    Here's a ChatGPT summary:
    - Tooth remineralization involves restoring minerals to teeth to prevent decay and disease.
    - Teeth have three layers: enamel (mineral-rich), dentin (collagen-rich with dental tubules), and pulp (contains nerves and blood vessels).
    - Hydroxyapatite is the main mineral in enamel and bones.
    - Teeth lose minerals through acid exposure from diet (soda, lemon water, energy drinks) and bacteria-produced acid from sugar consumption.
    - The body may also pull minerals from teeth if it needs them for other functions, like bone growth or organ function, especially if dietary intake or absorption is insufficient.
    - To prevent mineral loss, maintain a mineral-rich diet and ensure proper gut absorption.
    - Fluoride strengthens teeth by creating a harder crystal structure but doesn't address the root cause of mineral loss.
    - Remineralization can be achieved by using hydroxyapatite products like tooth powder and mouthwash.
    - Reducing acidic food and drink intake and maintaining good oral hygiene can help prevent demineralization.
    - Remineralization is most effective when cavities are still in the enamel layer; deeper cavities in the dentin layer are harder to treat.
    - Fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, particularly D3 and K2, are crucial for directing minerals to teeth and bones.
    - Vitamin D3 helps absorb minerals, while K2 directs them to the right places, preventing unwanted deposits like tartar or stones.
    - Grass-fed butter and fatty fish are good sources of vitamins D3 and K2.
    - Signs of successful remineralization include reduced sensitivity, whiter teeth, and fewer cavities.
    - Main message: Tooth remineralization is possible and can prevent decay with proper diet, oral hygiene, and the use of hydroxyapatite products.

I have come to realize that our teeth are like money in our wallet. They are the first place that the body takes minerals when they are needed. Bones are like bank accounts, and minerals are taken from bones when more is needed than the teeth can supply. You are the first person (dentist or doctor) to state this! It is sad that people are not told how to stay healthy. Thank you for this video!

Teeth do not demineralize, they are too dense and nature made them this way. They lack blood supply. Our bones demineralize and is the source for our metabolic needs that go beyond what or organs can balance.

One thing, apart from D3 and K2, when taking Calcium/Mag/Zinc, is boron. I've found over time, lack of boron did make the d3/k2/Calcium combination less effective in replenishing enamel loss. Also not sure of the state of, ongoing Japanese therapuetic treatment research, to regrow missing tooth🤞. Initial understanding being it is simpler than stem cells based approach, in which they re-enable the inhibited growth factor to form new set of tooth, using therapeutics/drugs. ❤👍

@@aware2action A company from Japan called Toregem is working on a drug that blocks the pathway in the body that stops tooth formation thus we can theoretically continue to make teeth. They hope to get the drug to market by 2030. They estimate the cost of the drug will be $9800. I can’t believe to tell you the questions this arises and how they can possibly accomplish this. How could they possibly determine the proper tooth (canine, molar, incisor), the right length and contour, how to get it to erupt in proper position. Call me a doubting Thomas, but I think this technology is decades away. Don’t count on regrowing your tooth any time soon.

Every visit we hold our breath and have spent alot of money on cavities. I started treating my family using homeopathy cell salts and Gemmo therapy. So modern dentistry is no longer the route we are wanting to take. I am working with a Homeopathic Practitioner to help remineralize my sons teeth. Coming across your site has helped me understand exactly what is going on. I appreciate your hard work and dedication to get this information out and to educate us on what is truly going on. How can homeopathy help your teeth and bones if there is barely anything but water in homeopatic "remedies"? It's a long proven placebo scam. I started using an Hydroxyapatite toothpaste (Boca) about 2 months+ago, 2X/day. Sometimes I've left it on my front teeth for 20 minutes like a treatment, using my rubber insert with the toothpaste spread around, after I've brushed them with the toothpaste. I have noticed that my teeth currently feel like they are "thicker", like I put a coat of decoupage sealer. I've had a slight "shelf" at the top of two teeth & now feel less defined/sharp than they did...I also could feel a slight crack starting at the base of one tooth extending up (could feel it with my tongue). Now, that crack feels barely there, like it's been filling in👍. So, I will swear by the re-mineralizing toothpaste...it actually works!
(I've also started on K2+D3, and taking collagen, with a multi-mineral supplement).

Yes that actually stems from a number of different cultural medicinal practices including Chinese acupressure and acupuncture techniques. It is said that there are direct connections in regards to each of your respective teeth in relation to a specific organ and or system. Over my life I actually noticed that once I began smoking I ended up losing a molar on each side of my mouth one of which is still here but basically gone nearly a decade later. In the earlier days of my smoking habit I actually came across a bit of information indicating that these two teeth are actually directly related to your lungs based on these teachings.

I have been using both the powder and the mouthwash. I have also been taking seed prebiotic, probiotic. I have a temporary bridge in my mouth and I will go back to the dentist to get the permanent bridge. However, my dentist wants to do a root canal on the tooth next to the bridge. It was hurting so bad for a long time, but then the pain went away. I truly believe it was the combination of the tooth powder, mouthwash, and probiotic. It is all so awesome!

You need to increase the acid in your stomach as when you get older your gut is too alkaline and this causes lots of problems. So stopping taking acid may be good for your teeth but may send you to the emergency room due to serious digestive problems. I try drinking my acv and green tea with a straw to attempt to bypass the teeth. Then I have a water pic to clean anything off my teeth after eating and brushing.

Beef liver is one of the best sources for vitamin K(if not the best), Vitamin D you can have by exposing youself in the sun. Another great source for minerals(one of the best) are cow bones stew, but you gotta prepare using a pressure cooker(leave it cooking for 2hrs) so you can extract all the minerals from the bone, this is a popular dish here in Brasil. After that take a lot of sun/vitamin D so your body can fixate those minerals in the bones
