You need to do it at least twice for 2 restrained statics that are required to spawn Celestial champion. Edit:I forgot to include incomplete experiment recipe which requires one static so actually you have to do it 3 times. But by now you have probably figured that out.

Also bring actual weapon in case moon storm spawns in biome like swamp or dfly desert where you have hounds.

During moon storm, birds aren t actual problem. Actual problem is waggstaff who picks worst places for catching storm.
That is true.
Once he chose to build static in middle of the swamp...
One time he started catching storm in middle of angry bees set piece, i think there is no worse place

@@scorn9727 I once had wagstaff pick swamp, hounds attacked and because I was doing this in winter game decided to start freezing me to top it all off
