    Stamina is cardio vascular ability and endurance is the ability of a muscle to take load repetitively.
    One affect circulatory system, other affects muscular system.
    They are two entirely different things.

    From what I have researched . Strength category goes under people who just need to lift maximum weight as possible eg : Olympic lifters , powerlifters only focus on amount weight as in competitions they only give priority to maximum weight for record breaking ,not the technique.
    (concentric and eccentric)
    Hypertrophy: includes people who train for muscle definition and build toned body .. They focus on concentric and eccentric not the weight .Slop reps so they can give more muscle tension and maximum damage the muscle for better muscle growth. ...
    There are some simple mistakes Gurumann make in this vedio that add confusion . I might think this comment will clear your confusion
