    Ok so I'm going to start it from today ( 24-05-24) for straight 2 weeks
    Weight - 63-64kg
    Height - 161-162 cm
    Day 1 -✅ it was easy but the abs exercise was a bit hard but I'll try it again tomorrow 💪🏻

    Day 2 -✅ the abs exercise were a bit easier then yesterday
    Remind me or just like the comment so that I don't forget about it but I'll update daily for 2 weeks

    I am doin for 30 days + diet
    1 day :- first day i feel its not easy .
    2 day :- today its free easy
    3 day :- easy peasy lemon squeezy
    4 day :- I don't get any in 4 day but I do 30 day
    Restarting , this time i do 2 time .and without diet
    Day 1✅ :- not easy
    Day 2 ✅ not change in body but today feel easy.
    Day 3✅ not change
    Day 4 ✅ my waist look small

    STARTING TODAY!!
    2 weeks no diet
    day1: this was hard! My legs were shaking after while i was doing my other workouts.
    Day2: still pretty hard but ill try harder
    Day 3: getting a bit easier but still hard
    Day 4: time is going quick! There's still that one exercise that's hard but the rest is easy
    Day 5: my pelvis is sore but that's all.
    Day 6: my thighs lost a bit of weight and I'm feeling lighter! ( Not much of a change)
    Day7: one week! I'm not seeing much of a difference but I am getting more muscles in my legs!
    Day8: it's getting better. I can tell my legs are getting slimmer
    Day9: still not much of a difference but feels good!
    REMIND ME!

    Voy a hacer este ejercicio por 15 dias, si veo resultados probablemente lo siga.
    Cintura: 74cm (antes de ese ejercicio)
    Cadera: 96cm (antes de ese ejercicio)
    Dia 1: Lo hice solo una vez a las 11am, me canse un poco ya que casi no hago ejercicio y lo estoy acompañando con otro ejercicio pero es de hombros y papada.
    Dia 2: Me duele la cintura y el abdomen, mis piernas no me duelen pero se cansan mas rapido que ayer. También me duele mi cuello por el otro ejercicio. Pero aun asi con todo el dolor, lo hice a la 11am tambien lo hare a las 4pm.
    Dia 3: Me senti cansada al realizarlo, mis piernas se agotan facilmemte pero lo hago perfectamente que en el dia 2, cuando hago ese ejercicio siento que mi abdomen se contrae y sudo mas en esa parte. Senti mi cabeza apunto de explotar por hacer ese ejercicio pero se me quito cuando tome agua. Lo hize a las 11am, lo hare otra vez a las 4pm
    Dia 4: Lo realize a las 12pm, mis piernas todavia se cansan rapido, ya no me duele el abdomen pero cuando hago ese ejercicio siento que desde mi cintura hasta mi cadera se tensa. Lo volvere a hacer a los 4pm.
    Dia 5: Hice solo una repetición a las 11am, ya no hice más en la tarde, pero lo recompense caminando como por 2 horas en el zócalo.
    Dia 6: Tuve una infeccion en mi ojo derecho, por eso no pude hacer mucho en el dia 5 ya que he estado casi todo el dia en el doctor, pero hoy (dia 6) hize dos veces, uno a las 11am y otro a las 8pm. Mi cuerpo se siente mas liviano.

    AVISO: Ya no seguí ya que mi ojo se infectó mucho y he tenido una operación, así que tuve que abandonar el ejercicio y mi estómago engordo un poco debido a los medicamentos. Retomaré el ejercicio el 8 de enero. Lo siento la verdad, pero juro que el 8 haré el ejercicio y les diré mis avances.

      Hola Lizbeth, ayer (el día 5) me medi la cintura y vi que tenía 73cm, además, no he cambiado mi dieta, así que me conformo con los resultados que voy obteniendo, pero me emocioné mucho porque baje 1cm en tan solo 5 días.
      Pero no solo eso, me siento como muy motivada y con mucha energía desde que empeze a hacer ejercicio.

    Welcome to my comment if you are here to see genuine progress of doing these exercises.
    Note : I started yoga excercises of 30 mins on may 02,2024. Continued it till i sprained my ankle on 9th May. Also to note that it was 3rd day of me following these excercises. I am also dieting by adding salad to my meals and by minimising food intake.
    Weight : 52 kgs [ May 02, 2024 ]
    Day 1 : ✅ ( 3rd and 4th excercises were hard for me to follow but did it somehow)
    Day 2 : ✅ ( above mentioned excercise were hard )
    Day 3 : sprained my ankle so stopped doing it.

    Everything is very good, the only thing missing is that these exercises have to be done with a very tight abdominal slip so that it helps to remove the fat from the abdomen towards the hips and buttocks with the exercises, congratulations.

    Jour 2 :✅ mes jambe crie 😂 . Je presise que je fait attention a ce que je mange et dance en plus.x2

    Jour 4:✅X1 j'ai fais du sport toutes la journée donc je me suis permis de ne le faire qu'une fois . 62,2 kg😮

    Today is day 7 since I've been working out and doing these exercises (doing more sets) + other exercises from another channel. So far I don't see any changes. So I think I will exercise twice a day 👍
    Update: It's been day 12 since I've been exercising and I started running on Monday. From what I weighed, I lost only 1 kg, but it seems to me that my figure looks better. I will still continue 😊

    Planned to do this for a month and started last night as first day. This morning my body felt sore and I had my period (it was 12 days advanced). Will continue doing this after three days when I feel kinda better.

      Is the change radical like this in the video? because I have thick legs and I like them but I also want to lose their fat, so I would like to know if the change is radical as shown in the video or just makes you lose the bad fat.     Y'all I'm a 13 year old girl struggling with weight loss. i have a wedding on September 28th and i have just finished day 1 of this exercise. i also hate it when people leave me on either day 1 or day 2 of progress, so I'm gonna try my best to keep u all updated to u can try it.     day 1: i didn't feel much burn at all! this workout is really easy and i feel really good after doing it. i can also tell that this workout if going to work well because of the workout itself. see you all for day 2 💗( i did it one time since it was late when i started)
    day 2: i woke up this morning and did it and my stomach hurt after last night! i cant check my weight right now. I'm still going to get through, ( so far 6-7am. i have done it four times. )im seeing a veryyyy little difference but it still shows. im so happy with the result on day 2!!!! see you all for day 3! ❤ ( yall update on day 2.. i checked my weight and ita a SHOCKING 70.2kg!! thats 800g just doing it 5 times!! i need to do it another 4 times today and i am so happy right now!! )

    I am 16 and my weight is 61... I am going to do it for 1week+I am fasting too.

    Day1:-✔️ (it was very hard and the whole time I was sweating 😅 and I couldn't sleep because my back is hurting tooo much..

    Day 1 - ✅ ( difficult to perform the exercise and feel like your muscles streched so much)
    Day 2 - ✅ (sometimes I feel it is easier than yesterday and for some easy exercises I feel its harder than yesterday)

    Всем привет! Хочу делать на протяжении месяца. Но не буду упоминать. 14 мая начало - 14 июня конец. Ждём!
    14 июня конец!!! Очень долго было. Были перерывы 1-2 дня . Диет не держала . Ноги стали худыми и тело даже подтянулась. Результаты мне довольно понравились. Спасибо всем кто ждал! Я очень рада что продержалась! И диет я не держала но правильно питалась. То есть я ела фаст фуд , сладкое и тд но пыталась есть по маленькому. Ни в чем не ограничивала. Всем советую 💗💗

    Okayyy , since I am doing Chloe ting shred challenge and April han's workout challenge too , let's add this to our workout challenge . A background of mine -
    I was 76 kg before doing Chloe ting and I've lost 6 kgs and rn I am 70 kgs ! No dieting except I do not eat at night and that really helped and changed my life in a very good way .
    The major fat is at my waist and belly area and I wanna reduce them soo badly so LETS DO IT FOR 15 DAYS !!!!

    Day 3: done ✅ it was again very easy but i first did the 5 min plank challenge and then this workout once.
    Day 4: ✖✅didn't do it but went to the gym with my mom so it did and it didn't count bc i did workout but just not this type of workout.

    28/07/24 Day 1: Done. Easy yet effective.
    29/07/24 Day 2: Done. Seemed a bit difficult today, as I did it when I was already tired due to long day at work.
    30/07/24 Day 3: Done. Thighs feel activated. No changes yet.
    31/07/24 Day 4: Done. Better done at Early morning empty stomach.

    Starting this today doing it for 4 months everyday. Will post my results each day!❤
    Day 1: did it twice and got a little sweaty. Feel slightly more awake😊 ( no actual changes yet)
    Day 2: Did once, was rainy so i was tired. Super sore from yesterday. ( still no changes.)
    Day 3: Did half - got extremely sore so i took a rest ^^ (so far i lost .5 pounds!)
    Day 4: didnt do get tired
    Day 5: skipped

      Please eat more, I’m no expert but I’m a 100% sure eating only 21 cals a day will harm ur body. I also think 500 cals is less tbh. I get tht ur tryna lose weight but without eating enough, you’ll end up facing worse health problems in the future and I doubt it’ll be worth it.

    Day 3 - ✅ felt the burn 😂

    Day 5 - ✅ felt a lot light
    Day 6- ✅ can see the difference (slight abs 😜)
    Day 7- ✅ i can see some differences but its a great experience 🤧

    7.И продалжаю, я буду делать 21 дней.(начну с10 августа, закончу 31 го) мне 12лет, рост 156,а вес 57,боже это такой пазор. 😭.

    Day one: no difference ofc but felt a bit sore ✅
    Day two: feeling great and more productive and less bloated but still not much of a difference ✅.
    Day three: had bmx racing but exercised my muscles and very soar so✅.

    Question…please help. I’m expericing the typical hypothyroid AND perimenopausal weight gain (46 years old). I ALSO have uncomfortable fibroids. Articles say losing belly fat will help, then other articles say don’t do abdominal workouts if you have fibroids bc it could cause pain and/or make the worse. I’m against the wall and cannot afford fibroid removal surgery. Help, someone….anyone?

    Before any work out need warm up or stretching few minutes, it's look easy but do it right it not that simple. I learn these techniques with follow my breathing and engage my stomach and moving slowly I see it more affect. When I get used to it I do it more slower. Remember when work out not right ( specially at home or without training) you easy hurt yourself ( back and neck) so what ever work out position, listen to your body. Good luck all , be healthy and happy.

    Okay im doing this workout a week. And 2/3 times in a day
    My started weight: 46.9
    Age: 11
    Let's start
    Day 1:✅ i did it. And its pretty easy. This day im going to do it 3 times + other workou5
    Day 2:✅ much easier then day 1. +other workout
    Day 3:✅ did it +other workout
    Day 4:✅ same as day 3 and i got a little cramp
    Day 5✅ did it +other workout +plank 1 min.
    Day 6:❎ i was rlly busy. But im going to add another day
    Day 7:✅ easy *other workout +plank 1 min
    Day 8:✅ same as day 7
    End weight:45,4
    I think im going to do it Again to lose more weight

    Omg I can do this in Taiwan summer break since I live in a apartment and I can’t make noise like hiit workout and it’s so easy
