Voy a hacer este ejercicio por 15 dias, si veo resultados probablemente lo siga. Cintura: 74cm (antes de ese ejercicio) Cadera: 96cm (antes de ese ejercicio) Dia 1: Lo hice solo una vez a las 11am, me canse un poco ya que casi no hago ejercicio y lo estoy acompañando con otro ejercicio pero es de hombros y papada. Dia 2: Me duele la cintura y el abdomen, mis piernas no me duelen pero se cansan mas rapido que ayer. También me duele mi cuello por el otro ejercicio. Pero aun asi con todo el dolor, lo hice a la 11am tambien lo hare a las 4pm. Dia 3: Me senti cansada al realizarlo, mis piernas se agotan facilmemte pero lo hago perfectamente que en el dia 2, cuando hago ese ejercicio siento que mi abdomen se contrae y sudo mas en esa parte. Senti mi cabeza apunto de explotar por hacer ese ejercicio pero se me quito cuando tome agua. Lo hize a las 11am, lo hare otra vez a las 4pm Dia 4: Lo realize a las 12pm, mis piernas todavia se cansan rapido, ya no me duele el abdomen pero cuando hago ese ejercicio siento que desde mi cintura hasta mi cadera se tensa. Lo volvere a hacer a los 4pm. Dia 5: Hice solo una repetición a las 11am, ya no hice más en la tarde, pero lo recompense caminando como por 2 horas en el zócalo. Dia 6: Tuve una infeccion en mi ojo derecho, por eso no pude hacer mucho en el dia 5 ya que he estado casi todo el dia en el doctor, pero hoy (dia 6) hize dos veces, uno a las 11am y otro a las 8pm. Mi cuerpo se siente mas liviano. Dia 7: Dia 8: Dia 9: Dia 10: Dia 11: Dia 12: Dia 13: Dia 14: Dia 15: AVISO: Ya no seguí ya que mi ojo se infectó mucho y he tenido una operación, así que tuve que abandonar el ejercicio y mi estómago engordo un poco debido a los medicamentos. Retomaré el ejercicio el 8 de enero. Lo siento la verdad, pero juro que el 8 haré el ejercicio y les diré mis avances. Please eat more, I’m no expert but I’m a 100% sure eating only 21 cals a day will harm ur body. I also think 500 cals is less tbh. I get tht ur tryna lose weight but without eating enough, you’ll end up facing worse health problems in the future and I doubt it’ll be worth it.

Question…please help. I’m expericing the typical hypothyroid AND perimenopausal weight gain (46 years old). I ALSO have uncomfortable fibroids. Articles say losing belly fat will help, then other articles say don’t do abdominal workouts if you have fibroids bc it could cause pain and/or make the worse. I’m against the wall and cannot afford fibroid removal surgery. Help, someone….anyone?

Before any work out need warm up or stretching few minutes, it's look easy but do it right it not that simple. I learn these techniques with follow my breathing and engage my stomach and moving slowly I see it more affect. When I get used to it I do it more slower. Remember when work out not right ( specially at home or without training) you easy hurt yourself ( back and neck) so what ever work out position, listen to your body. 1 day :- first day i feel its not easy .
2 day :- today its free easy
3 day :- easy peasy lemon squeezy
4 day :- I don't get any in 4 day but I do 30 day
Restarting , this time i do 2 time .and without diet

Day 2 ✅ not change in body but today feel easy.

2 weeks no diet
day1: this was hard! My legs were shaking after while i was doing my other workouts.
Day2: still pretty hard but ill try harder
Day 3: getting a bit easier but still hard
Day 4: time is going quick! There's still that one exercise that's hard but the rest is easy
Day 5: my pelvis is sore but that's all.
Day 6: my thighs lost a bit of weight and I'm feeling lighter! ( Not much of a change)
Day7: one week! I'm not seeing much of a difference but I am getting more muscles in my legs!
Day8: it's getting better. I can tell my legs are getting slimmer
Day9: still not much of a difference but feels good!

Cintura: 74cm (antes de ese ejercicio)
Cadera: 96cm (antes de ese ejercicio)
Dia 1: Lo hice solo una vez a las 11am, me canse un poco ya que casi no hago ejercicio y lo estoy acompañando con otro ejercicio pero es de hombros y papada.
Dia 2: Me duele la cintura y el abdomen, mis piernas no me duelen pero se cansan mas rapido que ayer. También me duele mi cuello por el otro ejercicio. Pero aun asi con todo el dolor, lo hice a la 11am tambien lo hare a las 4pm.
Dia 3: Me senti cansada al realizarlo, mis piernas se agotan facilmemte pero lo hago perfectamente que en el dia 2, cuando hago ese ejercicio siento que mi abdomen se contrae y sudo mas en esa parte. Senti mi cabeza apunto de explotar por hacer ese ejercicio pero se me quito cuando tome agua. Lo hize a las 11am, lo hare otra vez a las 4pm
Dia 4: Lo realize a las 12pm, mis piernas todavia se cansan rapido, ya no me duele el abdomen pero cuando hago ese ejercicio siento que desde mi cintura hasta mi cadera se tensa. Lo volvere a hacer a los 4pm.
Dia 5: Hice solo una repetición a las 11am, ya no hice más en la tarde, pero lo recompense caminando como por 2 horas en el zócalo.
Dia 6: Tuve una infeccion en mi ojo derecho, por eso no pude hacer mucho en el dia 5 ya que he estado casi todo el dia en el doctor, pero hoy (dia 6) hize dos veces, uno a las 11am y otro a las 8pm. Mi cuerpo se siente mas liviano.

Hola Lizbeth, ayer (el día 5) me medi la cintura y vi que tenía 73cm, además, no he cambiado mi dieta, así que me conformo con los resultados que voy obteniendo, pero me emocioné mucho porque baje 1cm en tan solo 5 días.
Pero no solo eso, me siento como muy motivada y con mucha energía desde que empeze a hacer ejercicio.

Note : I started yoga excercises of 30 mins on may 02,2024. Continued it till i sprained my ankle on 9th May. Also to note that it was 3rd day of me following these excercises. I am also dieting by adding salad to my meals and by minimising food intake.

Update: It's been day 12 since I've been exercising and I started running on Monday. From what I weighed, I lost only 1 kg, but it seems to me that my figure looks better. I will still continue 😊

14 июня конец!!! Очень долго было. Были перерывы 1-2 дня . Диет не держала . Ноги стали худыми и тело даже подтянулась. Результаты мне довольно понравились. Спасибо всем кто ждал! Я очень рада что продержалась! И диет я не держала но правильно питалась. То есть я ела фаст фуд , сладкое и тд но пыталась есть по маленькому. Ни в чем не ограничивала. Всем советую 💗💗

I was 76 kg before doing Chloe ting and I've lost 6 kgs and rn I am 70 kgs ! No dieting except I do not eat at night and that really helped and changed my life in a very good way .

Day 15:❌ today I went to buy new clothes and my jeans size has changed sm I wore size 34-33 then but now I wear size 28 and my waist has gotten so much slimmer and my stomach is also flatter as well as my legs ,they’re much slimmer than before
Day 16:✅ I binged before the workout which made me feel super guilty and frustrated but after doing the workouts I felt so good:)

Please eat more, I’m no expert but I’m a 100% sure eating only 21 cals a day will harm ur body. I also think 500 cals is less tbh. I get tht ur tryna lose weight but without eating enough, you’ll end up facing worse health problems in the future and I doubt it’ll be worth it.

Question…please help. I’m expericing the typical hypothyroid AND perimenopausal weight gain (46 years old). I ALSO have uncomfortable fibroids. Articles say losing belly fat will help, then other articles say don’t do abdominal workouts if you have fibroids bc it could cause pain and/or make the worse. I’m against the wall and cannot afford fibroid removal surgery. Help, someone….anyone?

Before any work out need warm up or stretching few minutes, it's look easy but do it right it not that simple. I learn these techniques with follow my breathing and engage my stomach and moving slowly I see it more affect. When I get used to it I do it more slower. Remember when work out not right ( specially at home or without training) you easy hurt yourself ( back and neck) so what ever work out position, listen to your body. Good luck all , be healthy and happy.
