      4 double knee tap push up
      5 clap behind push up
      6 superman push up
      7 archer push up
      8 one arm push up
      9 Spiderman push up
      10 one arm one leg push up..
      11 sudo push up
      12 wide push up
      13. The only ten push up (ladder push up) let me explain the last one....
      Your counting only that u start from one every time ur about o advance to another number eg:1, 12, 123, 1234 etc hence the name the only ten push up... Try em Saustin that's my routine I add a push up for every one I learnt so you taught me two more just now which am about to add.. Try hitting 10 reps for each 45sec rest for 3 sets.... Have fun....

    Thanks for the information. For the month of July I performed 1,500 diamond pushups along with Ab40 workout. I continue to focus on the chest and toning up. Enough said.

      i dont even fucking feel chest when doing push ups and i watched this video ua-cam.com/video/FU_5LPjtjus/v-deo.html. But I feel chest getting bigger just that my arms are weak in comparison and i always feel it in my tris

      Flighted try to do a lot of push ups and let your face get red from push ups and do A LOT the next day when you wake up you will feel pain on your chest believe me

      Standard grip focuses on both triceps and chest. If you want to really work your chest, try his workout but widen your grip.
