I would have never thought that this would work, but I tried it anyway. I had two small cavities that I noticed were getting larger. I had been oil pulling for about 6 months for another oral issue. I started on the oil and butter three weeks ago and both cavities are gone. I am amazed. I did start chewing xylitol gum after every meal at the same time I started this program. I almost didnt try this because of the price of the butter, but Im sure glad that I did because it is sure cheaper than going to the dentist. I am 70 and I have noticed that I have also gained enamel back on some teeth that were just worned down. I am a believer.
I am literally doing this right now with my son and I.. he's 8 and autistic and he has some cavities on 2 back teeth and one is creating a small hole :( he is going to the dentist to get them checked but I'm doing this too to see if it helps at all, they are his baby teeth, I'll update with the process.. I have everything in the video she added to the list, the xylitol gum, butter oil and cod oil and the tooth paste you linked and we also brush with coconut oil. I'll update soon
@@nikitaverma9766 I give it to my son in the liquid form from a syringe just a little bit once a day (myself I take one pill) the butter oil my son and I both take 2 spoon fulls of it once a day (1 spoon full in the morning and one at night) I put our butter in the fridge. I also brush our teeth with coconut oil and I brush my son's teeth with the toothpaste that she has in the link (on this video, so I brush his teeth with his toothpaste and then the coconut oil) he also chews the gum (from the link in this video) right after every meal I hope this helps (I also oil pull, my son doesn't but I brush his teeth with the coconut oil for a while to help increase the benefits) I hope that helps 💗
Great video, but consulting the doctor is why we’re here. They want to drill, fill, and bill, creating a future of tooth procedures, crowns, root canals, tooth abstractions and false teeth. Consulting your doctor is not always best, IMO. Consulting someone who genuinely cares and isn’t making $$ off naïve patients is the best to go to. Btw, had a filling done less than a year ago and part of it fell out showing black decay underneath. Save your teeth ladies and gentlemen. 😁
THANK YOU!!! My thoughts exactly! Dentist aren't taught how to heal cavities in med school. They only learn how to get rid of them using chemicals and tools Eve though it's been proven for years that cavities can be reversed. Cavities are actually a nutrient deficiency but dentists are taught it's from not brushing frequently enough with flouride. The dentist is not to blame bc the dentist isn't taught the truth and are are usually so brainwashed they're stuck in their ways and resist learning anything contrary to what they learned in school. I learned all this from Dr. David Kennedy, a wholistic dentist.
That's really all they care about. They refuse to pull my baby's teeth out that have permanent teeth already in behind them because I don't want her teeth drilled. The "cavities" are on baby teeth
My son reversed his two cavities when he was a teen. He ate meat, raw dairy, vegetables and fruits. No refined sugars at all. He is now in his 20s and cavity free.
Very true, I felt bad my whole life because of eating too much of chocolates, biscuits etc. now I cut this and eat only vegetables and fruits and what is healthy. It made a huge difference.
I read an old article once from the 1930s where a Dr used butter oil and cod liver oil to reverse cavities and it worked. You have to also give the enamel a chance to rebuild itself by cutting out sugar as well.
Sounds like the dentist Weston A. Price. He wrote Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. Two organizations carrying on with his work is The Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation and The Weston A. Price Foundation.
Oil pulling is a miracle 🙌 I had plaque build up on the backs of my lower teeth and after two sessions of swishing the oil for 20 minutes the plaque broke off and my teeth felt like ai had a visit to the dentist. I have been flossing twice a day as well, and my teeth no longer have pain!!❤
My dentist likes to skip right over fillings and go straight for the throat. Root canals, caps and eventually pulling out teeth. I started to question this after I realized that I am without a tooth in my mouth and more than half of my mouth is filled with caps. I talked to the same people that go to him and they said the same things. So I’m getting my last cleaning with him and saying bye after a few years of going through so much fear every time I had to go to him. Be aware people they are doctors but it’s a money making industry overall. They own their own practices and after doing some research on what a dentist makes for doing any work such as crowns, root canals etc. I appreciate this video. I’m making the switch. Thank you.
look into n-HA toothpastes, i was headed down your path with multiple deep cleanings and sackings only now my teeth look browner and are more sensitive than before. I can feel the abrasions in my teeth after the cleaning and am doing research to heal my teeth. The n-HA paste looks promising and is proven to help remineralize the teeth. Cocofloss and BOKA are the two brands i’ve found. Will try them out soon!
Imagine what they do to children😢, i hate what i put my kids through with their dentist, and thats me doing my research ofbthe best pedestrian dentist. I must say your GI bacteria imbalance along with sugars and high process foods with little to no veggies is a national wide issue STARTING WITH YOUR KIDS. Change their food intake quality and many many problems will go away
update! I bought the Cocofloss brand toothpaste & floss along with The Natural Dentist brand aloe vera mouthwash. Have used it just 2 days and I’ve already noticed a huge improvement. I used to feel plaque buildup on my teeth after eating anything, and my breath was bad/throat dry, brown stains on my bottom teeth. With just 2 days of the routine, my teeth are glossy to the touch, can’t stop feeling them with my tongue. They look whiter already, and they feel thicker! The n-HA remineralizes the teeth so that’s why that’s happening. My bad breath is going away/ almost non existent and the stains are fading! My gums feel and look stronger and the gaps in my teeth are getting tighter again! I wish i was being paid for this comment lol but i’m supremely impressed with the toothpaste! Please try it out!
My son was diagnosed with five cavities. I had him do oil pulling. At the next appointment 3 disappeared. I'm a co parent dad. This was oil pulling on the weekend extremely effective with just 3 days a week. My kid was probably 5. Oh and he uses whatever oil is handy. Fine results with vegetable oil. The super duper cheap stuff he likes better than coconut. He probably doesn't do very long now but he does it. Catches it a few times a month now. He's 11. Eats too much sugar like kids do. I tell him to do an oil pull whenever his breath smells funny. He views it about like brushing. Great for breath odor. MCT oil or olive oil are handy. Sesame oil I use too.
@@SoulTalk2Em I always use coco it oil, which is solid white. Take a spoon, and spoon some up (just like as if it were ice cream), and put it in your mouth. It will melt into a liquid oil rapidly. Now you just gently swish it around. It will get in between your teeth, and all around. Some people, say this needs to be done for 20 minutes a day, but other say five’ish is fine. When you are done, DO NOT SWALLOW THIS OIL - it will be full of bacteria. Spit it out onto a tissue or into a trash bag. Don’t spit down the sink - the oil isn’t good for it.
@@skkrtskkrtalln absolutely. I have used the cheapest vegetable oil and it works. I don't much like vegetable oil but it does the whole freshen your breath and makes your mouth feel better. My kid didn't like coconut oil so he used the cheap vegetable oil and reversed cavities and breath didn't stink. Kids and sugar you know. I use extra virgin olive oil most of the time. It's antiinflammatory and supposed to be good for what ails you. I use flaxseed oil it's got omega 3. Sesame oil I heard was good for your gums. MCT oil is refined coconut oil tastes better than hard coconut oil to me and my kid.
That solves a major question that I have had all my life. My grandmother churned butter from the milk from her cows. My mother and grandmother never had cavities. My mother also used cod liver oil. They brused their teeth once a day. I brush two or three times a day, floss, and i got cavities....I never understood it.
Wow that’s amazing. I’ve had so many questions as well regarding our teeth. So many things never made sense to me. Like I don’t think we even understand our teeth’s ability to Heal cause dentist have been there to interfere always. Not saying that they’re not helpful in many ways but to truly and deeply understand our teeth’s potential to Heal on their own with proper assistance is something that I don’t think has been experimented. For example I spent the whole 2022 without seeing a dentist. That was the first time I ever skipped the dentist for that long & when I finally went in January there is barely any plaque. They couldn't believe I hadn't seen a dentist in that long with that little plaque, even asked me if I floss daily and I said no I don't floss at all. Not to mention I used to have so much plaque every dentist visits, every 6 months they would scrape my teeth so much prior to using xylitol and all this I mentioned.
@@jessicaknight1808 Butter oil contains vitamin k2 which is really good for teeth and bones. If you can't get it, just take any multivitamin supplement that has k2 (I take Vegan Vitality).
Minerals are key to tooth growth and maintenance. Poor diet, or just generally eating foods low in minerals, make teeth weaker. Liquid minerals supplements can also help, along with oil pulling, or Harry's products for teeth. Flossing helps With bad bacteria in m I uth
Vitamin k-2 supplements vitamin D ensuring it is absorbed into the bones, (or teeth as you I ferred) calcifiying that rather than the blood. Vitamin k2 is a very necessary vitamin. I howeverndifnt consider its benefits for teeth. Makes sense. Thanks.
I literally started taking k2-D liquid drops maybe 2 weeks ago. And started limiting sweets & carbs for about 6 days.... seemed like 1 of the small holes in my teeth was smaller than usual, today
For people in the comments who don't innerstand. Caries are black decay marks in your teeth and are a sign of tooth decay. An early stage of a cavity. A cavity is when you have a hole in your tooth/teeth. Dentists usually just categorize them as the exact same instead of distinguishing the difference in stages. Caries are reversable because it's from a nutrient deficiency and imbalanced mouth bacterial flora, it's not a gaping hole yet. It's pretty much like a stain, maybe a little deeper, signaling to you there's tooth decay.
Innerstand is often used by spiritual narcissists to paseiv aggressively talk down to lay folk (or perceived lay folk). There's no reason "understand" needs to be replaced by "innerstand" outside of ego stroking.
Many years ago I had problems with plaque. It would build up to the painful stage between cleanings to the point that I scheduled my cleanings for every 3 months. I started a regimen of xylitol gum and toothpaste and experienced a huge reduction in plaque formation. Same for cavities despite all the emphasis on fluoride treatments or toothpaste. I have not let anything fluoride touch my mouth in 20 years too and have done well
So you actually regrew the enamel in your daughters teeth? How long did you do this regimen from before and after when you saw results. I am working on regrowing my enamel. I have a hole in back of my tooth and on side. I have xylitol in a bag...wondering if I can make a rinse rather than chewing gum. I definitely oil pull. Thanks in advanced.
@@1146g02 yes! Honestly if you can make a rinse that would be great. Share how you do that with me! I would appreciate it. Xylitol is the truth. But be consistent daily. Within 3 months you’ll be 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Great advice all round. Xylitol tastes sweet and cooling. Once that effect wears off, you've got the xylitol benefit from the gum so you don't need to chew the remaining tasteless gum filler for ages.
Thank you for the video! My advice with oil pulling is to keep a jar in your bathroom where you can see it and do it when you take a shower. I believe most of us take showers for at least 20 mins. Oil pull while showering and spit in the trash when you get out. Add a few drops of tea tree oil to help your gums out too ❤
30 minutes is not necessary for oil pulling. I manage to do it for 15 min almost daily AND 1 tablespoon is A LOT to pull. I use about half that amount. It helps with the gums to adhere to your teeth- getting rid of plaque. A wonderful routine to adopt.
Awesome video! I just learned that castor oil works GREAT - and you only have to do it for 2 minutes because of it's potency! Great for those who are looking for a less time consuming option. Castor oil packs are GAME-CHANGER, too! I love castor oil!
I started oil pulling with castor oil about two weeks ago for the very reason you mentioned. I love that you don't have to shwish for as long as you do with other oils.
I wonder when these doctors, dentists and toothpaste companies are going to be held responsible for these harmful lies and misinformation. Thank you so much for sharing. I’ll be sure to use your links for my purchase. I appreciate you.
I want you to know that you are a great mother. My mom never taught us to brush our teeth. I have very problematic teeth now that I’m getting under control with a high cost. We would have to be screaming in pain literally before my mom would get angry and book an appointment.
Thank you babe 🤍🙏🏼 I’m sorry you had to go through that. 😭😭 my heart hurts, but I’m happy you’ve gotten it under control. I’ve heard of huge cavities being reversed by just chewing xylitol gum (like chewing it a lot even after flavor is gone, like constantly, if not all day) and the dentist had mentioned they were big enough to have to be filled. Sorry for my late reply
@@CarolinFrancheli Aww thank you. What that is SO cool! I’m going to get some of that today! I totally forgot you said that in your videos. How long did they say it may take? Wow very cool. Oil pulling has excellent whitening benefits too. I was able to get rid of an infection in my tooth with oil pulling with coconut oil and a blend of essential oils. I do also take supplements, use probiotics ,hydroxyapatite toothpaste, and xylitol products
One more thing. My five year old is very stubborn and has two huge cavities that he will not let a dentist touch. Fights fiercely, two pediatric dentists refuse to accept him as a patient, I have been sharing my xylitol gum with him lately and my wife had noticed a significant reduction in size. I have noticed his breath is much improved too

You can also use xylitol instead of coconut oil pulling it's less messy than oil and breaks down the biofilm that allows bacteria etc to settle on your teeth.
Although you can get the gum it's super expensive and doesn't last long. You should be able to get a big bag of xylitol in your supermarket to swish with which is a lot better value for money. Also the bonus of being able to spit straight into the sink.
Wow, what a beautiful mom you are! I love how you presented this and your honesty regarding you and your daughter's experience. Very Good! "Chery" here...
we used old method of salt water gargling followed by ayuvedic oil pulling using coconut or sesame oil (swill a tspn round mouth for 5 to 20 mins then dispose of the oil carefully).... did it for a week and his cavity seems to have disappeared along with the aching jaw.
Thanks. I haven't got it in and tried it yet, but check out videos on Xylitol made from birch and not corn. Make a mouth wash out of it and it will kill bad bacteria. You can also swish for 15 minutes and then spit it out. The oil pulling worked for one cavity in the family years ago but we need to try the xylitol to kill bad bacteria in the mouth that wants to re colonize. Just check out videos on it and it will explain how it works. We hope that is our answers for our immediate problems.
My daughter got 3 cavities after sneaking out of bed at night and getting into candy after she had already brushed her teeth. Sugar is the absolute biggest thing that causes tooth issues whether that be plaque or cavities.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to not keep candy in the house at all times, or keep it out of reach. When I read about modern bad parenting, suddenly I realize what a good mother I had. Candy was not an every day staple in our home. And I have very healthy teeth. Unbelievable. Bet your kid has childhood diabetes next.
@@OakwiseBecomingga damn, no need to be a bi*** about it. We live and learn and not everyone is blessed to have had a mother to begin with or a father, most grew up in bad areas and around bad people that don't care about them. Count yourself blessed with having a parent at all. Not many have that, let alone a roof over their head or food in their bellies. Wouldn't kill you to show some kindness now would it? Be kind.
The key with oil pulling is not to just sit around or concentrate on swishing the oil for 25-30 minutes, but you have to do something to pass the time. If you do it in the morning, brush your teeth and then start the oil pulling and as you're doing it, get your day started by getting your clothes on, fix your breakfast, check your emails...just do other stuff for your day. If it is the evening, get dinner ready or prepare your clothes for the next day (wash clothes, iron, etc.), or maybe even sit and put the coconut oil (or other oil) in your mouth before you watch an episode of a series that you've been following. And through all this, keep track of the time. Before you know it, time will be up and you can spit it out and go about the rest of your day. 😊
Great info! I went to 2 different dentists who told me I had cavities that they wanted to fill with composite resin. However, I did not like the biocompatibilty of BPA and BPA-substitute resins, so I went to a 3rd dentist, and they told me I have no cavities!!!! Part of me thinks they first two dentists just wanted my money, but part of me also thinks my use of xylotol mouthwash may have helped reverse damage.
the same thing happened to me I had a dentist that told me I had 14 cavities and then I got a second opinion and I had none except for too deep of fillings from the dentist who told me I had 14 cavities!
@@lolo54260 😁 I believe it!!!! I'm sorry to hear you had so many procedures done by sub-standard dentists! These dentists make most of their money from filling procedures, especially if they accept insurance. The first 2 dentists made up excuses to kick me out of their practices since I refused to get toxic composite fillings and instead requested solid gold foil fillings for 100% biocompatibilty. The crazy thing is many dental schools are phasing-out teaching this valuable, highly effective and long-lasting filling technique in favor of composites because composites are less labor intensive and more marketable, despite the proven negative health effects from BPA and BPA-substitute composites. They refused to even do my 6-month cleanings!!! The current dentist I use is out of network and it costs a lot more per visit w/o any insurance, but to actually have someone looking at my teeth instead of my wallet is worth it! I'll never forget when they said I have no cavities... I was shocked!!! If you ever need fillings, go to the Tucker Study Club's website to find a dentist near you who still does gold fillings; w/o the website, it was practically impossible to find anyone who did gold foil fillings w/o even any adhesives (for mold-casting fillings) or palladium. Here is the link: arvtsc.org/ I think any gold filling would be better than a composite, but I would try to get the gold foil with pure or 99% gold or part silver (no mercury) instead of palladium since it has some toxic (though less than composite from my research) health effects as well. Any adhesive will probably have some health effects too, but is probably much less than all the BPA and BPA-substitutes that can leach out of composite fillings into the body over long periods of time.
@@lolo54260 I also have found probiotic mouthwash with essential oils, toothpastes with natural ingredients and non-toxic hydroxyapatite, and water-jet flossers with water and a small amount (maybe 1:10 ratio) of hydrogen peroxide to be very beneficial for dental health. Electric toothbrushes are an absolute must because they remove way more plaque than a regular toothbrush.
I oil pull with coconut oil while I'm in the shower. You only need to do it for 10-15 minutes max. I spit into the trash when I'm done or down the drain is the water is very hot. I keep a small container in my bathroom out on the counter with a spoon so I see it.
Great book 📖 to read and goes in-depth on cod liver oil and fat soluble vitamins that reverse cavities is a book called Cure Tooth Decay by Ramiel Nagel.
Thank you so much for sharing this vital information & your experience! I was a dental assistant for 8 yrs & it was very hard to accept the ugly truth about fluoride but it is a neurotoxin & it weakens bones & teeth!! Holistic Dentitsty is quite expensive but much can be learned from research. The US has more dental problems than any other country. Other countries dont fluoridate their water or the deficient foods/diet we do. The AMA/FDA want patients cradle to grave. WE must be responsible for our own health - starting with research & learning. I stopped fluoride products years ago & my mouth has never felt fresher or been healthier! Food grade diatomaceous earth is super amazing (1tsp daily) research it- it will remineralize teeth & is in many toothpastes. I take it every am in 8oz of water- thst stuff is amazing!!!
I recently had a deep cleaning and scraping done on my teeth and have been brushing twice & flossing daily (no fluoride, and prior to my clean I only brushed once a day). Anyways, I am noticing brown stains targeting a few of my teeth and i’m at a loss as to what they are! I’m doing everything right but now I fear the deep clean did more harm than good.
I take DE (Diatomaceous earth [food grade]), 1 heaping teaspoon/tbs to 4 oz of lemon water, stir and drink every morning) followed by more lemon water... it's great for your joints and hair as well! ;)
Thank you so much for this video , I brush twice a day but still ended up with a cavity , I went to the dentist two months ago for the first and she wanted to a root canal even though she tapped the tool way harder on the tooth than the one that was actually hurting so she could make more money lol .. and despite she was a rude person so no you’re not touching me 😂 , I haven’t been to the doctors since 2021 because I’m good at healing myself naturally (everyone is different) and I have been doing the same with my teeth , it’s going well but I feel like oil pulling will speed up the process. Sending Love ❤️
Castor oil pulling works in 2 minutes. I couldn't go 5 to 20 minutes with coconut oil. Castor oil takes a smaller amount. castor oil doesn't plug the drain, but I still spit it in the trash bin.

Nice video! Xylitol however, is sugar made from corn; gmo! I make my own toothpaste; bentonite clay, salt, trace minerals, coconut oil, & eo. Really ?! That’s interesting information I’m going to look into it & thank you for sharing. Is there a possibility that there is a component in xylitol that helps reverse tooth decay despite the sugar ? Do we have accurate data on the levels of each ingredient inside of xylitol? Also xylitol isn’t swallowed so maybe less of an impact because of that? Regardless this is so dope. Thank you so much for sharing.

With oil pulling i struggled using anything more than a heaped teasponful of coconut oil( i live in scotland the oil is normally solid)- its easier to manage that quantity than having your cheeks and jaw hurt because your mouth is full of oil. I had periodontitis and oil pulled for a month at night-it reduced it from 70% to 50% so i continued and oil pulling, flossing, using a ayurvedic toothpaste and high strength supplements completely got rid of the periodontitis. There's a supplement that contains cod liver oil and butter oil. These were shown to work synergistically I took it when I was having hair fall issues. Great results
hello!! can you please share what supplement you're referring to? i am having a lot of hairfall for the last 2 years and now teeth problems too. i'd really appreciate it, thank you!
How did you get your daughter to take cod liver oil? The dosage mentioned for cod liver oil for pregnant women was 20,000 iu and 10,000 iu for non pregnant adults; I can’t make sense of that especially if high doses for pregnant women is not recommended.
I sure did buy what you linked!! Thank you and we eat pretty clean ! I’m very pick on our food. I just don’t want her to have to get dental work at 2 ! She is newly 2 as of yesterday. So it’s disheartening
Zellies mint are awesome. I got the cherry berry and cool fruit. I tried the gum but chewing gum makes my jaw sore I have TMJ. I am using her complete mouth care system. It is making a difference . I am going to incorporate the supplements without the oil pulling.
So sorry I did not notice this earlier. I’ve been using the Zellies mints and Dr Ellie phillips ( on UA-cam)mouth care system, Dr Plotkas mouthwatchers toothbrushes since August 2023. The toothbrushes work really well and I’ve been able to avoid using floss. Only once in a great while do I get something stuck in between my teeth then use a little floss to get it out. The toothbrushes really get debris out between the teeth. I’ve noticed less plaque in my gums are much better, but I didn’t mention in my prior comment is I have a mouthful of crowns And what led me to search for an answer was I had my entire mouth is full of crowns over the years at 66 years old. In 2022 I had a total of nine crowns replaced as well as three root canals. Part of the work was done here in the states, and I went to Mexico for the rest, $10,000 worth of work done between the Us and Mexico . I can’t afford year after year dental work living on Social Security. Luckily I had some savings but there’s not much left now. I cannot afford to have problems ongoing year after year. My teeth had given me trouble for years and I’ve been to Dentist again and again. I’ve got osteoporosis and obviously it never stopped the cavities from coming or the recession, etc. sSome of my pockets were pretty bad. I went to Mexico and asked them to look at my Crowns and let me know if any were not tight gum or getting old and they ended up checking under five additional crowns.. I had three cavities under the 5 old crowns they removed. Never did my dentist in the states. tell me that you can get cavities under your crowns. I never did get to trying the oil pulling.
Thank you so much. My daughter Isabelle ( French for Isabella 😊) has about 7 cavities in total. They literally want to put her to sleep before working on it all. This video saves both of us from the hands of crazy dentists and big pharmaceutical companies. Blessings
ur such a good mom and thanks for sharing🙋🏻♀️im a believer now and i will chew xylitol gum after meals. Freshens breath and reduces bad bacteria and cavities: it's a win win situation😎
Dr. Ellie, a dentist is also also great. She has videos on UA-cam. I’ve spoken with her. She mentioned using this, but the problem is some people are susceptible to things like tumors and xylitol can also cause that especially if there is a dirty gene MTHFR. So I still will chew it, but I am more careful and people who have a methylation problem. Yes, I was tall as good, but my son was chewing it every day just a small amount time a day and within a month he ended up with some sort of skin issue. The dermatologist discovered it was from the gum when he stopped the gum the peeling skin around his nose went away. It was a if he had been wiping his nose and he had not been. This means kidneys were affected.
Thank you so much for sharing this. I am going to look into this. I do know that having that gene mutation (MTFHR) can cause you to have health issues when exposed to certain factors & Methylated vitamins are important. Again. thank you so much for sharing this as i am having skin issues and wonder if its because of that.

I made some homemade marshmallows and used peppermint extract in them and when I ate some my teeth wouldn’t get as much crap to form on them. The marshmallows had sugar, but the strong peppermint oil seems to keep bacteria from doing as much nasty stuff in your mouth. It’s a good snack to take along if you are camping out or going on a road trip to keep your teeth cleaner, or to maybe use some of the extract by itself? Interesting video. I had heard of oil pulling but I’m not sure if I ever knew what it meant.
The best thing is nutrition. Carnivores have great oral health. Having a piece of cheese after eating. Xylitol gum. Also, there's a daily plan (cheap) from dr. Ellie Phillips. Every little bit helps 😊
Idk about butter oil but you can buy grass fed butter at the store. Kerrygold is a popular brand in the States. The important part is the grass fed part. It makes the butter higher in vitamins a, d, e, & k. That’s what helps your teeth remineralize.
I was sort of abused by my dentist as a child and that just like she said four cavities on both sides and to this day I honestly believe he was just looking for a payday and I remember screaming in pain and he would say “shut up!“ This was a long time ago and my parents were the kind of people who just trusted everyone and believed whatever they said I really wanna believe the xylitol gum could reverse the child cavities remember they’re just hard on the outside but soft living tissue and pulp on the inside blood flowing all of that
I like the idea of taking cod liver oil however those who are allergic to Birch trees should avoid xylitol - unless it's sourced from corn. Also, I've resorted to using herbs to strengthen teeth by making a herbal calcium tea to swish with twice a day and using black walnut hull tincture to help with weak enamel 🌿🌿🌿🌿
Had a root canal five years ago half of it fell out and it’s decaying inside and they’re saying the cavity was still there, so need another root canal. I’m looking for other options, plus have 2 more broken teeth, fortunately no pain….they quoted over 3 thousand dollars, pull the broken teeth and then will need a partial…. have already gone with the partial before they never fit right always very painful. Anyway, I can’t afford this…… had already started the coconut oil pulling, which was helping a lot so thanks for the other info.
Very relieved to hear this!!! My daughter is 18 months old, she chipped her teeth from teething and under bite....I’ve actually have been doing this for about 2 weeks, her teeth are looking way better!
Thats awesome. Make sure you up her vitamins. 2-3x a day. all the vitamins out there are deficient of its contents so its best to take them 2-3x daily adults and kids. & a huge tip for you is to buy distilled water or a water distiller (eventually) and add trace minerals to it. That helps with heavy metal toxicity and any toxins that may be in the water. Lastly, buy the himalaya toothpaste it contains xylitol which has been proven many times to reverse cavities even cavities at the point of root canal. Its an amazing toothpaste and doesnt have fluoride or any sls or carageenan however you spell that lol. if you need the link let me know
Thank you so much for this video.🙏 We are going to give this a try, but could you please tell which flavor specifically you gave to your daughter because cod liver is not good to me😞
I am a believer… However the cynic in me Hass to ask what the chances are that the dentist was lying about the cavities in the first place? Do you really trust your dentist that the idea didn’t cross your mind? That he might lie to you I mean? I had a really bad experience with my dentist as a child and I’m so glad you were able to spare your kid that kind of abuse
Why would they lie about them at first and then say there are none? If you're going to be a cynic you have to base things off of logic and reason and not just doubt things it doesn't make sense for you to be doubtful of.
Hello. Thank you for your helpful recommendations and good report! Question: how do you use the Butter oil and cod liver oil? ie, do you take them like medicine on a spoon ea day? do you swish them in your mouth with water? do you spread the butter oil on bread? do you take them both together at the same time? do you take with or after a meal? did your daughter have any negative reactions [like "die-off"]? Appreciate more tips on how to use. Thanks so much.
Cod liver oil must be swallowed. The butter oil can be swallowed or put on a toast or scrambled eggs or anything food. And taken together at the same time or separate is ok. No negative reactions observed. 💕
Went to the dentist recently for a root canal as I was in severe pain. Went back to the original dentist for my crown and they noticed I had other cavities around (my teeth have visible small holes and black spots showing through the clear portion of the tooth) For years I’ve always brushed properly, flossed after every meal and even chewed xylitol but STILL get cavities. I’ve even tried oil pulling and had no visible difference in my teeth. I would like to think my dentist is one of the good ones as they’ve redone my permanent crown free of charge, especially since any doctor/dentistry seem to be money hungry. Hoping after I get my current issues fixed that I can keep up with the oil pulling, xylitol and brushing and flossing and delay any future problems. Maybe my teeth were too far gone for the remedies to work as is, hopefully it’ll help prevent after the fillings 😏 On the other hand I do have bowel issues that restrict my diet to some degree, sometimes I have to go on a strict liquid diet till the flare dies down. Maybe my stomach issues and dry mouth make it harder for me to better my teeth in a way?
At her age it's so much easier. It's like, if you can forgive my somewhat gross example, it's like a house just finished and every tool, the scaffolding and the boulders are still there: fixing anything is quickly done. In a few years they'll be gone, scaffolding will be somewhere else as the builders will be busy elsewhere: it will take some time to reorganize everything and get things going.
Yes PH control after meals ! Water alone isn’t enough- we need more PH control foods after meals along side xylitol !

@merica8888 yeah that junk is poisonous. Once it's all cut out, the real food tastes much better.

The same story happened to me in New Zealand - found his clients had the same stories as me.
When you say oil pulling. What exactly needs to be done?
Can you use substitute if u don’t have coconut oil ??

Heal cause dentist have been there to interfere always.

What can i do about it i have no holes just the tiny mark
Are black point size cavities reversible? Or it's just the white spots that are considered as eligible for reversal?

Many years ago I had problems with plaque. It would build up to the painful stage between cleanings to the point that I scheduled my cleanings for every 3 months. I started a regimen of xylitol gum and toothpaste and experienced a huge reduction in plaque formation. Same for cavities despite all the emphasis on fluoride treatments or toothpaste. I have not let anything fluoride touch my mouth in 20 years too and have done well

How often to pull the oil-once a week?
Great book 📖 to read and goes in-depth on cod liver oil and fat soluble vitamins that reverse cavities is a book called
Cure Tooth Decay by Ramiel Nagel.
Rest in peace to Ramiel.
Where to get this book
FANTASTIC book. Holistic Dental Health is also a great book.
I oil pull, as I'm doing dry brushing and tapping. Make it part of the routine ladies 🚺 ✨
Does oil pulling reverse cavities too?
Yes@@lynny5510
@@lynny5510 Oil Pulling does not reverse cavities, it just makes your gum better. Is all up to your diet and cleaning habit
How amazing!!! I had not heard of this gum..... I have a bunch of cavities, I'm going to track down this gum in Spain.
So now ?
Please share - do you swallow the diatomaceous earth or apply on the teeth
Are you brushing/swishing the de or are you drinking it?
Just curious as I’ve read of it but wasn’t aware of it having dental effects.
“From cradle to grave “. I felt that. This is the harsh reality !
I take DE (Diatomaceous earth [food grade]), 1 heaping teaspoon/tbs to 4 oz of lemon water, stir and drink every morning) followed by more lemon water... it's great for your joints and hair as well! ;)
I have halted years of mouth problems with activated charcoal powder...yes folks its AMAZING
Do you brush with it?
What about it? What do you do with it?
I brush my teeth at night with one drop of clove oil on my toothbrush. It has really helped strengthen my teeth and less cavities.
How did you become good at healing yourself naturally? I want to be in the same
Get control of your kid. That's nuts. Can't wait til thT one gets dumped on society as an out of control adult. Because that's what happens.
@@AlexandraFederovthey never mentioned kids? Weirdo
Always check the last names of the doctor and if they are of the tribe that owns all the banks and runs Hollywood, avoid them.
@@AlexandraFederovthis must have been intended for the comment about the kid who screams and dentists refuse to see them.
Castor oil pulling works in 2 minutes. I couldn't go 5 to 20 minutes with coconut oil. Castor oil takes a smaller amount. castor oil doesn't plug the drain, but I still spit it in the trash bin.
Really what changes have you seen?
I will also say that you can 100% reverse a cavity. I’ve been using peroxide and always flossing and brushing 👍🏽 thanks for the video
How do you use the peroxide for your cavities?
@@schinemccrae1932I don't know about reversing cavities with it but my grandpa uses it and said he swishes it around for a bit then spits never swallow the hydrogen peroxide it can hurt you and I recommend washing your mouth with water after :) I assume if you wanna use it for cavities you might wanna swish for a couple mins but I'm not completely sure
Thank you for sharing your research! What a service 😊 You are a wonderfully wise mama ❤
The ad I got for your video is Pronamel toothpaste, ironically 😂
Thanks for the tips!
Xylitol hurts my stomach so I don't use it at all.
But we healed my son's cavity with diet and Uncle Harry's products. Great stuff 👍
My stomach can't handle it either :-/
Could you share details about his diet? 🙏🏼 thx
Nice video! Xylitol however, is sugar made from corn; gmo! I make my own toothpaste; bentonite clay, salt, trace minerals, coconut oil, & eo. Had an infection in my tooth & my dentist said & I quote “I don’t know what you’re doing, but keep doing it”. Your infection is healing “. Also, you can, and should oil pull with castor oil. Swooshing for a fraction of the time, like 2-5 min. Both toothpaste and castor oil are safe for kids
Hmmmm wonder if that's why most gum says it contains bioengineeredfoodingredients...corn...it always goes back to corn. Sigh.
You can get birch xylitol, that's what we use.
@@jannatrahman5504 sure, 4tbsp clay, 4tbsp coconut oil, 1tsp trace mineral, 1/2 tsp salt, 10-20 drops of peppermint eo; ur choice, 2 tbsp filtered water (small amount at a time). Mix oil & clay together 1st, then other ingredients one at a time.
@@katie7748 corn is deadly! More than 98% of the corn in the US is gmo and disguised. It's in EVERYTHING!
I oil pull till this day
There's a supplement that contains cod liver oil and butter oil. These were shown to work synergistically I took it when I was having hair fall issues. Great results
hello!! can you please share what supplement you're referring to? i am having a lot of hairfall for the last 2 years and now teeth problems too. i'd really appreciate it, thank you!
So exited, I ordered the gum and tooth paste , so glad i found this video.
Easy use crest, swish with saltwater occasionally, rinse well. brush often with gentle brush.
How did you get your daughter to take cod liver oil? The dosage mentioned for cod liver oil for pregnant women was 20,000 iu and 10,000 iu for non pregnant adults; I can’t make sense of that especially if high doses for pregnant women is not recommended.
We use green pasture fermented cod liver oil / high vitamin butter oil blend available from their website or Amazon
Thank you for sharing 💖 and thank you for being that caring mother for your child 🙌😍 💫
How’s it going with Dr. Elle’s system?
This video saves both of us from the hands of crazy dentists and big pharmaceutical companies.

ur such a good mom and thanks for sharing🙋🏻♀️im a believer now and i will chew xylitol gum after meals. Freshens breath and reduces bad bacteria and cavities: it's a win win situation😎
I recommend cinnamon Pur (xylitol) gum…
sometimes i chew a whole bag when i crave sugar and want to eat a whole pie…

Hello, pls answer
Thank you so much for the tip about the grass fed butter. I’ve already been giving my son cod liver oil but I’ll look into adding !
I use Celtic Sea Salt for my toothpaste.
Does that help with cavities
I use SPRY toothpaste now, and chew Xylitol gum as well, I also eat a very healthy diet (no gluten, no added sugar) mostly meat group, veggie/fruit group... and never get cavities !
Wow! Great news for your baby girl! Thanks for sharing!
I guess i will have to try the xylitol gum & oil pulling. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Ooh! I am going to try peppermint tea to help with the teeth scum. Thanks!
The best thing is nutrition. Carnivores have great oral health. Having a piece of cheese after eating. Xylitol gum. Also, there's a daily plan (cheap) from dr. Ellie Phillips. Every little bit helps 😊
Thank you so much for all this awesome information

Thank you for the great tips! Is ghee the same as butter oil?
Idk about butter oil but you can buy grass fed butter at the store. Kerrygold is a popular brand in the States. The important part is the grass fed part. It makes the butter higher in vitamins a, d, e, & k. That’s what helps your teeth remineralize.
Cod liver oil and high vitamin butter oil that is grass fed .
( one tea spoon of each every day for two weeks )

I came across Weston A. Price and naturally healing tooth decay years ago. Very good info!
Love these style videos. My daughter has her first dentist appointment coming up.
Look into OraWellness essential oil blend
Clove oil or just chew up raw cloves. Add coconut or vegetable oil if preferred. Oil pull it for about 10-20minutes

Ice cube brand gum has xylitol. Also, you can make your own toothpaste with xylitol. I do and it’s great.
I got a second opinion 🤍
Why would they lie about them at first and then say there are none? If you're going to be a cynic you have to base things off of logic and reason and not just doubt things it doesn't make sense for you to be doubtful of.
Thank you very much. Very informative. I’m devastated about my kids teeth.

I think coconut oil is key !! ❤
Great Video!! There so much Golden Information in this!!

Went to the dentist recently for a root canal as I was in severe pain.
Went back to the original dentist for my crown and they noticed I had other cavities around (my teeth have visible small holes and black spots showing through the clear portion of the tooth)
For years I’ve always brushed properly, flossed after every meal and even chewed xylitol but STILL get cavities.
Maybe my teeth were too far gone for the remedies to work as is, hopefully it’ll help prevent after the fillings 😏
On the other hand I do have bowel issues that restrict my diet to some degree, sometimes I have to go on a strict liquid diet till the flare dies down. Maybe my stomach issues and dry mouth make it harder for me to better my teeth in a way?
I learned this randomly but xylitol is dangerous to pets so everyone keep the gum out of pet reach.
Gum is bad for pets, with or without Xylitol.
