- 5 years, 35 episodes, so many yummies, and Oma turning 90! What an absolute joy and honour it has been to bring this amazing mother, grandmother and great-grandmother into your home and hearts. In this final episode, Oma and son talk about their favorite moments and say thank you to all you amazing fans. We hope you watch to the end. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I started watching your videos a few months ago when my mother passed away..She was Hungarian and come over after the 56 revolution.. She was a Freedom Fighter.. She cooked all of these traditional dishes and they are so YUMMY.. Thank you Oma

I just started watching these you tubes and the reason I did was because I'm a caregiver for a 102 year old retired hairdresser. We came across these videos by accident and have watched almost all of them. We have so enjoyed them and just love Oma's cute personality. My client and I are both retired hairdressers and of course noticed Oma's beautiful hair! You are a joy and we feel blessed to have found you. God bless you and your family.

My Hungarian grandmother passed away in April she was 95 years old and still living in her own home! I wish you all the best. Happy retirement Oma... you will be missed. You reminded me of my Oma who tought me to cook at age 20. Im in my 60's and it brought so many nice memories. God Bless you and your son for the joy you have brought to many of us.

Thank you for posting these videos. You are very much like my grandmother may she rest in pease. My grandmother wore the same kind of house dress as you have in the videos. She even wore the same color house dresses. She had the exact same pink house dress as you have on in one of your videos. My grandmother had the same mixing bowls as your mixing bowls. When my grandmother died I stopped baking. It is only until the last couple of years that I started baking again. Baking with my grandmother brought me great joy. I have enjoyed watching you on UA-cam. I wish you all of the best.......

You will be missed. My dad was from Hungary and my mom was German. They married in 1956 and came to America in 1959. We lived in Germany for ten years once I was born and all of your recipes are spot on for what my family cooked. My mom passed away before I could get all of her recipes but thankfully you have restored them to me. Stuffed peppers, obstorte and appfelkuchen were just a few. God bless you and thank you for your show.

That is one good thing about the Internet, you can preserve great recipes, like Oma,s. I wish I had some of my Grandmothers recipes. She made a corned beef casserole with biscuits on top every Christmas Eve before Church. I've tried but have not gotten it how she had it. Take care, Oma. Many more birthdays I wish for you.
