    This shake works! I gained like 8kgs in 3 months. Biceps went 16 from 14. Chest widened. Back strong! Go for it!

      +Nayeem Shaikh morning in breakfast and post workout. But always be in caloric surplus. Eat a balanced meal. Prepare meals in proportion. Like if you're taking 30gms of protein then take 60gms of carbs. And add on unsaturated fat too. Like nuts and olive oil. All the best.

      +Sushant Pawar Hello. If you are going for bulk, then take one shake in the morning and one just after workout. Because, after workout, body is in anabolic state. It can absorb protein and carbs 4 times fast. So take it post workout. And as far as pre workout mean goes, take half scoop of or 4-5 egg whites and 100gms of sweet potato or rice or oats(any carb source) 1-1.5 hours before workout. Add bcaa if possible during workout. Be patient and you'll get to see changes in one month. All the best.

    HONEST REVIEW after using for ‘3 Months’
    I am 18 years old height 5’9
    September 1 - weight 52kg
    Today
    December 7 - weight 64kg
    Plan :
    This shake 2 times a day - morning and night (I used 2-3 bananas)
    Lunch and Dinner - 6 Roti , Daal , Chawal , Ghee , salad and Sabzi
    Evening snack - Half Litre milk and 2 bananas
    Note : I worked out every ALTERNATE day. Drank 4 litres of water every day.

    Guru Sir, main apne pure sachche mann se bolta hoon. Jab bhi aapka programs dekhta hoon,toh mann me hulchul machne lagti hain,aur ped(stomach) aur chhati me gudgudi si mehsoos hone lagti hain.
    Aur aapka har diet aur meal se sambandhit programs me se adhiktar programs follow kar pata hoon.Kyunki simple hote hain.Parantu jitni programs follow nahi kar pata hoon,woh sab bhi naa chhodte hue follow karneka prayas avashye karta hoon.

    This shake has been my favorite after I watched the video a month ago. I eat 5 boiled egg whites followed by this shake. It tastes fantastic. I cosume this shake post workout but now i will plan to take in the morning as well.
    Guys, go for this shake. Nothing tastes better than this shake.

    Guru mann sir kya hum ye shake morning ko banake sham ko 4:00 pm tak rakh ke use badme pi sakte hei kya.. because office me to ye shake banana possible nahi hai...aur me gym lagbhag 6 to 6:30 tak jata hun.. please muze suggestion de.

      milk contains casein, which is slow digesting in nature, post workout u need fast digesting protien source, so its better to have it 45-60 mins before workout for that sustained release of enrgy during ur wrkout sessions :)
