1) Zero reasons for live rounds to be on the set. 2) Guns prepared and then left unattended on a cart. 3) The armorer was also working as the assistant prop master, that made it impossible for her to provide security for the weapons. What kind of cheap idiot thought it was fine for the armorer to have multiple jobs?

I thought they would show the clip of Alec yelling at Hannah to hurry up and reload his gun after a scene. Then he said she should have had another gun already loaded and ready so they could have just switched out the guns.
I believe that the scene was traumatizing to everyone, even the EMT. However, literally, if you don't anticipate being called upon to render first aid and life-stabilizing care, don't become an EMT.
@@carrieirving4455yeah I was shocked to hear she's suing HG over it. It is what the EMT signed up for however it appears HG is directly responsible for causing it.
It sounds like she was caught off guard because there were no live rounds expected to be on set- not that she couldn’t do it. It was a shock. And 1 medic with 2 unexpected patients.
This is a Tale of two sets. Baldwin, Souza, and this guy testify that it was a great movie set. That the actors were a group of professionals, who got along well, and worked together in a loving and respectful way,. They were a family. The set workers testified that there was bullying, name calling , back biting, discharging weapons, workers walking off the set, and drug use. This tells me that the higher ups had no idea what was going on in set, or they knew and chose to ignore it. There are more people who are at fault here than just Hanna G.
@@Dr..SpyderNo Seth Kenney had the loading equipment in his mess of a work room. Seth loaded ALL the rounds, Sarah put them on set. While Hannah is incompetent as a armorer, she trusted Seth, and Sarah, that is why she is incompetent. Don't trust anybody with firearms and ammo, she should have loaded all of the dummy rounds herself.
Those scenes with Alec yelling and screaming at people while pointing his pistol at them get me so heated. I can't imagine having to work for that miserable guy. He actually thinks that even the police are dumb enough to just believe he wasn't playing with his pistol pointing it at everyone.
I truly hope Alec is sent to prison. He made this working environment toxic. Hannah most likely was being yelled at by him and told her where to put the guns
Exactly. Hannah is responsible, but let's not act like Alec didn't purposely hire her because she was young, inexperienced and most of all, WOULDN'T talk back when he bullied people around and made an unsafe set. @@notbad4-45 its pretty common knowledge around hollywood that alex baldwin is a piece of work for sure. the clips we got to see gives us a glimpse of that
@@notbad4-45 Well, he says. We have mostly all heard him berate his young daughter. If a father can treat his daughter this way, as a man, I’d be skeptical about his conduct towards others. His wife is ridiculous, pretending to be Spanish, and he just let her lie. They put this out there.
great editing when you said Baldwin said "he didn't put his finger on the trigger" and the clip stops right at the point he pulls it out WITH HIS FINGER ON THE TRIGGER lol
I'm trying to figure out if that footage is the AI generated footage that people are complaining about or if it's actual footage from that day. If it's AI, channels like this should not be using it. If it's genuine, well, heh, looks like his claims are false.
The still photo of Baldwin (shown on Court TV) was not AI. It was part of the video shown in court during testimony. It happened during the rehearsal right before lunch on 10/21/21. I believe that video was shown during Joel's testimony. In the video Baldwin put his finger on the trigger during the rehearsal each time that they practiced the scene.
Yeah I cannot handle her. She needs to work behind the scenes. Her voice and the way she speaks is like nails on a chalkboard. I have to FF thru all her blabbing. 🙄🤦
I was thinking the same !! REVENGE🤨THE 2 HATED EACH OTHER!! SO ,,, it will be interesting to follow this TRIAL TILL THEE END!! WAY OVER HERE IN FRANCE🇫🇷🙏
I believe Hanna’s loaded the gun with that live round (she is negligent) David Hall should have checked this gun (he is negligent) AB should have made Hanna load bullets in front of him (he is negligent) I believe hanna brought this live round on set from another set because she submitted a receipt to get $$ for a box she brought!!!
This is such an American story. Guns, and everyone is suing everyone else. Including the EMT. Why her? Because she was called upon do to the sort of work for which EMTs are, one hopes, trained. Is she saying she also was unqualified for HER job? Because that's what it sounds like to me. It seems like there are quite a lot of people who saw Ms Hutchin's death as a great opportunity for a nice little earner for themselves. Very very distasteful. Then there's Alec Baldwin who has said he doesn't feel any guilt. Unbelievable. I feel guilty if someone bumps into me - I might have been in their way. But he shot and killed a woman, and he feels no guilt? Well, at least he didn't lie about it. My brother is very autistic. He's never spoken a word. He was a very wild, almost impossible to handle little boy. One day, he managed to get out of his school's door, and he ran right in front of a car. The car hit him and his leg was broken. The man driving the car was inconsolable. He was sobbing. He kept saying, "I hit a child. I hit a child." My mother told him, repeatedly, that it was NOT his fault. Not remotely. And while he was relieved to know it wasn't his fault, he was still appalled and filled with guilt, because, as he said, '"but I hit this little boy, I almost killed him. I did this. I drove into him. I heard my car HIT him. My foot was on the gas. I drove my car into him." He felt he had a part in what had occurred and he wasn't going to say, "nothing to do with me". And most people understand what he meant. I find it weird that an actor, who is supposed to be able to channel human emotions as a key part of his job, doesn't seem to have some pretty essential ones.
Ever have your kid brother's hearing tested? Had a girlfriend back in the day that had a 2 year old diagnosed with autism by a bunch of different doctors. She and I determined that he was deaf. Totally. Between her and me we taught him to read, read lips, speak, and write. He now speaks publicly (professionally) and works for the FBI reading lips. When he was 2 before I started working with him everyone had to move very slowly around him or he would get triggered into berserker mode and start swinging. We instigated a number of specific therapies, and he did get past that. She home schooled him until 2nd grade and was instrumental in getting him adequate learning environment. His teachers had to learn to speak facing the class when they spoke (as opposed to the blackboard or clock on the wall) so that he could lip read them. Things like that. She's been very active in this kind of thing on a large scale. His dad is an attorney. Might be something to check out with your brother. I also have a nephew with the same symptoms, same autistic diagnosis. He's much more acclimated now that he's older and his family says he's not deaf.
@@fedfraud.protection.servic2557 Sadly my brother is severely severely autistic. But you raise a very pertinent point. Autism often gets confused with other conditions that affect the various senses...speaking, hearing, and seeing. And vice versa. You are 100% correct that it is absolutely vital to have children get really good screenings to make sure these sorts of mistakes aren't made. My mother, who dedicated her life helping people with autism and their families, also worked with pediatricians statewide to train them on just that...how to diagnose WHAT the problem was. How to distinguish it from other disorders which happen to have some symptoms that seem similar. My brother is elderly now, but he still loves cookies. He can hear a cookie box being opened from the other end of the house. It is good that he has this pleasure available to him. There are times when it is hard to beat a good cookie.
The crew had no chance. Shi^^y management. Bad managing then when sh** happens, the bad managers will blame the ones on the bottom of the totem pole when it is actually THEIR FAULT
He told her to throw ammo. He’s coached her all the way. He even took charge in his police interview. It was as if HE was the detective. The way he was with the auburn haired female cop ( both whilst she searched set & in his interview) was so cringe
I think Alec and others in the crew liked having a young, inexperienced armorer. They wanted to play with the guns on the set & Hannah wanted to please them & so she couldn't easily stand up to them.
Doesn't really matter, does it? She accepted the responsibility when she took the job. It's on her. They don't need to "put the blame" on her, because it's already her fault!
She only has immunity if she tells the truth. I’m not 100% sure, but A am pretty sure I just watch her lie under oath on this video about wanting to sack the armourer.
Why would they give anyone immunity, I don't understand that. She rang the ammo supplier and then threw rounds away from guns after there had been a shooting on set. Who emptied the trash can? Amorer and assistant more absolutely incompetent and then only interested in covering their asses. No one on set seemed to be taking firearms seriously, the actors were waving them all over the place.
Baldwin is a lying clown. He pulled that trigger. The death of that woman is not on just one person. Multiple people on that crew including Baldwin share the responsibility. Nobody was willing to be an adult and speak up while observing unsafe behavior. They are supposed to be professionals. They know how firearms and props are supposed to be handled, they understand how chain of custody works. They decided to play loose and fast with well established safety procedures and it cost someone their life.
She responsible for the amunnition in the guns period especially Alec gun. Because from testimony she's the only one who dealt with Alec gun always. I think she has by others wittnes reach in fanny pack l loading guns. I 100% feel she had brought in live rounds and mixed them up. She's responsible to for the death of this woman and responsible for all guns, weapons and I 100% believe she handed ALEC the gun she said that in her first police interview day of shooting. Guilty
That’s what I thought. I’d be interested to find out how many medics Sue murderers, or drink drivers who cause fatalities. Medics must suffer trauma of some sort everyday, but they do their jobs. This lady had a mediocre first aid bag, and a bag with sun screen, bug spray and tissues 😮.

The person with the gun in their hand is ultimately responsible. Especially while also being one of the producers. But why do they need to use real guns in movies anyways when it all can be edited into the movie?
Halyna's husband was one of the Executive Producers. How much responsibility should he have for allowing an unsafe movie set, and for killing his wife?
Extremely odd that the female anchors and reporters all seem a bit too bubbly and happy when they are talking about the details of a murder trial. Comes off very inappropriate. Are they doing on-air auditions to get on a different show?? 🙄
Good god, the way the woman on this channel speaks, its like shes discussing movie options with a child. Pretty difficult to listen to that tone/demeanour on subjects as serious as this.
Imagine if first responders and ER staff could sue any an everyone who caused injuries. May as well sue everyone who is at fault at every traffic wreck they respond to. Can I sue the tobacco industry if I have to treat someone with copd? That’s so ridiculous😂😂
She was contracted to be an EMT on a movie set where almost nothing ever happens, and she had every reason to expect nothing to happen, especially when it comes to somebody being shot and killed. Implying that she’s greedy is one thing but to say she should’ve expected this in her line of work on a movie set is unreasonable.
the lady sueing is a medic. How cau u become a prof medic say shes traumatized by injuries. U took a job expecting there to be injuries. Holly wood is so messed up and crooked its pathetic
This is who should have been charge and has the most culpability from Most to Least: Baldwin, Productions Company, Other Producers, Seth Kenny, AD, Armorer, Safety Supervisor, and Prop Master.
Mostly Seth, and Sarah. She threw away that ammo because she was told to by Seth, or she already knew he had mixed ammo. She should have been charged with obstruction, it seems the prosecution is making Hannah the scapegoat.
Have you watched Seth’s police interview with the auburn haired female cop, who gave testimony in court! It’s so cringe, it’s like HES the detective & leading the interview.. he sure can talk a lot, but it didn’t come across as sincerely helping the case, it was more like a smart a$$ know it all, his theories, showing videos/photos of Hannah & talking about her . Nah, it seemed shady
Just wondering if any of these people people were drug tested immediately following the shooting? The incompetence and the complete disregard for BASIC firearm knowledge & safety is absolutely astounding & infuriating!
@@robsantana629 Well that pretty much goes for every industry these days! Lol I’m sure there’s a ton of drug use on sets. Hell Hollywoods ran on coke for decades an I’m sure it still does to some extent. Responsible drug use really doesn’t bother me. Although Hannah doesn’t look like she has any standard of responsibility in life! However just like having a CDL there’s consequences for having narcotics and guns. I would think being an Armorer comes with a different standard of responsibility and punishment. 🤷🏻♀️
The EMT is creating a whole new "me too" movement for paramedics everywhere. Just watch as this becomes the next trend for medics to retire early with a nice settlement for doing the job they signed up to do...
A real tragedy. I felt so sorry for this young lady's husband. The 'Armour' lady appeared to be very unprofessional in her work. Carrying loose ammo in her pockets leaving firearms on tables and she was seen carrying a rifle with the barrel near her own throat. Very shoddy and dangerous practice from someone who is supposed to be a professional.
I carry loose ammo in my pocket for SD, BUT my ammo is from a reputable company, most times Underwood. The dummy rounds I use are solid milled brass with rubber primers, and are not stored with live ammo. Most of this is on Seth Kenney, but I hope armorers learn not to trust somebody else, load your own dummies if they look like real ammo, use rubber primers. The black primer can be edited using CGI to look chrome or brass. Well actually they are not loose, but speed strips, but still in my pocket when I am carrying a revolver.
The entirity of what transpired was a perfect tsunami of incompetence, brazen flouting of the rules, cutting corners, intimidation, toxicity, self entitlement, and the most obvious issue at hand was the extremely over inflated egos that created an unwillingness to either seek advice, gain control or simply do what was required in order to avoid what in hindsight appears to be an inevitable conclusion that would undoubtedly end in serious injury and /or death on what was a frenetic and highly unsafe set of working conditions that for some reason, cooler heads failed to prevail.
Great point about the EMT working being traumatized by the armorers actions, (or lack of actions). You’d think an EMT would have thicker skin then most… IDK 🤷♀️
In the job is a first aid EMT onset you never encounter these things. Maybe she took the job because of that. She had every reasonable expectation of a normal workday which doesn’t ever include people being shot and killed.
@@momsterousWhy would she ever become an EMT if she had no intentions of trying to save someone's life under stressful circumstances? She should've chosen a different career path 🤷♀️
Advice for prosecutors: first thing I would do as a prosecutor would be asking permission to set cardboard in actual size - with full image of Gutierrez, in 1 on 1 size. That cardboard would show her appearance and state of mind during the shooting of the movie. That way the jury would always be reminded of Gutierrez and her hair and clothes on set, so they could compare her real image to her nice, "good girl" haircut and clothes in the court. I'd do the same for Baldrick, in his trial. If you don't know who's Baldrick - google it. And whatabaout that bag of white powder? Nobody's talking about that?
At least he's man enough to admit it!😮🎉😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Let's see. Kids that are probably orphans (not even his) with a wife of Spanish ancestry (well I've never been to Spain, but I kinda like the music... Say the ladies are insane there, and they sure know how to use it... Well I've never been to heaven. But I've been to Oklahoma..😂😂😂). Set's up a low budget production on a really classy set in NM to help put the set to good use AND give a few nobody's a chance to strut their stuff and break into the business using some Wall Street friends and money (along with some of his own). Dude don't have to work. He could live very well on residuals AND support his family. Yeah, really poor excuse. Y'all are ragging on him for waving an empty gun around at a camera while he's laying on the ground telling everyone how they're supposed to beat an old man up while he's laying on the ground.🤣🤣🤣. Just mimicking the world around you. Big bad Alec! Thought you wanted to see a movie.
Yea…. Her throwing away ammo is very suspicious IMO. She was responsible for an accidental discharge of a blank round on that set. Sarah would sell out anyone to avoid any responsibility…and she did just that. Baldwin will be the next person she throws under the bus.
@@Starbuc1 still, how did live rounds get on set in the first place. Shortly after this happened there were reports coming from the new Mexican film crew That Hannah and her friends were having target practice when people went to lunch a half mile away from set. If this is true, then no matter what Alec Baldwin did The fault lies with Hannah for bringing live rounds. Now that being said, This hasn't come up in the trial, Even though live rounds were found miscellaneously around set. We will see what happens As far as the jury is concerned. I feel like Hannah will get off lightly, But when Alexis trial comes in August The videos of him ordering everyone around and pointing his gun at people Will damn him. And that's probably why they brought charges against him in the first place.
@@stephenmiller2544 Yes. I heard they wanted to go shooting with the guns the week before. Heard it from a close source. I was told the assistant director asked, but only going from what I heard..
I’m so glad you covered this. In MY opinion, I honestly believe Seth told Sarah to throw rounds. The phonecalls, the texts, the shady behaviour. Plus have you watched Seth’s interview with police!! He talks TOO much, it’s as if he’s the detective & he’s leading the interview. The way he was with the auburn haired female cop was cringe tbh. It seems as though Hannah is a scapegoat. I’m not condoning the negligence or sloppy conduct, I’m not a Hannah fan, but after watching all the interviews, and watching all this trial , I honestly do get suspicious vibes from Seth &. Sarah. Everyone seems to be suing each other. Again, I’m not trying to take away the fact a lady died, man was injured, and the trauma. But it speaks volumes sarah threw away potential evidence, then takes immunity. Also a medic with just a first aid bag, sunscreen & bug spray. Medics everyday face trauma, I wonder how many Sue murderers or drink drivers causing fatalities? Medics must suffer tremendously in certain situations, but personally I’ve never heard of one suing a person who caused an accident. Everyone is shouting about safety now, but only a couple actually voiced their concerns on set.
Agree 💯. When I saw their police interviews I was immediately suspicious of these two for the exact same reasons. And what a pathetic excuse for a medic. 🤦🏻♀️
I'm watching Kelly Kraft on this podcast, and I can't help but be reminded of Don Henley's song "dirty laundry"... " Got the bubble-headed bleach blonde comes on at 5:00 .. she can tell you about the plane crash, with a gleam in her eye. "
Perhaps Dave Halls and Joel Souza were supportive of Hannah's work because they could be held responsible for keeping her, for not dismissing her for sloppy work if they acknowledged her shortcomings.
There's a video out there of Dave Halls going up to Hannah's armorer cart after the shooting, while Hannah is crying and panicking... and he pockets some rounds off that cart. AD Dave Halls also handed the gun to Alec Baldwin after declaring it was a "cold gun" while Hannah wasn't even in the building and failing to do reasonable and responsible ammo checks for himself, inserting himself directly into the chain of causation... yet on the stand he LIED and said HANNAH handed Alec the gun. He's a lying, dirty weasel... and the police investigators FAILED HARDCORE at doing any proper investigation into potential deliberate sabotage... no less the director of photography is killed the day after the camera crew quit. But hey, blaming the weakest, youngest, poorest person in the link... despite the co-armorer Sarah Zachary trying to get Hannah fired and admitting to removing ammo from the cart after the shooting and disposing of it to prevent police from analyzing it... she and Dave Halls get to virtually walk with sweetheart plea deals agreeing to TESTIFY against poor Hannah. If I was on the jury I'd find all this BEYOND sus. Hannah may be this and that.,.. but there were SEVERAL other people MORE CULPABLE who got to plea to gang up against her. I call BS.
3/4/24 How could the crew have known that HH was going to die and they’d be facing criminal manslaughter. What do you mean Julie Grant?! Saying that the Prop Master stinks to high heavens?!
@@annebosworth7048 Right they are both supposed to. And even then, you're supposed to treat it like it's leaded. If they needed him to point it toward the camera for a shot, they should have moved the crew or at least had some protection set up.
My points. 1. Alec Baldwin created a chilling environment. His actions were reckless with complete disregard to gun safety. He alone is responsible 2. Hanna was incompetent. Whoever hired and kept her is responsible 3. Sara Zachary may be complicit. Also lied in her testimony so she may be charged. Now for a wild theory. They all seemed to know that Hanna didn't check the rounds thoroughly. The live rounds didn't walk to the gun cart by themselves. Someone had to put them there and that someone may have been trying to get even with Hannah and Alec and all.
I don’t buy into conspiracies often. But Sarah and that ammo guy had too much of a hand in this situation. They wanted her gone and took advantage. I don’t think anyone meant to cause a death… but enough of a mishap to get her fired.
How about the action that actually make the most sense. Hannah failed miserably at a job she accepted and got someone killed because of her lack of ensuring proper firearm use and safety on the set.
Sarah got immunity to point the finger at HG. I believe many people are responsible for this one. Several people should be punished. Everyone wants to talk about what was unsafe or what HG wasn't doing right on set now, but why were they not conplaining at the time. Feels like many people have gotten together to point the finger at just one person, to take the heat off them.
Yeah, you can bet Sarah was told to throw those bullets away by Seth Kenny. So AB says Dave Hall handed him the gun but everyone else wanted to say HG did. Souza said he didn't remember seeing HG in the church. I am more convinced than every that they have gotten together to point the finger. When I think the blame lays with several of them including Hannah, Sarah, David H. And Alec Baldwin. Oh and Seth Kenny! I have to agree the ones with the most experienced on this set where the producers and directors. AB was a producers also. I dont know if I could hold HG responsible if others were not gonna be hald responsible also.
I think people are missing the point, it shouldn't have mattered if he pulled the trigger or not, there shouldn't have been a live bullet in the gun, end of.
@@heathers794 Nobody is missing the point. There should not have been a live round in the gun. There should not have been a live round (probably provided by Seth Kenny) mixed in with dummy rounds. Reed should not have been doing double duty as armorer and props. The producers (Including Baldwin) should not have been too cheap to hire a competent armorer. There should have been a qualified assistant armorer on set, rather than having two untrained people assist Reed. Baldwin should not have pointed the gun at Hutchins. Baldwin should not have pulled the trigger. The head props master should not have thrown away ammo after the shooting (possibly at the instruction of Kenny). There are a lot of people who contributed to this tragedy. They should all go to jail.
@@heathers794exactly. And the person who put the live ammo into it seems to be getting away lightly. I can’t help feeling that she wanted him to kill on her behalf.
I’m so confused- how can HG be facing these charges and this lady Sarah has immunity? Seems to me from what I’m hearing so far- Sarah has much more to hide and potentially knows how the live round got in that gun!!!
If Hannah had been learning from her Dad from the very start (what, 10 years old for example) wouldn't she have progressed incredibly.....because she didn't. Unless, unless her Dad was also bad at his job...... and just very, very lucky over the years.
Baldwin says he didn't have his finger on the trigger yet the scene that shows him practising clearly shows his finger on the trigger as soon as he starts to pull the gun out of his jacket.
The Armorer looks all nice dressed now. On set video she looks dressed like a Hippy. Pretty sure that is how she handled her responsibilities with very relaxed attitude.
I’m hiring for a role of an Armorer for my movie I’m making who’s in charge of not only the prop weapons but the safety of said props, in comes this gen z emu chick, your hired!
Careless shooting by Baldwin, and negligence by Hana Gutierrez with guns and ammunition on cart in disorganised manner. It's a serious job to be armourer. One should be focused and organized. Hana was too young and inexperienced.
I don’t think it’s really fair to Hannah. Like why was prop master allowed to handle firearms? Hannah wasn’t the one in charge of ammunition. So there’s more people on the set I believe should be charged. My take away from this trial is Alec is extremely reckless with everything. He rushed Hannah and made her scramble for ammo to help fit his ego in wanting to be cheap and fast. Also as captured on video, Alec is extremely reckless and breaking every single firearm safety rules. Every time he has a firearm in his hand, he’s always on the trigger and the absolute lack of muzzle control using the firearm as a pointer. I can see reasons to give Hannah a little slack…. But Alec is guilty 100%
Are u forgetting hannah was responsible for keeping the guns safe not bring live rounds onto set alec didn't load the gun he is only a actor he hired someone to load them for him how is he to blame...
The expert said very definitely that ammunition belongs to armorer. Props buys it and gives it to armorer who checks it really it isn’t live and locks it up
No. He drew the gun. He held it out in front of himself. He then cocked the hammer and released it while he was holding the trigger. A single action revolver CAN NOT fire without cocking the hammer. Report the FACTS.
That's right!!! No fan of any of these people in particular but AB is the one who is ultimately responsible. They can all be the biggest screw ups in movie making history but nothing they did caused the carnage. AB and ONLY AB is responsible for what happened. They look very shady trying to cover up for him.
@@cynthiacordell4639 Agree. Hannah, Sarah, Halls + Seth are all partially responsible to some degree I believe, but ultimately whomever is holding a gun is 100% responsible.
I think Baldwin probably squeezed the trigger when he grasped the gun in his holster and continued to hold it as he manipulated the gun and pulled back the hammer.

I thought they would show the clip of Alec yelling at Hannah to hurry up and reload his gun after a scene. Then he said she should have had another gun already loaded and ready so they could have just switched out the guns.
Didn't they walk off the job as a means of protest? I think that's a lot.
EMT / Paramedic here… don’t get into this line of work if you’re easily overwhelmed, stressed, sensitive… etc…
I joined the military and was sensitive by nature. It ate my lunch. It ate my breakfast first. No dinner.
I believe that the scene was traumatizing to everyone, even the EMT. However, literally, if you don't anticipate being called upon to render first aid and life-stabilizing care, don't become an EMT.

This is such an American story.
Guns, and everyone is suing everyone else.
Including the EMT. Why her? Because she was called upon do to the sort of work for which EMTs are, one hopes, trained.

I hit a child."
My mother told him, repeatedly, that it was NOT his fault. Not remotely.
And while he was relieved to know it wasn't his fault, he was still appalled and filled with guilt, because, as he said, '"but I hit this little boy, I almost killed him. I did this. I drove into him. I heard my car HIT him. My foot was on the gas. I drove my car into him."
He felt he had a part in what had occurred and he wasn't going to say, "nothing to do with me".
And most people understand what he meant.
I find it weird that an actor, who is supposed to be able to channel human emotions as a key part of his job, doesn't seem to have some pretty essential ones.
SPOT ON!

I think Alec and others in the crew liked having a young, inexperienced armorer. They wanted to play with the guns on the set & Hannah wanted to please them & so she couldn't easily stand up to them.
And its easier to put all the blame on her now
I can agree with that!

Exactly. Alec knew she wouldn’t try to tell him what to do. He has to be king everywhere he goes.
Doesn't really matter, does it? She accepted the responsibility when she took the job. It's on her. They don't need to "put the blame" on her, because it's already her fault!
Sad that they gave Sarah immunity! Tampering with evidence and having conversations that she needs to “get her facts straight!”

Sadly, as you watch the videos, she seemed out of her depth. She was being treated as a "Go-fer" not an armorer.
I see opportunities for machinists to make solid fake cartridges for movies sets. Someone already mentioned using painted 3d printed fake cartridges.
Watch the resigned cameraman police interview. He talks about how firearms were pointed at ppl on set while HG was handling them.

And a new woman...

There was a culture of unsafe work acts on that set. Hannah should not be singled out. This is a travesty.
Exactly it’s an overall type of situation.

I call BS.

Sarah was the one who tried hiding evidence and calling to warn or get advice from the ammunition provider.

I did think the same.
Nope.
So TRUE 100 %,, WATCHING , from France,,, someone knows SOMETHING🙏🇫🇷🤨
How about the action that actually make the most sense. Hannah failed miserably at a job she accepted and got someone killed because of her lack of ensuring proper firearm use and safety on the set.
Sarah and Seth Are fishy
That’s evidence tampering.
Strange behavior of Sarah: why she threw away rounds as a prop master because of "panic"???😮 😮
The reporter’s tone is so mismatched to the story it is distracting.
I have noticed that her facial expressions and comments appear to be somewhat unusual. Her head is moving all around.
that lady was a movie set medic.she had never seen anything irl.
You do realize working on set is real life. Very different than images on a screen (with sound).
That lady was an EMT before she worked on movie sets.
How can an EMT sue for doing her job😂😂
Sarah got immunity to point the finger at HG. I believe many people are responsible for this one. Several people should be punished. Everyone wants to talk about what was unsafe or what HG wasn't doing right on set now, but why were they not conplaining at the time. Feels like many people have gotten together to point the finger at just one person, to take the heat off them.
Right, and it “appears” that Baldwin and the prop master were preparing to blame Hannah trump immediately after the shooting.
"The gun went off" is a funny way to say "Alec pulled the trigger"...
That same gun had a misfire incident twice before…..why wasn’t the gun replaced? Also……why was the gun loaded with 4 dummy rounds and 2 live rounds?
@@TammyLPThe gun did not have any misfires. The two incidents were negligent discharges. This happens when people mishandle firearms.
I can’t help feeling that she wanted him to kill on her behalf.
the defendant jus looks so uninterested in all this...its about her lazyness on the job and she still is unable to show
I’m so confused- how can HG be facing these charges and this lady Sarah has immunity? Seems to me from what I’m hearing so far- Sarah has much more to hide and potentially knows how the live round got in that gun!!!
it took them a month to check the prop truck ? bullets go missing, thats itself is connected
If Hannah had been learning from her Dad from the very start (what, 10 years old for example) wouldn't she have progressed incredibly.....because she didn't. Unless, unless her Dad was also bad at his job...... and just very, very lucky over the years.
Hannah had responsibility but no authority.
I agree throwing away the bullets or rounds are definitely a red flag.
This entire movie set and crew smell bad... 😆🤮
Baldwin says he didn't have his finger on the trigger yet the scene that shows him practising clearly shows his finger on the trigger as soon as he starts to pull the gun out of his jacket.
What a mess!!
The Armorer looks all nice dressed now. On set video she looks dressed like a Hippy. Pretty sure that is how she handled her responsibilities with very relaxed attitude.
Why isn't Zachary being charged with anything?!?
Great video. All facts. Thank you.
I’m hiring for a role of an Armorer for my movie I’m making who’s in charge of not only the prop weapons but the safety of said props, in comes this gen z emu chick, your hired!
She needed to be charged.
I agree. The EMT has never been involved with a tragic situation on the job? Isn’t that often part of her job?
Careless shooting by Baldwin, and negligence by Hana Gutierrez with guns and ammunition on cart in disorganised manner. It's a serious job to be armourer. One should be focused and organized. Hana was too young and inexperienced.
This is it in a nutshell, although her refusal to walk offset when she felt or claimed to feel unsafe, has nothing to do with her age or inexperience.
Props buys it and gives it to armorer who checks it really it isn’t live and locks it up
Alec is absolutely culpable, but so is Hannah, who was being paid to do this job. Both, and others, were extremely negligent.
@@Katrina-qs2rl why is Baldwin guilty he didn't load the gun period...
O.J. Simpson too! He's still looking for the 'other guy' that murdered Nicole Brown-Simpson and Ron Goldman!
Sarah Zachry... Guilty as sin. Did it to frame Hanna.. Gonna be a Netflix movie about it.. bet.
Hannah is looking grimmer by the day
I've seen Hannah play with her split ends and pick her earwax.
I feel like Kelly is smiling a bit too much and her tone is cheery after some of these clips.... its off putting.
This guy is very annoying.
She's guilty as Sin
Wow! The prop master looks SUPER guilty of tampering with evidence AND was responsible for loading Alec Baldwin’s guns with live rounds!
