I'm seeing that this channel is about to have Aidan Kearney of Turtleboy Sports back on. You might want to reconsider. It won't age well.

@@desertsentinel5387 nothing like domestic assaults, battery & witness intimidation, am I right?
I've never considered him an "A lister", "star", or "celebrity". Never.
I've always considered him just a mediocre actor, entertainer, and bully.
His rant to his young daughter, calling her a pig in that voicemail released years back, was disgusting.
He was hot for a minute in the 1980s, because he was a hottie. He hasn't been a hottie for a long time. That phone call should have sunk him.
It was a terrible way to talk to a child-but how a man treats FAMILY ireveals who they REALLY are as people.
Agree, never an A lister mediocre 🙄
Ill always remember him being married to kim Bassinger and how horrible he was to her and his daughter..He is not a nice person.
"A" stands for only one word for A-lister Alec Baldwin.
It is amazing how little they knew about gun safety when filming a western.
They absolutely needed a more experienced armorer but Baldwin and others knew many of the things happening on that set were unsafe and did nothing to fix it
These movie sets need to have military standards, a armorer to issue guns and ammo, and a range officer to insure gun safety. One person should not be doing both.
Gun safety USA really so surprising?
The whole time i was reading that the assistant director gave Alek the Gun!! What is true now ?
@@chelloandraIt’s surprising in regards to Alec Baldwin … the guy who lambasts *every* gun owner in this country. You’d think “Mr. Highhorse” would take SECOND to practice proper handling.
Baldwin comes across as an arrogant prick, rushing people.
Google Hero gun" ask why he carried a Henry rifle constantly even when not shooting scenes., Yup. The woman is dead because he was trying to act like a badass. He wasn't supposed to even do a full draw. This was for a closeup of the gun being just out of shoulder holster. Should have been point directly to his left and just clear of holster basically laid against his chest. He went off script and fully drew, rotated his whole arm and gun toward the you lady and they fired in one not so fast motion. Was not even for a shooting scene. Was a show and tell. He killed her because he has that own the roll syndrome bs. Lie River Phoenix is dead because he became the character from My Own Private Idaho.
Really? Listen again. He sounds like he thinks he goofed and wants to try again as fast as possible, so as not to delay shooting too much. He said, "One more, One more, One more, I forgot to recoil" He was as kind as can be, but trying fast to tell everyone they need to reset for a re-shoot. He never yelled at anyone in anger, he was just suddenly panicked cuz he thought he forgot to act out the imaginary recoil, but he didn't. It was there. He never told the armorer to put the rounds in really fast. Then, he merely suggested that they have a reload ready next time in light of this situation. What's wrong with everyone? Like him or not, who cares, the evidence needs to be taken thoroughly and seriously. Sounds like everyone is butt hurt about Alec's star status. That's immaterial. He rushed his cast and crew and requested a reload. He didn't say, Hurry up, Hannah or Sarah, he told the crew to hurry up and reset. Not in a mean voice, but in a hustle voice. Your focus should be on the f-tards swinging there guns around while the armorer was busy safely reloading the gun.
Come on … common when actors are deep in their role … one job if the armorer … slow them down.
@@scottbridges5066He carries the Henry rifle because it's about $10,000 and he doesn't want to set it down or walk it back to where it belongs? That's my guess. Also, it's a rim fire and prone to go off when cocked.😂😂😂
@@scottbridges5066For example, civilian Henry rifles can sell for $16,000 or more, while War-era rifles can sell for about 25 percent more.
Since I was 7 I was told to keep the muzzle pointed at the ground. Drilled in my head as a kid.
Yes. These clowns were acting like they were holding hockey sticks; not actual firearms.
Leaning, knowing and following gun safety rules is so honorable to me. When I here of an accident I know dishonor occurred
Right! Just like scissors and knives lol it seems obvious
Right. Im not a hunter, or a firearm enthusit, but ive always heard you never ever point a firearm at anyone..especially if you think its not loaded!!
But Baldwin refused to take a gun safety course..that wont bode well for him..
Yep.
That’s the problem Baldwin was calling the shots
Zactly!
And he had ZERO concern with safety. During safety meetings … he’d be on the phone with his wife. If your leadership doesn’t show that safety is of the utmost importance… nobody will take it seriously.
I heard he refused a gun safety course..Everyone knows you NEVER point a gun at another person, ever..unless you're planning on discharging the firearm..but Baldwin refused to attend anything like a gun safety course..
Yep, as the producer he was running the show.
He really seems like a knob with how he is talking to people. And that part when they call CUT.... and Alec fires the gun.... why would he do that, its as if he was annoyed..
Still his set, his production, his responsibility, his hand on the gun and finger definitely on the trigger without a doubt
What nonsense … it was not his production … he was one producer … but he did not hire anybody or was responsible for staffing … even SAG-AFTRA stated he was not responsible at all gor gun safety or extra checking. The gun was confirmed as safe … loaded with dummys … and those are safe for closeups, gun pointed towards cam as directed and finger in trigger. Even pulling it should have been safe!
The interview w/ THE PROFESSIONAL ARMORER...Bryan Carpenter...was really great.
I liked it! He seemed competent but not cocky like “oh I’m the best and Gutieriez sucks”.
Participation trophy tragedy. Her father an armorer taught her. He knows she lacks the character and he doesn't say "You can't be and armorer" because it would hurt her feelings. Dad should be on trial too

Hall also testified that he had no real firearm experience at the time, so him checking the revolver really accomplishes nothing as he wouldn't have been qualified to know what he was looking at. This whole set was a disaster and a trajedy.
How much experience did HG have? She was holding a shotgun by the end of the muzzle pointing towards her face. That's just basic safety. How would she be able to teach the people on set firearm safety?
He was on movies since late 1980's. He should have known.
Well he should learn before pointing a gun at someone.
Baldwin should be held accountable
@@flyandshy00 He also declared that it was a "cold gun" implying he had checked it when he had not. And if HGR wasn't there, how could she have given Baldwin the gun? In fact Hall handed Baldwin the gun and Baldwin is lying, again, apparently in collusion to dump on HGR and avert any responsibility for his fatal misbehavior. Hall pleaded "no contest" but the prosecutors let him skate with a BS non-jail sentence for a misdemeanor so that he would testify against AGR for manslaughter. Easy for him to "take responsibility" when he's already got off. And then there's the clear evidence tampering by Zachry/Kenney. This prosecution is a disaster.
A lot of this testimony sounds bad for Alec
I love his work, but he's kinda crazy in his personal life. Ever hear the phone calls to his daughter? Sounds like a spoiled child turned madman.
Good..im hoping hes held accountable for this.
He's going to have a rough summer with his trial. All the negligence comes back to his responsibility as the lead "producer". It was his set and all witnesses point to a lack of control at any level on this movie. He rushed the scenes where guns were used. He blames the Armorer but treated her like a coffee girl.
The armorer, Hannah G., is also going down in her trial. No organization or control of the weapons or rounds. No professional, experienced actor, producer or director would hire such an inexperienced person for such a critical position. A lovely woman with young children died because Hollywood egos were more important than basic safety.

There is another clip where Alec is firing blanks, they call CUT and he fires another afterwards and then him or somebody else yells an expletive.
Mother F;cker! I think it was cameraman because he shot so close towards camera
I believe it was Baldwin that yelled the expletive. I think he was ticked because they called cut.
I've seen that and thought wtf was that about as he seems very very annoyed at something or someone.
Cut was called, Baldwin turned to the camera and like a jackass, jokingly fired off his last blank at the camera. It was the startled cameraman or even possible Souza who called Baldwin the M-fer for doing that.
Use a bit of sense here. He might not have heard cut. But cut is an order for the camera, not the actor necessarily. Also, he was firing blanks with no one near him. The only thing he might have done is hurt himself.
Baldwin seemed to be in a hurry and reckless of a measured application of protocols during filming of some scenes. He was clearly the boss and set a gruelling pace while waving firearms around like pointers. His only hope is to throw that girl under the bus. That appears to be his plan.
Hannah is the fall guy/girl. Alec contacted Sarah (who mysteriously threw away evidence) to start building an alliance against Hannah immediately. Where is Seth Kenney?
Ah yes the armorer who’s posing with the live rounds is now somehow the fall guy? Cause last time I checked evidence points to her being the reason the live rounds even made it on set that day
This was so preventable - now a son and husband lost a beautiful soul - so sad. It am so angry. Praying for justice and her family ❤
Right on!
Easily preventable if they had brought that armorer from the video and not used some fresh out of highschool, my prayers go out to the family.

When I took my firearms safety course, I learned the most important rule was: All guns are always loaded all the time. If someone hands you a weapon and tells you it is not loaded, you check the weapon yourself. Alec Baldwin had the absolute responsibility to check that weapon himself.
Yes
Even the expert armorer with an absolutely insane gun safety background disagrees with you. As an ACTOR, checking the gun was not Baldwin's responsibility. Now, as a leader on the set, I absolutely think he is partially responsible and should serve some time.
@@ericafraser9 , That is why I wrote that he had an "absolute" (as in not related to any other context) responsibility.
Exactly ! That is the first , second and third rule of handling all firearms - make sure that it is empty of all bullets.
I don't like Alec but Alec is an actor. Its not his job to check the gun. That the armorers job.
Baldwin was getting off on acting tough, shooting a gun, pretending to kill someone (unless he was shooting at bunnies) and being in charge. He didn’t want to lose his adrenaline rush from shooting left, right, left.
Yes he tried to shoot them figuratively but it was loaded
Alec was grunting while whipping the gun out last fast as possible in the rehearsal before the fatal shooting. Big man Cowboy doesn't need to follow safety protocols.
If the gun is loaded with dummies and the scene calls for him to do that, that is not against any safety protocols.
It's becoming clear that the whole production was an omnishambles!
Baldwin denies responsibility AT ALL but his rush, rush, rush attitude was just as much to blame as those half assed “safety checks”.
Does it matter? He said he would never pull the trigger, fbi said it cant be fired without pulling the trigger. Theres a murder afoot
No real bullets allowed on the set, period
@@rzone1286no functional guns on set would be even better .... Good grief humans.... Surely hollywoody can live with no functional gun for a movie..... Fake art.... Art yes.... Man made fake.

Baldwin will not be believed, in court, that he didn't pull the trigger. He's toast.
There’s video of him pulling the trigger in the practice of the scene before lunch.. after lunch.. same scene he kills Halyna 🤦♀️
I hope you are correct!!
So are you saying he intentionally killed her in front of everyone?? Motive? who would want to set him up? or accident???
It doesn’t matter if he pulled the trigger.
The whole time i was reading that the assistant director gave Alek the Gun!! What is true now ?
Baldwin doesn’t even have the stance or posture correct when he fires the weapon. It doesn’t even look realistic in terms of how someone would stabilize and take aim. This is crazy.
He is acting like a real doofus. Arrogant, and unprofessional, yelling at everyone on set.
Obviously knows nothing nothing about gun safety 🙄
I agree this need for realism is lost long before the film rolls. The gun wasn't a real Colt. Alec can't shoot for you know what. His balance is so poor he couldn't a barn. He shoots with his wrist moving. The end of the barrel is constantly moving His draw speed translates to suicide. ....
Baldwin has had firearms training and handled firearms in many of his movies. He absolutely knew better.
@@JayRoberts244 and his father was a teacher and sponsored the gun club at Alec’s high school. He grew up around his father’s guns.
The clip of his “shooting” the gun looks so corny lol. Trying to make it seem like the gun is recoiling
Clown stage act only to be saved in post.
It would be laughable if it wasn't for the sad consequence down the line. Hes a horrendous actor.
This guy is clueless about firearms. Describing dummy vs live rounds by the shininess of the brass casing is insane. I think he saw 3-4 rounds and put in 2-3 more and at least 1 of those was the live round that killed HH.
Also SAG-AFTRA has in their code/rules that the gun is never pointed at a person or camera unless it's in the script. Even then they usually "cheat" using angles to make appear pointed at a person. This incident occurred during blocking, or setting up the camera, and it wasn't in the script to point the gun at HH. AB knew this and still risked her life and she lost.
No, that is why dummy rounds are used. To point guns at cameras, people, etc. If you were firing real ammunition and wanted to be pointing at the camera, first you film with the blanks that flash.
It's ludicrous to thing that Hannah was going to correct Alec Baldwin. He's intimidating and a hot head. Can you imagine the dressing down he would have given her most likely in public had she said, no we're going to slow down. Plus when is it the actor is giving orders to anyone. Baldwin was the main dude and responsible to the tone and vibe of the set.
But that is her fault regardless bc that is her job. The expert armorer made it very clear that that is her duty and she failed bc she is not prepared. And yeah, it is her fault imo, if she takes a job she cannot handle. if she didn't like it, she could have left along with the rest of the crew but she didn't. Her fault. Most of it, her fault in spite of "conditions."
@@barelyreal1 I agree 100%. And from what I've seen doesn't respect firearms and didn't take her job seriously.

He is intimidating over a much younger person rather than using his age and experience to show people how a professional does things.. not act like a spoilt child.
You can see the AD laughing when Alec Baldwin is yelling hurry up
If Alec was yelling at the young amour to hurry up, she might’ve felt anxious or intimidated. The shooter should have rotated the cylinder, not point it at anyone/thing& do not cock it or touch the trigger! Safety violations

It's easy to say its her fault. But I would bet my life that any person in these comments would not say Alec stop no your not in charge I am..... anyone says they would are fulla crap.
He is a high end movie star world famous, you do what he tells you...
It's like saying if your in the army and your Sargent says todo something unusual, that infront of the whole squad, you tell him nope, go do one... peer pressure makes people do bad things
A Colt Single action revolver is incapable of firing without pressure on the trigger, even if it were broken or modified.
If the hammer is in the closed position/ not cocked the trigger can be squeezed/pulled/depressed , it is then possible to pull the hammer back and release it to make the gun fire, so if he had already squeezed the trigger under his coat , and then pulls it out and operates the hammer and releases it it would fire! And im sure this is what he is doing in the close up frame before it goes off.
Blanket statements like this are ignorant and irresponsible.
The idea that it is impossible to modify this gun to fire without pressure on the trigger is obviously false.
@@metaldog7128 Yeah i suspect the moron had the trigger depressed as he drew the revolver and then cocked it. Stupid behavior, poor control BUT hes just a dumb actor, the revolver should have been safe for him to do that, even though he shouldn't have. Everyone trying to apply normal real world gun safety to a movie set is kind of silly, if you apply proper gun handling you would never draw the gun from its holster...
@@makeroftoysYeah I'm sure the Baldwin defense will have their own gun experts working with this pistol. In that era, the best safety feature on such guns was to keep the chamber that is in the firing position empty. That way nothing could accidentally cause a discharge.

I honestly can't understand why this is not being picked up. WHO gave AB the gun right before the fatal incident? I've heard it was Hall, and I've heard it was Hannah. Someone must know the truth.
The only thing true about David Hall, was he was emotional based on the fact he cared about Helena Hutchins loss of life. Alex didn't cry, and Gutierrez did not cry, DON'T BE A BALDWIN!!!

Whose to say Sarah didn't mix up the bullets because she was pissed off about the misfire and confrontation with Hannah? And why she got rid of the evidence after? Except she had no way of knowing maybe live rounds were added in by either mistake or intent. Mistake because they were known to have firing practice and intent because of all the prior issues & a disgrunted worker.
Baldwin is known as a big critic of gun ownership.

In Western films (long time ago) with REAL stars like John Wayne,Clint Eastwood etc. "Rio Bravo" "The good, the bad & the ugly" "Once upon a time in the West", and many others, really big and famous films, there were many more shooting scenes and nothing ever happened. Today, mediocre hobbyists think they are big stars or professional employees. Not even close...
David Halls has balls - very brave testimony, it takes a man to admit he made a mistake - may his truthfulness count in his favor.
It pays to be honest
I agree if he accepts full consequences.
Brave? Seriously?
He's been in movies for 35+ years. He knows better. He took a plea deal with zero prison time and testified against a 24 year old, trying to blame her.
No, he got a sweet deal. He's already out of it.
Well, getting immunity for throwing a 24 year old scapegoat under the bus doesn't exactly qualify as "brave" in my book, but I respect your opinion.
Everyone should boycott this film.
It looks like a huge stinker anyway!
I appreciate Hall taking the plea and admitting his negligence.
Have you seen the body cam video when David Halls, right after the shooting, sneaks out, what seems to be gun cartridges, from the prop cart and dropping them into his empty gun holster? Halls is way more guilty than only negligence, he was obviously tampering with evidence. He didn't look sad at the location right after it happened and in court I strongly believe he produce (no pun intended) only crocodile tears.
Why did producer Halls have a revolver holster at him?
Anyone else find it a shocking coincidence, the day the cameramen quit in frustration, Halyna + Souza just happened to be inside the church instead of outside watching from the monitors? The perfect crime.

As an elder woman (60+) I am horrified at the professional treatment of Hannah Guiterrez on the Rust set. The elders, men and women alike, should guide and scaffold the growth of 24-year-olds who quite frankly still do not have a matured frontal lobe!
I think she was hired above her skill level. I think we owe it, especially to the young, to protect them from themselves - from their egos, from their inexperience, and in this case - maybe a mild case of ADHD (have you seen her cart and her storage)? But even those with ADHD deserve guidance.
I think that her father should have known she was not ready for the position. But our young adults will overestimate their ability and rush into situations that we as parents just have to take a deep breath. But once on the set, I am afraid no one - no one felt a team duty to speak truth to Hannah. I think that Sarah was not a real friend. I think that Seth was not her friend. I think that Alec is his only best friend and showed his colors in how he bullied these youngsters on the set in that one clip of him gun (could substitute another word here) slinging and hollering at the crew. And then there is Halls. I want to know if he has daughters and how on earth he can sleep at night.
Hannah was not a good lead armorer. She was young, gullible and maybe even cocky (who of us was not full of themselves in their early 20s). But this is someone who was, in my opinion, the perfect fall guy/gal.
Who cared for Hannah when they realized, maybe on day one, that she needed help, that she needed structure, that she was not ready to do the job alone? I think she was easy to overlook.
I have strong feelings about Alec Baldwin going back to how he treated his young daughter and what he was recorded saying to her. I don't believe he respects women. I think he took one life on that set that day and ruined another's. I pray for Halyna, may she rest in peace, and her family. I am also praying for Hannah. I hope that when this nightmare is over for her, she can one day rebuild her life.
I wish she'd come to Texas where real women will stand between the young and any predator that would harm them, even when they bear the gifts of a 'good job opportunity'.
If we as a society need her to pay, IMHO, 20% fault on her (give her probation) and 80% divvied up between Alec Baldwin + Seth&Sarah + Halls. 20% is enough to provide a sting that will serve to humble and guide her the rest of her life but will allow her a chance to rebuild. 80%, well, that will protect the rest of us from Mr. Baldwin, who is only concerned about himself and could care less about the rest of the herd, and Seth&Sarah who quickly circled the wagons and abandoned Hannah, and then there is the AD, Mr. Halls. Seth&Sarah, what a pair!
Wtf Alex should know who gave him the gun 😡
He does
He was just exposed for calling his daughter a little piggy, now this poor girl gets the fall out.
A lister, has never been able to act, give him an A for his huge ego
He pulled the gun. He pulled the trigger. He wasn't even meant to be pointing it let alone having his finger on the trigger. Watch the interview. His finger is on the imaginary trigger and it pulls.
They are both gulty of negligence...both should serve time
One factor in this that you are not covering: NM IS AN OPEN CARRY STATE. That means all kinds of guns and bullets could have made their way onto that set unless they had very strict security in place.
I wonder. Did Helena know Anne Heche? Were they working on an investigative documentary on child trafficking?
AB was in Jeffrey Epstein’s book!
Seems unlikely Alec would have the acting chops in the badge camera footage after the incident. But worth a second look
Single Action revolvers do have the ability to fire without pulling the trigger. Maybe if Alec wasn't an idiotic gun grabber he would understand this. It is Alec's partial responsibility with an item HE is in possession of. I believe both the armorer and Baldwin should serve time for being incompetent. Manslaughter is a felony and would put the very status Baldwin wants against him. Get a taste of your own medicine.
I wonder if someone set Alec up? Prior Cast walked out
bc of safety issues. Alec is so bossy! Who was beefing with who? I guess any old buddy can be a armorer ! 🤦♀️
Or maybe someone wanted publicity for the movie. I mean a lot more people will be seeing the movie "Rust" now because of this tragedy. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ cha ching
big public fight w Trump at the time 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀
@@OoMASEoO 🤔🤔🤔
Excellent intro Vinnie; you’re the man!
No need to bring politics into this, Vinnie. This is not a 2nd Amendment issue.
Participation trophy tragedy. Her father an armorer taught her. He knows she lacks the character and he doesn't say "You can't be and armorer" because it would hurt her feelings. Dad should be on trial too. This comment to a comment got a few likes so I brought its own comment.
Not a fan of ab never was!
Always is good to see your program ❤❤❤❤❤
Baldwin was the last stop to change the coming fate of Halina Hutchinson. Also the last stop to stop the train of negligence from making it to the last stop.
No. The last stop was Hannah or Halls. Baldwin isn't skilled enough to distinguish a live bullet from a dummy round. Even if he examined it he wouldn't have the skill to perform this task. Sarah Zachery and Seth Kenny had difficulties with this task and they are experts whereas Baldwin isn't an expert. If the experts had problems with this task how could it be reasonable that an actor be left with this task? Someone with expertise needed to perform this task! You are asking an actor to distinguish between a dummy round and a live bullet. He isn't qualified to do that job!
Baldwin has NO business as a directer
He wasn't the director
Alec Baldwin was God on the set of Rust
Vinnie you're comments regarding Alec Baldwin we're absolutely true. In my opinion he's responsible for who he hired to be on set especially Hannah. He should have made sure Hannah had enough experience. It was a low budget movie & no one on set is going to tell Alec Baldwin to stop or slow things down bc of who he is. I don't believe if Hannah told Alec to stop or slow things Alec would probably have a few choice words for her & went on with what he was doing. Only a person who had the Authority to shut down production could have stopped this in its tracks. It would be a career killer to anyone on set who questioned Alec on issues they had on his movie. Alec would have ripped into that person. Alec has been in many movies he knows to check his firearm as do most senior actors just to satisfy themselves. Many camera operators & others walked off the set bc of misfires amongst other problems. You don't point a gun @ anyone unless you plan on using it period. This is on Alec Baldwin right down to not getting the proper gun storage cart with drawers & locks. The tray looked like an old serving cart. If he didn't have the money needed to do this movie safely he shouldn't been allowed to make it.Ontario, 🇨🇦
Hannah was hired by David Halls. Stop typing this nonsense!
only 4 rules
any ONE of which would have stopped this if followed
This is really such a shame.
The clips show how lousy this movie was going to be and really wasn’t even worth making.
Baldwin neglected to ensure safety on his set and hired an inexperienced armorer.
Hannah flashing her face with a real shotgun is crazy.
Doesn’t really matter who handed the gun to Alec. Who loaded it with live bullets?
David Hall was a secondary set of eyes to observe and confirm the gun was safe, either loaded or unloaded. It's good he pleaded non contest to his failure in checks.
why has there been a live gun on set since 1999 we dont need them
Not an A lister! A narcissist at best. My older sister remembers him in Massapequa, he was nasty. My mother remembered his parents as extremely nice kind people. Alec was negligent and ultimately he shot her. 😢
He seems to be a drunk. He's got the arrogant attitude of an alcoholic, as well as the puffy face.
Just cause you’re “famous” doesn’t make you any better a human being than anyone else. Put that aside and look at the evidence to someone getting unnecessarily KILLED.
The whole thing is shocking and ALEC looks a complete fool and child by his behaviour and antics.
Remember there was an 11yr old child handed a GUN and put at risk.
Everyone seen at fault should be banned, named & shamed or even jailed
Handing an 11 year old a gun isn't a risk if its done under the right conditions and circumstances... Guns are just tools, used safely there's no more risk than many other things in life.
They should all have been substance tested 1000% if its illegal to have substance while driving , it applies to anyone handling weapons 1000%
"And then, by some unspeakably vile magic, she caused Alec's finger to pull the trigger! I remember the gleeful expression on her face and it still sends shivers down my spine. I knew she was to blame; I just knew it! Why, oh why, do these armorers treat our beloved celebrities so cruelly?!" At that point, Mr. Halls began to sob and break wind uncontrollably, and had to be led off the stand. ("Thank you, David," Alec Baldwin whispered as the reek of bourbon wafted throughout the courtroom.)
As another person commented on another video, if Alec Baldwin’s character were going to “unalive” himself, Baldwin would’ve made sure the gun was cold.
The armorer outranks everyone on that set when it comes to gun safety.
I always picture Gunny.
Tell that to the big star of the show.
Whoa!!!!! Sarah says the HAMMER SLIPPED FROM MY THUMB and the GUN WENT OFF!!!!!!!! - this is exactly what BALDWIN said - this confirms Baldwin's same statement that the hammer slipped, and the gun went off, and he didn't pull the trigger. How can you have two accidental discharges on a set WITHOUT PULLING THE TRIGGER??? Is Seth Kenney sending doctored guns? Was this also a pistol, could it also have been the same gun as Baldwin's?
No. If I got that correctly, Sarah stated that she had the trigger pulled WHILE she cocked the hammer. I got no clue why anybody would be so crazy to do that. But it is obvious, what happens when "the hammer slips from one's thumb"...
The FBI stated the gun was in perfect working order when they tested it. They also claim they fired it several times. They actually had to literally break the trigger to make it discharge "on its own"...
