@@1408alejandro1408 Thanks :) This fight was done without speed boost so it took a bit longer than it would normally. Definitely bring cane and if possible mag, but if you're rushing ruins thule club and mag is fine too. One more tip I suggest if you want to shorten the fight is to kite him in the zig-zag manner. For example if you go down/up to dodge, next time dodge left/right, and then up/down again. This way he will not run away but will instead attack immediately again allowing you to make him vulnerable faster. Also during his vulnerable phase you can equip marble suit or wigfrid's commander helmet which will allow you to just hit him until he recovers and when he does and he hits you, you will not be knocked down and vulnerable so you can just continue dodging like before. Probably unnecessary tips but I wanted to share it in case you want easier time with him.

@moat_n_coat I can tell you I'm NOT rushing the ruins hehe, I kind of prioritize setting up a base first before attempting the bosses, thanks for the extra info, I've never fought him solo, and in the videos I watched people had end game gear and skill tree, which makes them useless (if I'm having issues with NWP I'm definitely not beating AFW or CC before for their loot) didn't know about the marble suit strat, I'll try and let you know, my mag is my most precious possession so hopefully I can zig zag, although you make it look soooo easy ૮(˶╥︿╥)ა I just REALLY want W.O.B.B.O.T I NEED HIM. I want that Roomba in my base soooo bad is not even funny. But in all honesty a great video, thanks for your time

@@moat_n_coat I DID IT, ohhhh I almost didn't make it, I thought I over prepared, but I ended up using almost everything, he kept lurking and healing, and regrettably my mag broke during the fight, It didn't quite clicked how to do the zig zag properly until the very last bit, and I did end up using the marble suit to tank the last 300hp so he would just ██████╗░██╗███████╗ ██╔══██╗██║██╔════╝ ██║░░██║██║█████╗░░ ██║░░██║██║██╔══╝░░ ██████╔╝██║███████╗ ╚═════╝░╚═╝╚══════╝ But I wouldn't even have had a chance without watching your video so thanks 🙏 now I just need to kill him in the junk pile

@@WisławaCzarnkowska Dodging first hit can be tricky since when he's full HP he doesn't try to attack you nearly as much. One sidestep and quick hit should do the trick. After that you wait for him to go after you and do the sidestep to avoid the hit. If he starts walking again, you want to approach him and sidestep when you're close enough. It's mostly about practice but once you get the hang of it the fight is pretty straightforward

@@shawnpauling3008 Apparently hutch acts like a player in worm's stomach so he will never die to digestion attack. And his passive 22.5 HP regen every 3 seconds is the reason he survived couple of spike collision damage from the worm.

For ickers? Personally I wouldn't bother because they just give nightmare fuel. It's not bad to learn animation canceling if you want to kill faster/more efficiently in general, I just refuse to perform it.

@@demihau Majority of other boss fighting videos already have boss health bar so I don't see a reason to use it. Also knowing how much HP boss has allows me to do stuff that I otherwise wouldn't be able to do. I feel like if someone wants to see boss bar in the fight they can go watch literally any other video

​@@moat_n_coatthere are apparently mods that add the bossbar to the recording of the game, but otherwise it is hidden to the player. Still though, bossbar makes the game significantly easier and it is 100% a major cheat when playing the game. I mean, there are definitely aspects of Don't Starve where it seems ridiculous when certain information is hidden, but enemy health being hidden is 100% by design.

I can imagine... Though I encourage trying something new :)

Reaper drains sanity when equipped. A bit of practice since later in the video I use dark sword to fight which drains a lot of sanity.

Iridescent CK is probably the hardest challenge I've done so far, but the fight was a unique experience like no other.

Almost 4 months in total.

@@alejotassile6441 For this fight you need 7 boats with 8 shell bumpers per boat (Making it total of 56 bumpers) placed around CK with 3 magnets and beacons for each (Making it 21 magnet and 21 beacon). Make sure you place boats around CK as evenly as possible meaning avoid having some boats hugging him and others having solid distance (before trying to coordinate them with the oar protect them with bumpers to avoid making leaks in boats). After that put 3 magnets and 3 beacons on each boat and pair them. Then pick direction: clockwise or counter-clockwise. From there you pick beacons from one boat, drop them on the next one, pick beacons from that boat, drop them on the next one... Rinse and repeat until they all start spinning indefinitely (you may wanna practice that and bring lazy explorer to minimize the chances of setup being uneven).

One thing I forgot to say is since this was done in spring, putting lightning rods on 2 boats that are across eachother is recommended so that entire setup is protected from lightning strikes.

@@Boomergenerico123 Each gem buffs a unique ability, and iridescent gem is the one that buffs every single ability at once making iridescent crab king the hardest one to fight.

But he has 3 times the cannon towers making shots more likely to land and apart from that his healing per rock is whopping 1275 HP (and if you watched the full fight you will see that it's impossible to prevent crab king from healing completely so that's fun)

@@Boomergenerico123 Crab king is like Klaus: You can make the fight harder if you wish to do so, but you get nothing in return.

That's because before he wasn't balanced and now he is.

@@moat_n_coat He was never supposed to be fought with 9 pearls (you literally have to spawn them in), so I think him being impossible with it was fine tbh.

@@HumanoidDerpling There's actually a glitch where you can drown pearl to reset her quest line which allows you to get multiple pearls. That being said however, it is a glitch after all and not the intentional design unlike the iridescent crab king so for that reason I don't think 9 pearl CK is something I'd like to pursue.
