      jis din arms ka day hai us din biceps mass exercise follow karo aur jo ek din rest hai usme triceps mass follow karo . defination ki exercise muscles size 5*5 me se exclude kardo.

    Heloo guru mann sir , i need a suggestion i.e., i follow ur workout plans nd do workout. & had a good diet according to it my goal is to gain weight i was gaining weight after working out for 2.5 months after joining the gym now suddenly for 3-4 weeks my weight is constant not gaining not loosing what to do plz suggest it will be very much helpful for me thank you.

    Hi Guru Mann, I am about to start Muscle Size 6 Week Program by next week. I work in night shift and I go to the Gym in the morning. Meal Plan doesn't include Pre-Workout Meal. Please do suggest and you are the Best!!
