Fitness schedule: November-February Bulk - aim to gain .5lb a week over the next 4 months (8lb gain in total) March-May Cut - aim for 1.5lb loss weekly over the next 3 month (18lb loss in total) June - February Bulk - aim to gain .5lb a week over the next 9 months (18lb gain in total) And always continue to repeat this same cycle of bulking up to 18lb and then cutting down 18lb! With this scheduled you will get shredded in the spring, swole in the summer, and bulky all fall and winter Thank me later guys 💪🏾
Brother you wasting time like crazy, constantly bulking and cutting is so useless and makes you feel like shit. Just train hard and eat well and aim to gain set amount of muscle mass per year. In the end you’ve gained muscle and zero fat.
