Doing this as a slightly overweight teenager:
Starting weight: 63kg
Goal weight: 55-50kg
Day 1: did the exercise 2 times. It was so easy, so fun and fast! I feel my muscles working! So excited abt day two ^^
Day 2: It was kinda hard since I was resting for a while but again so fun and chill! Drank lots of water, feel so grate

@@emmabuzgau5198 you lose the fat but depending on your athletic level this workout may either be to easy or to hard, so if it’s easy try doing it multiple times a day, or do a different workout

Day 1: It was ok preety easy doing it twice a day
Day 2: Felt the burn but still no changes
Day 3: Stomach started hurting but pulling through

Doing this as a teenager for a week:
Day 1: Everything okay, no change
Day 2: Still the same
Day 3: I can see a bit of a change
Day 4: I can feel my belly less loose more tight
Day 5: My belly is starting to form something like an hourglass
Day 6: My belly feels tight as well as my thighs and It works
Day 7: it definitely works, just dont give up, do it every day and at the end of a week you will see changes.

Day 1 - I did it yesterday 3x I don't feel any changes because I overeat yesterday
Day 2 - 2x for now, but I plan to do it once or twice today. I don't feel the changes. (Tomorrow I will weigh myself and give you the weight, and tomorrow I will take the measurement from the belly and thighs) I do this one more
Day 3 - I did it 4 times, felt nothing except exercises 4 and 5. Didn't notice much difference, maybe a little on my stomach. I measured my thighs and belly.

@@Abiha_sayyed_786 it's not a lie it depends upon different bodies too cuz i found alot of changes within a week the dress that wasn't fitting me was fitting perfectly. 😊 Try doing two slots per day and some more exercises maybe that's how your body works :)

Я делаю это упражнение больше года. И у меня до сих пор есть результаты. Эти упражнения я делаю во время утром и после ужина, полугодия и после агата. Я ускорил результаты обучения и увидел результаты уже через десять дней. Перед этой тренировкой я тренировал пресс.И после этих упражнений я делаю упражнения для позвоночника. До выполнения этих упражнений я весил 54 кг. После этих упражнений я на данный момент вешу 43 кг. Конечно, большую роль здесь играет и правильное питание.И я начал эти упражнения в 13 лет.
Currently 59 kg. Goal: 49-52kg, and a slim hourglass body.
Day 1: it was okay, didn’t feel any changes (of course) but felt so much better and so excited for tomorrow.
Day 2: super easy, no changes and I still don’t feel the burn and don’t feel sore, still motivated tho
Day 3: soooo easy, little changes (I don’t only do this workout I do the le sserafum Workout) not sore and still don’t feel a lot of burn, still motivated!

Day 27: works great! I've been doing it for one month almost and I feel way more confident with my body! Over all the results weren't as big as shown in the video, but I still recommend doing this! I personally didn't go on a diet but I think you'd see better results if you do! I have to be honest, my thighs didn't change much, but my stomach did and I think if I continue I'll see results on my legs too!

hey y’all :) i’ve been doing this exercise everyday once and there are noticeable changes!! especially in my stomach and hips and a bit on the thighs!! i didn’t go on a huge diet but i did try to eat as healthy as possible and stop binging and also lower my portions just a tiny bit and i’ve only started a week and a half ago!! everyone around me has been commenting on how much i’ve lost weight so definitely do this, i’ve only been doing this exercise only and i try to squish them into my routine everyday which hasn’t been a problem since it’s short, but also effective!! so if ur thinking about starting this exercise definitely do!! i recommend and will keep doing it til i reach my dream body

After doing this exercise for a week, I’ve realized that workouts like this won’t work for everyone, and I don’t think it will work for me. I’ve decided to try a different routine, but don’t let my failure discourage anyone who wants to try this! After doing this workout, it helped me realize that my body needs something else and it was a great learning opportunity. Good luck to everyone on there journey; and don’t give up!
Avoid sugar and junk .. and also take any fat cutter drink with this exercise and walk daily for at least 45 mins .. hope this helps 🤞

Actually exercise work for everyone, it is just that everyone's body is different and get results at different time. If people have fast metabolism there are more likely to get fast results. -Please don’t do this if you’re under 30 kg especially if you’re a minor.
-Please do consider that height plays an important role here.

I’m doing this everyday for 28 days (& 3 other workouts)
Day 1- i found out that I’m going Spain next week, Sunday, so I’m doing this 2x a day, it feels so good!
Day 2- did it once as I was busy but it felt refreshing and easy to do!
Day 3- not even going to lie my belly has reduced but my legs seem the same, let’s keep hoping!
Day 4- my belly is a bit flatter but still no difference in the thighs, keeping my fingers crossed :)
Day 5- still no difference in the thighs, begun eating healthier for a better result!
Day 6- feeling refreshed after doing it today!
Day 7- did it twice today, belly is literally flat so I don’t have to worry about that now!

Day 2: my legs are sore but did it
Day 3: saw a little difference
Day 4: did it with pushups
Day 5: my weight decreased by 3 kgs.
Day 6: my body was burning like hell bit managed to do it.
Day 7: did with five pushups and 20 squats
Day 8: i look way slimmer than before tysm.
Day 9: my mom said I got slimmer AHHH.

Quick note for reference: My measurements of a few areas. My thighs are 23 inches around (Left 23 Right 22), my waist is 30 inches, my hips are 35 inches and my stomach area is 34 inches. I'm super insecure about my belly fat and thighs 😭Anyways, my height is 5'4 and my weight is 127, it can fluctuate from 124 to 130 so it's wonky, but ya know. Anyways, when trying to lose weight make sure your weight is okay for your height because if you're tall and you set your goal weight to one of a short person you can become underweight and if you're short and you set it to a tall person's height you could become overweight. Besides that, here's my experience!

Doing this for a month as a 13 year old!
DAY 1: Didnt see much of a difference but it was pretty easy(did it twice)
DAY 2: I felt like i was loosing weight and my curves are slowly forming( i did it 2 times)
DAY 3: I could definitely see some curves forming and my stomach has gotten a bit flatter(3times)
DAY 4: i didnt see anything chnage but it was a bit harder today
DAY 5: It gotten a bit harder but i saw my stomach get flatter.(2 times)

I'm going to do this twice every day for a week.
Day 1:was easy and fun to do. My arm burnt the most because of the phone up position.(when I wake up, my belly was sore)
Day 2: was a little more hard because my belly was hurting a little
Day 3: today was actually easy to do. I felt more my inner thighs.
Day 4: super easy today. I already memorized the exercises.
Day 5: I'm not felling mentally well today but I did it anyway. I felt pressure in my thighs.
Day 6: I didn't had time but I went to cycling and a walk.
Day 7: was easy to do but I don't see any difference, it's better to do 2 weeks mybe.
I'm not going to continue, but remember just because you're not swetting doesn't mean it's a bad workout
In my point of you, I think vacuum is better to get a strong stomach and tiny waist, I've been doing it for almost 2 weeks and I see a good difference.

Update after 7 days: Everything is the same as it used to be as I wasn't able to maintain a diet. I have parents who are the type to force me to eat and they took me to several feasts this week so unfortunately I lost no weight. However, I did see a slight change around my waist on Day 3/4 and now I see that my thighs have slimmed down slightly, which means this works. I just have to try my best to maintain a diet despite the parents I have. Also, I will begin doing this workout two times a day now for more efficient results. I will update after 7 days again (29 December). Stay tuned :))
Update on 24 December: I know I said I would update on 29 December but I measured today and it seems like my thighs and everything else except my height slimmed down an inch and I lost two pounds. I am soo happy! These are my current measurements:

Update on January 2: I am really sorry I didn’t update earlier because I have been really busy lately and after 26 December, I couldn’t keep up with doing the workout two times a day, it was either I did it once or never. I am now trying my best to keep doing it twice a day and finding every opportunity to do more than twice whenever I am free. Although I wasn’t able to do the workout as much as I wanted to, my thighs did slim down again and my waist slimmed down an inch. I think everything else is the same. I think I forgot to mention that I also do three dance class once a week which add up to 3 hours and 10 minutes of dancing. I am also going to start playing basketball to grow taller and have more stamina. That’s all for this update. I will update again when I have time :)

Ohhh so I forgot about this comment😭. But now that I’m back. I would like say this made me loose weight only in my legs but I’m still really happy with the results. Full proof

Day 1-✅It was pretty easy, I feel really good and there was a slight burn
Day 2-✅I felt really good because I was able to make it two days. It burned more than yesterday, which is hopefully a good sign! There were no changes, but that is normal.
Day 3-✅I felt way better and I never make it to three days, so that is a relief. My thighs have gotten a little slimmer and my waist is more curvier than yesterday. I felt the same amount of burn as yesterday and it felt nice. I am glad to be seeing results so far and I can't wait to continue this exercise tomorrow!🌸

-Day one: not hard at all, was expecting it to be hard, but so easy.
-Day two: still pretty easy, but was a little bit harder because my legs were slightly sore :)
-Day three: I thought it would be pretty easy, and it was, but it was so much harder than the other days, and I was able to see a very slight improvement
-Day 4: no improvement, and the first one was kinda hard
I know right its so easy this my third day also doing it 2 times a day stay consistent

FINAL THOUGHTS:
This is a solid workout, but I think should be paired with another smaller workout. The thigh exercises did not work as well as I would have hoped, but overall, this works. Just remember, don't be pressured to do this everyday. You are enough

Hello!! If you want some changes in ur thighs, use a different tutorial. You could do this once and the thighs tutorial twice a day!!

I'm doing this workout as well as walking for 30-45 minutes a day. I currently weight 91.5kg and I'm hoping I get to my goal weight of 65kg before prom. This will be my diary of how well I've done.
Day 1 --> walked first, then wrote this and then completed workout. It was so easy at first but then I could feel my stomach tighten and knew that it was going to work. So happy ❤👍
Day 2 --> went for a walk for a total of 30 minutes, then had a LATE lunch, then completed this workout. It was so much fun and I definitely recommend doing this after you've eaten as it will burn the calories quicker. ❤
Day 3 --> went on 2 walks both being 20 minutes, so a total of 40 minutes. Then had dinner and then did this workout. I can definitely feel my stomach tighten more and it feels great to finally be able to see a bit of progress. ❤
Day 4 --> went on a bike ride for 30 minutes today instead of walking. Then came home and did this before having a shower. Definetly the best workout I've seen in a while. I can see more progress and some of my friends have noticed it as well ❤❤
Day 5 --> went on multiple bike rides before dinner. Forgot to do this exercise so will make up for it on day 6 ❤

Day 1: Some of the moves were quite strenuous but not feeling pain afterwards, but I did do most of the moves quite sloppily. Will update tmmrw :)
Day 2: Wow! It was a lot more strenuous today, I was sweating a lot. Maybe it's because im doing 2 different exercises, or maybe it's just my brain, but I feel like my waist has gotten smaller. Will update tomorrow :)
Day 3: not as sweaty as yesterday, the exercises are becoming quite easy, although some of them still burn. I definitely see some waist shrinkage and my legs feel stronger but not necessarily skinnier. Will update tomorrow :)
(note im doing this with the Lucy Wyndham-read belly fat video also so results may differ)

4 день : норм, тоже 2 подхода. На этот раз было очень очень легко (немного жира ушло)
5 день : Не сделала, тк болит центр груди, двигаться было невозможно (не из-за тренировки)
