I'm really impressed, you fought so well against Bearger and Deerclops, which were beautiful fights to watch, but I really fell in love with Bearger, your dodges are incredible in this fight, and you were the only person I saw outside the common pattern in the these fights, since most just wait for the moment of stunn. I can also see from the description that you changed your opinion about the new Bosses, I'm glad you liked them lol 😁
Don't get me wrong, I really like new bosses and while they are engaging, they are pretty simple to learn. I still feel like varg is annoying without cheese however... I'm not a big fan of non 1v1 fights.
When it comes to bearger, it would be ideal to stun him, however with no speed boosting items, you can't consistently stun him unless you're perfect with distancing from ground pound and quick enough to go in and punish, which doesn't happen that often, so stun is more or less a nice treat instead of fighting style, at least when it comes to no speed buffs fight. Deerclops however is pretty simple fight with fire staff :D
@@moat_n_coat Yeah, the new bosses tbh were only a little scary in their presentation when we still didn't know about their Stunn method, but after that everything became so easy, and the varg fight really was always a bummer, but you know, with the right character he becomes child's play
@@moat_n_coat Even though they gave deerclops a ''nerf'' I really liked the new way it looked, it made the fight more interesting and I always laugh at the butt blow that the bearger tries to hit us with lol is cute
@@ameslarii You know, watching you beat varg as Willow with Bernie truly was controversial but fun at the same time. Besides, I'm not gonna stop fellow Willow enjoyers from crushing bosses. Keep going king, and don't starve!
On account of the intro the Bearger segment had to be my favorite, both because the original clip is hilarious and Bearger is my favorite Seasonal and Lunar Boss. Stellar work kicking the seven shades of shite out of them lad.
Well done! I wonder if "bait" method is an intended way by Klei to kill Varg. Because without it, it seems much harder that other two. Maybe a player should hire pigs or play with friends against it?
The way I used to get rid of varg in my earlier days was to lead him to deerclops or pretty much any stronger boss or AOE boss. Unless you play Wendy, you'll definitely need some kind of help, either friend or pigs as you said. Still I prefer bait method since it's clean and consistent fighting after hounds get distracted by bait pen. The only issue is disposing of hounds after killing varg but that shouldn't be a huge deal.
As a wigfrid main, i enjoy stunning the Varg with the Charged Elding Spear, and then utilizing its ability to take out large groups of hounds, bonus points if i can freeze groups with a well placed ice hound. Its very difficult and chaotic, but doable. Maybe not the best strategically, but its definitely fun :)
Geniune question: Why do You switch between Reaper and Hambat, since You don't use it at all? Is it some kind of technique or just an additional challange You gave Yourself?
Moleworm method against deerclops was insane

That intro was phenomenal

ive found the best way of disposing the varg is using a beefalo herd
@@lenship2 Special hounds make me think twice before doing so but beefalos can work if in big enough numbers

Very cool intro!
Thanks bro!
1:00 Using the gloomerang you now can do this no hit
@@Domegraton If only one existed when I made the video :P
nice han bat and willow
you dont even need them
I usually make varg fight something much stronger and it works too

pog gaming
Thanks bro
imagene being an eldrich giant and dying because some stupid worm you can barely see ate black dust and it exploded
Is there a reason for holding the ham bat like its a walking cane or do you just use it to stay in practice?
In some fights I use dark sword so I do it to lower sanity drain I suffer by holding a dark sword.
Other than that I just do it for practice yeah.
Geniune question: Why do You switch between Reaper and Hambat, since You don't use it at all? Is it some kind of technique or just an additional challange You gave Yourself?
Reaper drains sanity when equipped.
A bit of practice since later in the video I use dark sword to fight which drains a lot of sanity.
"the only and correct way to fight every boss in this game is by using Woodie's treeguards"
- Said a lazy Woodie main like me
Meanwhile beequeen be like: Right...
Is there any reason why you run so far with the varg?
It is to avoid his hounds aggroing on me.
Basically to ensure fight is 1v1.
Yes it's very cheesy.
No I don't feel bad for doing it.
:O
