Happy Halloween, kiddies! "Batman: The Long Halloween" is in the top 5 of the most beloved Batman comics of all time, up there with the likes of "Year One", The Dark Knight Returns" and "The Killing Joke". You see someone make a list of the greatest Batman stories ever told, you're pretty much guaranteed to see TLH grab a spot on that list. Everyone seems to love it. It also went on to be a mas...

Every single line, no matter how mundane, uttered by Tom Hardy's Bane is a pure masterwork... but these are my very favorites. I would put them all there, but UA-cam would then block the video... trust me, I actually tried.

A body horror batman villain I didn't know till now give this 2013 version a movie and a video game appearance for god sake how cool is a bone growth villain straight up some SCP activities going on here. We need a movie plot(preferably Robert Pattinson batman) where we have the gas mask and trench coat version for most of the movie experiment with bone growth only in the in to try it on himself turning into that monster screw grounded take I need this. GIVE THIS MAN A MOVIE!
I understand your opinion, and I am obviously biased, but I love the art and the noir story telling. I do think the twist is a bit silly, even the animated adaptation couldn't clean it up in my opinion, but still. I think it is great.
Batman : Mimsy Were the Borogoves is an interesting Comic Book Story. I feel like this is a great Mad Hatter story, it features Jervis who wants to be focused on being an actual villain, and in this one, this doesn't have his obsession with any Alice nor a Wonderland theme, instead he has his psychologist see what the Hatter is trying to explain about him. I even like to say thank you to your partner JJ Hatter, he did a great job of illustrating on the story, I hope some day he will return with another comic review with you, Rogues. I really like the artwork, Mad Hatter kinda looks like the DCAU version, but he still looks amazing. If I would rank this Hatter comic, I'd give it an 8/10, it still is a great one for fans who love Mad Hatter. Thank you both guys for reviewing Batman : Mimsy Were the Borogoves, and It was nice getting to know you, JJ Hatter, hope you return agiain some day. Anyways, I will see you in the next video. Have a good day and bye for now.
Onomatopoeia is NOT a batman villain OMG plz
Tim Sale carried this book lmao Rest in Peace King
Hey Mr. Rogues, thanks for turning me on to this cool Mr. Freeze story. To me this was a very satisfying Mr. Freeze arc. The art is gorgeous and I love the Picasso-blue-period color palette punctuated with the bright red googles. In your video "3 Ways to Save Mr. Freeze From Repetition", you talk about how Mr. Freeze had gotten stuck in Paul Dini Freeze/Nora story. This arc definitely breaks out of the tedious redundancy of Mr. Freeze/Nora stories. It's true, it's not clear where things will go from here, but mores the opportunity. I found the motivations of the characters credible. It wasn't hard to believe that the chemical Luthor gave Freeze would drive Nora mad. But here she is no longer a victim of circumstances, but takes charge aggressively. That she falls out of love with Victor adds unrequited love to the list of tragedies that make up Victor Fries' life. Poor Freeze is forced to turn to his greatest enemy, Batman, in order to try to rescue/stop Nora. As for the scene where we discovered that Nora's entire ballet audience has been frozen, it doesn't mar the entire arc for me. The image is visually startling, no doubt why the writer chose to include it. Agreed that the motivation is questionable. Freeze is a could blooded-killer, but I don't recall him being a Joker-style mass murderer who takes pleasure in mayhem for mayhem's sake. It wasn't too clear to me whether it was Victor or Nora who was responsible for freezing the audience. Freeze later promises Batman he will unfreeze the audience so technically they aren't completely dead and thus it is not really a mass murder. However, this part of the writing was a bit sloppy. In the real world, this type of horrific mass murder would be the headline, but here it is treated as a minor detail. These types of inconsistencies in characterization or plot sometimes do mar a story for me so that it is hard for me to enjoy it. However, in this case, the overall arc is good enough both in story and art that I can give overlook it. Still, overall, I think it is worthy of inclusion in my personal top 5 Mr. Freeze comic stories. Great review.
Empire city like Infamous I know not really it just reminded me of it
This guy could be revitalized to break the forth wall
Batman : The War of Jokes and Riddles is down right far a ridiculous comic series. I did like that if featured Joker and Riddler two of Batman's greatest rogues going at each other, but why? Sure Riddler wants to make Joker laugh, but Joker doesn't really want to because him and Batman's fights have gotton old, but he's suppose to be a smart intellect not a dead pyscho. I even like the rogues, I just wished some of them didn't join Joker or Riddler, like I said, I consider a rogue like Mr. Freeze an outside rogue of any villain team, because of his quest to find a cure for Nora. And Scarecrow is his own person to cause fear into people's nightmares. If I would rank this comic, I'd say a 6/10, I wished it was done better though, but I like the artwork. Thank you for reviewing Batman : The War of Jokes and Riddles, and I will see you in the next video. Bye!!!
Would be a cool team up between Mr. Hydro and Mr. Freeze, if Hydro was written properly.
no "spidered"? man, that's a letdown
I liked his performance a lot actually.
Riddler has appeared in so many Batman cartoon episodes. He is definitely one of the greatest Batman rogues to see on types of media, and see what he can pull off with Riddles for Batman to solve. I think Riddler has handled amazing in Cartoon episodes, I like of course, how he wants to prove himself as a superior intellect then everyone else, and has an obsession of riddles and puzzles. My favorite appearances of Riddler are Batman TAS and The Batman, It was a shame he only appeared brief in the series but in two main episodes of TAS (Well, Trial just have him as a background character), but they really explore Riddler more, and gave him some attention in the spotlight for a lifetime, and John Glover did great with his voice of the character. I even like his origin in The Batman, sure the show isn't that good, but they really did Riddler fanstastic and giving him an origin of his obession of puzzles and riddles, that in my opinion is amazing. Thank you for the Top 5 Best Riddler Cartoon Episodes, I am so happy to watch the three Batman Rogues Top 5 Best Cartoon Epsiodes you have, it's a shame that there were only three, maybe in near future why not do a Top 5 Best Joker, Penguin or Scarecrow Cartoon Episodes, that would still be amazing to see. Well anyways, thank you again, have a good day and I will see you in the next video. Bye!!!

<<<<<< Would gladly marry the Character " Bane " !! for personal reasons.
So different from what Bane is actually supposed to be but so outstanding anyway.
Two Face has made so many appearances in Batman Cartoon Episodes. It's a little bit odd how he just started a little shortned, until the creators want to use him more in more Batman media. I still like how Two Face is portrayed in cartoons, especially in TAS, a man who was a best proud DA, who struggles with health issues, and has a divided split personality within him. I think Two Face was handled fantasitc in Animation of Cartoon episodes, it's been a while for a character who has only appeared in the comics of 1942, and didn't appear on any super friends cartoons in the 70s or 80s, thank god TAS, did him as the way Two Face should be. My favorite episodes are Two Face Parts 1 and 2, and Second Chance from TAS, but I also like the Brave and the Bold episode, it's a shame, he appears brief on the show, one moment he actually teamed up with Batman to defeat a bunch a gang thugs, that was a great moment of Two Face in Batman : Brave and Bold. Thank you for the Top 5 Best Two Face Cartoon Episodes, the last rogue I need to watch is Riddler, I will get to him tomorrow, also this video was dated on my birthday. How wierd was that? Anyways, have a good day and will see you in the next video. Bye!!!
Wait, no Tyger, Tyger🙀🙀
I’ve missed doing these. Righteous fun
Cool video Congratulations
So, here’s the crazy thing. The Puzzler was obsessed with games. And the Riddler when he first appeared didn’t use riddles, he used puzzles.
The reason the Prankster didn’t appear much in the Silver Age is because in the Silver Age, DC and especially made a hard pivot toward science and science fiction. That’s why guys like Prankster and Toyman were out and new guys like Braniac, Metallo and Parasite were in. Though, I like Prankster. I think he’s fun. And one of the fun parts of Superman embracing the many parts of his past is that he’s become a superhero who has every kind of supervillain. Oh, and I think the skinny version with the green suit is back.
Catwoman had may so many appearances in Cartoon episodes of Batman Franchise. She is still portrayed sometimes as an anti hero but as a double crosser, including an ally of Batman or some of his family members. I have watched some of Catwoman in Animated shows, mainly of Batman TAS, I think Batgirl Returns is a great Catwoman episode of TAS, she and Batgirl teaming up is a great episode, but it would lead the hero into trusting a person who might scratch her back. Probably my favorite animated adaptations of Catwoman are Batman TAS, and TNBA, she is really portrayed as Catwoman should be from the Comics, a conflict person of decided if her way is the more path way to destiny, but takes her to a life of absolute crime, and for Batman to put a stop. I really enjoy this series, I hope one day you would do a top 5 best Joker, Penguin or Scarecrow Cartoon Episodes in near future. Thank you for the Top 5 Best Catwoman Cartoon Episodes, In my opinion, Catwoman was still handled great in animated episodes. I will be continue watching the series with the other two rogues of best Cartoon Episodes which are Two Face and Riddler, the next one would be Two Face. Have a good day and I will see you in the next video. Have a good day and bye for now.
Cool video Congratulations for your work
Riddler (Paul Dano) is one of the best Portrayls of Batman Villains in Cinematic History. I really think this version of the Prince of Puzzles is very fantastic and amazing. I think Dano did a fantastic job as Riddler, he really gave it all for his character in The Batman. I do feel he has a point of how corruption has converted on him and other public civilians of Gotham, and wants to take society back for him, and even defeat Batman. I feel like him and Penguin were fantastic in the film, and of course Penguin has his own Tv Show on HBO Max with Colin Farrell returning as his character from the movie. I think the design for Riddler looks okay, I mean it doesn't look like classic as you said, but I think it's great and good for a guy who is portrayed as a sympathetic and horror rogue even in a Batman film. If I would rank Paul Dano's Riddler, I'd give him a 9/10, In my opinion, Dano really did good with the character, I know Jim Carrey as Riddler was great as well but I like both of them, whether the take on the character is good or mid-good, I would like to see Colin Farrelll's Penguin appear next. Thank you for reviewing Paul Dano's Riddler from The Batman, I am so happy I have watched the final video of Batman Movie Villains, I am so happy that I watched every single Batman movie rogue on your channel. The next category I am going to watch is the Top 5 Best Cartoons of the three Batman Villains : Catwoman, Two Face and Riddler, can't wait for that. Thank you again, Have a good day, and I will see you in the next video. Bye!!!
This is the worst Joker interpretation I have ever seen.
His role of Joker wasn't all that great but you can't call it cringe when a deranged person like the Clown Prince of Crime is unloading a tommygun while laughing maniacally.
The Suicide Rogues are the coolest Batman Movie Villains in Cinematic History, Sure the movie Suicide Squad sucks, but it had great characters. Will Smith's Deadshot is one of the best portrayals of Batman Villains, in my opinion. I really like how he tries to prove he is a total marksman of the sqaud, but also is tragic, mainly of his family, that what I think make Smith's Deadshot amazing. Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn was Amazing and Fantastic, I know they did the New 52 Harley version instead of Animated, sympathetic Harley Quinn, but I'm okay with it, Margot really handled Harley Quinn pretty well. Killer Croc was a little bit disappointing, he had a brief of screen time, but had no iconic moment, but he was portrayed sympathetic, that's more like Killer Croc from the comics, I just hope in near future he will appear in a proper Batman film. Jared Leto's Joker.....definitely not a good Joker. I mean what's with him with the gangster theme? And why they made him cringer? I don't know, but In my opinion, like you said we got two great Jokers, and It doesn't really matter if they treated him dirty. In conclusion, I think the DCEU did the characters fine, but not as completely good, especially with their movies, I mean they dicided to get money fast for making all the outcoming films? They started with Man of Steel, should they have a Batman with Ben Affleck? And then have the whole crossover? They would work more. In Conclusion, the Suicide Squad is fine, but for not for the DCEU, I just wished some characters would've done better in so, but the actors and actresss tried their best, in my opinion, that's all that counts. Will Smith's Deadshot 8/10, Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn 9/10, Killer Croc 6/10, just still want a Batman film with him in. Jared Leto's Joker, 2/10, definitely the worst Joker, in my opinion. Thank you for reviewing the Bat Rogues of the Suicide Squad movie, it's a shame you haven't done the whole team, but I get it, it's all about the Rogues of Batman, and it's your channel after all. Have a good day and I will see you in the next video. Bye!!!
The Mezco Two-Face figure with the Capullo design would be amazing
Gotham City Sirens is an amazing and interesting Comic Book Storyline in Comic Book History. The series features three of Batman's female villains who join forces with each other, and go on various adventures in Gotham City. The trio is so great, I'm not really big on them though, but are still worth a great team. Catwoman is the responsible one of the three that she wants them safe as a caring mother of the group. Poison Ivy is the more unliked character in the group who mainly focuses on plant life, and ending human civilization, even turning her back against the other two. Harley Quinn is mainly the dim-witted, joyful and funniest member, who wants to band with Selina and Ivy, to make sure they don't split up, even though if Joker wants her to turn to his side. I must say this comic series is so interesting and great, this has a lot of great plot from beginning to end, and I really like how three of the Dark Knight's female rogues got their own titled, I don't know why they are called the Gotham City Sirens though, is is maybe of them protecting of the law, or maybe of a siren on any types of vehicles like ambulances, police cars or fire trucks. This a great story, I'd wish they made another comic trio, I know you said Riddler, Two Face and Penguin, which is good, but I was thinking more of Joker, Bane and Scarecrow, the Gotham Terrorists, that would be a cool series. If I would rank Gotham City Sirens, I would say a 9/10, it is a great series for people who are fans of the single characters or three of them together. My favorite out of the sirens is Harley Quinn of course, do you have a favorite? Let me know in the comments. Thank you for reviewing Gotham City Sirens, there is also a series called Gotham Girls, maybe that was based off the comics. Have a good day and bye for now.
Frank Gorshin is THE Riddler!!
He was kind of a joke, although from what I know, he's supposed to know magic as well, which helps a lot and makes him potentially dangerous. They have at least made him generally more unsettling and ruthless than before, which I think is a step up at least, and he could potentially be one of the creepiest Batman villains out there.
Batman : Lovers and Madmen is a very interesting comic book storyline. I really think this a great origin for Batman's iconic villain the Joker. However, this is basically a slight replica of the Killing Joke, but I still find it very interesting for a different take on Joker. Sometimes writers can't really give an origin of Batman's iconic rogue, because Joker to me is a mysterious killing clown with a twisted sense of humor, which I perfer, but seeing someone who just wants to gleam in the spotlight that's a little bit good. I feel like this may not stand great, but is still a magnifcent story. They might have also taken parts from Batman 1989, but it still comes as good as it gets. I think the artwork it fine, it's not as great as you said, but I still think this is still cool. If I would rank Lovers and Madmen, I say a 8/10, still a great Joker story for people who really love Joker. Thank you for reviewing Batman : Lovers and Madmen aka Joker's origin, and I will see you in the next video. Have a good day and bye for now.
manages to out act every one of the cast with a childs bicycle seat strapped to his face..
Talia Al Ghul (Marion Cotillard) is one of the worst Batman villain portrayals in Cinematic Histroy. I just don't know what was Nolan thinking, I feel like he wanted put in extra characters put names instead of characters from comics. I don't know why Talia or Miranda Tate is considered as supprtive characte, despite her real origin unlike Bane had. If I would rank Marion Cotillard's Talia, I'd say a 4/10, yeah, but she still did a great preformance. Thank you for reviewing Marion Cotillard's Talia Al Ghul, I am glad the series is finished, but there are two episodes I need to watch for the movie rogues, and I must say Hollywood did a mid or making Batman live action villains great, some good and some bad. I hope they improve on more characters in the near future. Have a good day and I will see you in the next video Bye!
At 30000 feet your heart will FREEZE! IT WILL BEAT NO MORE!
Jared Leto's Joker is the best of all who played the character.
sure, if you are a simpleton
@@howdareyouexist You're living in the past.
0/10 quiz, I did not get Condiment King.
Catwoman or Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway) is one the best Batman villain portrayals in Cinematic History. I think Hathaway had a great take on the character of Catwoman, although there are some lacks of the character, this version of Selina Kyle is definitely fantastic. She is a lot different from Michelle Pfeifer's Catwoman from Batman Returns, Pfeifer's Selina was a cat theif yes, but also switch of two personalities, while Hathaway's Catwoman is a Cat Burglar, but becomes a partner of Bruce Wayne aka Batman to stop Bane and the League of Shadows from destroying Gotham City. Nolan had a different take without any cat themed stuff like you said, but it would've been cool if she had a wip, but I understand, he craves for realism in his Batman films. I like the design, it looks outlandish, but I still think it looks great. If I would rank Hathaway's Catwoman, I'd say an 8/10, she really deserves credit like Tom Hardy did with Bane in TDKR. Thank you for reviewing Anne Hathaway's Catwoman, and I will see you with the last rogue Talia Al Ghul. Have a good day and bye for now.
Stay awhile and listen...
Bane (Tom Hardy) is one of the best Portrayls of Batman Villains in Cinematic History. In my opinion, this is one the best versions of Bane outside of comics. Tom Hardy did a great job portraying the character in the third Dark Knight film, however, I may agree, the connection to the League of Shadows doesn't clearly make sense, like if Bane was going to take Gotham, why would he have Talia and the league of Shadows be his main accomplish? I really like how Bane is intimidating in the film, just like in the comics, Hardy said he'd had to work out and eat pizza to become very strong as Bane, If any could do somethings like that, it's Tom Hardy. I even love the design, especially the mask he wears. If I would rank Tom Hardy's Bane, I'd say a 9/10, he still up there with Liam Neeson's Ra's Al Ghul and Heath Ledger's Joker. Thank you for reviewing Tom Hardy's Bane, and I will see you in the next video with Anne Hathaway's Catwoman. Have a good day and bye for now. "You think darkness is your ally. You nearly adoped the Dark. I was born in it. Molded by it. I never saw the light til I was human, but soon drove me to blindness!"
Two Face (Aaron Eckhart) is one of the best Batman Villain Portrayals in Cinematic History. I am glad that Nolan put Harvey Dent aka Two Face in a serious condition of state, unlike Tommy Lee Jones's from Batman Forever. I really like how Dent is portrayed in the film, I'd like his transformation into the hideous Two Face who believes in chance and order in Gotham City, after what Joker did to him. I'd wish Two Face would've been a main villain of the film, because he had a short amount of screen time unlike Heath Ledger's Joker. I'd wished they made a Dark Knight four movie that it could bring Aaron as Two Face, maybe could bring another rogue like Mr. Freeze. Yeah, I'd wished Freeze was casted in this movie, Nolan would have him do great. I think Eckhart nailed it perfectly in the movie, he shall always be the definitive Harvey Dent. If I would rank Eckhart's Two Face, I would say a 8/10, I still think he was a good Two Face. Thank you for reviewing Aaron Eckhart's Two Face, and I will see you in the next video with Tom Hardy's Bane. Have a good day and bye for now.
Joker (Heath Ledger) is one of the most iconic Batman villain portrayals in cinematic history. I really like this Joker, he is an anarchist of viewing society as a complete humorous joke, and how it would've been if any of us would be without a leader or God around for us. Heath did a fantastic job portraying Joker before his death which was the same year the film was released, that's very sad, I'd wished he has stay alived after the film's release. Joker did got a little bit of an origin of his dark past of his family trauma that really brings up on a character, but he is not sympathetic, a complete Agent of Chaos. I really like Heath's preformance, he is not like Jack Nicholson's Joker, he's more an over viewer on society and a complete monster of rules being unhinged to everyone's personality, he has great scenes and quotes. I even like his design, it's not colorful, but I know, It's Nolan's depiction of the character, and I really love it. If I would rank Heath Ledger's Joker, a total 10/10, definitely the most iconic Joker in my opinion. Thank you for reviewing Heath Ledger's Joker, and I will see you in the next video with Arron Eckhart's Two Face. Have a good day and bye for now. "Why So Serious?!!!"
Batman : The Curious Case of the Catwoman's Coincidences is one of the most interesting comic book stories. I was very looking forward into this story, because on one part I don't really like Catwoman (Which you might know of course) but two that it has 1970s comic art. I do find this comic interesting of Catwoman being returned a full on villain and wearing her original costume from the golden age comics. I always perfer Selina in the rogues gallery of Batman, I don't really like she is a current antihero by fans. I mean, Catwoman is a double crosser and a cat burglar, and follows her own way in Gotham City, like Red Hood after his resurrection. I still place Catwoman on the rogues side, sure Batman tries to reform her, but in times you might never know when she is going to pull her wip on people's backs. If I would rank this comic, I'd go for an 8/10, It's still great for fans of Catwoman or a Batman villain fan. Thank you for reviewing Batman : The Curious Case of the Catwoman's Concidences, and I will see you in the next video. Have a good day and bye for now.

I have watched this everyday for the past two weeks.
They’re grotesque because they’re hideously evil and thoroughly grotesque as human beings
