    Hello Sir in your one video u told most of indians do chest and arms works out in gym by this video.I have been inspire after this video.I started with my weak part shoulder workout and I am doing twice in weak but there is no result. I am following since 3 months and my trainer told me your body structure shoulder parts is plain plz help me what 2 do plzzz

      PRAVIN GOWDA either you're not using enough weight, or you're not eating enough. You should be seeing results in 3 months if you're doing this 2 times a week

      visionary gentlemen yes bro i saw the fifference but i coulnd follow th diet boz of work schedule. i went to gym 3 days in week. but its nice program and u have to be clever about weight when u go heavy everytime and definetly u need second person who can help u in 4th or 5th sets
