Try em Saustin that's my routine I add a push up for every one I learnt so you taught me two more just now which am about to add.. Try hitting 10 reps for each 45sec rest for 3 sets.... Have fun....

Standard grip focuses on both triceps and chest. If you want to really work your chest, try his workout but widen your grip.
