      I don't know about him but at a normal fitness it took me around 1-2 weeks to see minor changes 2-3 months to see great results

      I am beginner but i hold it 20 seconds with no warm up cuz i never warm up for anything

    I did this 4 times a week skipping Wednesday and after 3 weeks I held the tuck planche for 5s, I'm at the intermediate level, but I thought this would take months lol, nice video, still gonna keep improving

    I think that for those people who even can't attempt any beginner planche hold they should try to develop the core muscle strength in the gym for few months first and then go try starting beginner planche exercises. It is still hard to learn the full planche quickly but a bit easier to make any progress further as u have some core strength developed a bit.

    Can you make an updated video on reps and sets? How many reps and sets you should do, how long should you wait between each set, and how much should you do when you are a beginner.

    Hi Austin big fan here. I have seen your 3 year transformation video in which you say you had a lean athletic physique by year 2 but you made most of your muscle gains in year 3.     Austin I think this is the best beginner tutorial I have seen. I'm having such a tough time with the tuck planche. I'm not sure why I can't get it. I can do everything else. Any suggestions? I'm very fit and strong but having a tough time with this one.. Thanks brother!

    Awesome video, Can you do a follow along series like this for one arm pull up? And maybe explain exercises at the beginning instead of through out the video, helps for rewatching it when you already know what the exercises are. Sweet vid bro

      Start on dip bars, that way you are already off the ground and can start by just slightly lifting your back, chair works as well. Also at that stage give your body more time to rest between sets (around 3 min)

      Hey man I was just there myself, gave it a few days and the seconds started appearing. Just keep at it, it's gonna suck for a while but you'll wake up one day and they'll be there

    You should do an arm beginner workout for arms biceps and triceps with compound and isolation movements or for intermediates

    I can do the planche perfectly but only if I have my arms bent at a 90 degree angle. I know it is not good for you but im proud I can actually do something. However I will try to learn how to do it with straight arms.
