The reason I love this channel is because he does all these workouts without equipment and it helps out when your a 14 year old beginner such as myself. Thank you Austin
I did this 4 times a week skipping Wednesday and after 3 weeks I held the tuck planche for 5s, I'm at the intermediate level, but I thought this would take months lol, nice video, still gonna keep improving
Very good video but i hope you post 5 minutes workout for any calisthenics skill and tips on how to use greecing the groove and other skin training methods
I think that for those people who even can't attempt any beginner planche hold they should try to develop the core muscle strength in the gym for few months first and then go try starting beginner planche exercises. It is still hard to learn the full planche quickly but a bit easier to make any progress further as u have some core strength developed a bit.
Can you make an updated video on reps and sets? How many reps and sets you should do, how long should you wait between each set, and how much should you do when you are a beginner.
Hi Austin big fan here. I have seen your 3 year transformation video in which you say you had a lean athletic physique by year 2 but you made most of your muscle gains in year 3. Could you please elaborate more on what exactly did you do differently in year 3. I appreciate your hard work man Thanks again
Austin I think this is the best beginner tutorial I have seen. I'm having such a tough time with the tuck planche. I'm not sure why I can't get it. I can do everything else. Any suggestions? I'm very fit and strong but having a tough time with this one.. Thanks brother!
Awesome video, Can you do a follow along series like this for one arm pull up? And maybe explain exercises at the beginning instead of through out the video, helps for rewatching it when you already know what the exercises are. Sweet vid bro
Ayyyeee great workout I lasted all the way through. 💪💪💪 Towards the end tho my wrists started to really feel it, could you make a tutorial on how to improve wrist flexibility and strength?
Start on dip bars, that way you are already off the ground and can start by just slightly lifting your back, chair works as well. Also at that stage give your body more time to rest between sets (around 3 min)
Hey man I was just there myself, gave it a few days and the seconds started appearing. Just keep at it, it's gonna suck for a while but you'll wake up one day and they'll be there
Hey Austin, for the tucked planche pumps, what muscle groups do you want to be focusing on? like are you lifting with legs, core arms or what? Cheers man, thanks for the great content!
I can do the planche perfectly but only if I have my arms bent at a 90 degree angle. I know it is not good for you but im proud I can actually do something. However I will try to learn how to do it with straight arms.
Great video. I was able to do all exercises with you except the tuck planche. Couldn’t even hold it. Any suggestions? I was actually using my parallettes during this workout.
Austin tha man!! did the workout for a while now and i got great results!!! I uploaded my joureny couple of days ago, It will mean a lot to me if you could watch my journey!
THANK YOU AWSOME AUSTIN ...... did exactly like you ...... -----> place my I-phone on the floor and followed your instructions ..... ......... and got a hrad-on in less than one minute and not a minute one ;-)
Back with another workout!!! Hope you guys enjoy this one. What should I do next?

Back lever
I totally didnt even realize I skipped a rep lol. Just make that one up for me ;)
Lol
I don't know about him but at a normal fitness it took me around 1-2 weeks to see minor changes 2-3 months to see great results
I noticed and added one... made my rest shorter and the rest was harder being winded but nice vid will be hitting this for at least a month! Thanks!
new channel name: Learn math with Austin
Lol...i didn't notice till the second time I watched the video.
Video starts-
