I survived in an accident many years ago, but ended up with disability in my right leg. I did gymming but bulked up (you'd mentioned in one video that weights make you bulky). Two years ago I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes, so I started going for walks but ended up with so much pain that I had to take pain killer course and my doctor advised me to walk as little as possible. I was so sad and hopeless, but in this lockdown, I found your channel. There are many exercises that even I can do, like this one. This whole month am doing slim legs, slender waist, leg swelling and face exercises.🙏🙏🙏 Am feeling better and fitter. Lots of wishes to you and your team. 🤗🤗🤗 All the girls are pretty I must say 😃

~ I lost 1 inch from my right thigh and half inch from my left one. And half cm from butt. This exercise start effecting after 1 week I guess but I'm quite happy. I'm going to do it for 1 month. Half more month to go😔.

It takes 17-25 days to lose 10 cm(based on my results)
