Great insight. Thanks! I’ve found that even fishing community holes from the bank that gets ton of pressure you can find/catch fish and bigger fish by throwing where no one else is throwing because they are “lazy” or don’t want to lose there lure. Throw in that lay down, instead of beside it. Throw in that brush not around it. Also, go when the usuals, wouldn’t. Not just when they aren’t there, but when they woulda’t be there. Like in the rain or at night. Caught a few giants, relatively speaking 4-6lbs, last fall at night, on top, in places you’d laugh at during the daytime or is usually pickeralville. The BIGS cruise the shoreline at night picking off the baifish. Especially, in the fall. I’ve done best throwing as close to the shore as can. And you can do this on the really accessible over pressured spots that are easily accessible in the dark. Just my 2¢.
