beats, exactly what this workout is going to give you🤣 ABAB format is something I was inspired by Fitness Blender, for example 2 exercises that repeat like this: A: Squats, B: Push-up, A: Squats, B: Push-up.
@@LigiaSaplacan Thanks, got it. I just finished it. This workout is absolutely tachycardic! I was so out of breath and my heart rate I'm sure was way over 90 :). Well, I don't know if you care to hear that, but I like to brag when I finish a workout :).
