Супер! Очень красиво
Dang you got it figured out
Maravilloso! El color me gusta! 😊
All of the desert used to look like this before humanity fucked it up. Really sad.
Going on the spirit walk
Not the kind of walk you think 😅
Absolutely gorgeous 🥰 Thanks for sharing, I love your vídeos❤❤❤
Love it
Thank you for sharing this amazing journey with us. I love watching these videos and seeing these amazing cacti species
Beautiful!
Thanks
🎉 beautiful place and plants! How often it rains in a rain season?
Thanks for putting this video. I get so much inspiration from your videos for staging my cacti and choosing rocks
Beautiful harmony of cacti at 7:01
Thank you for letting us tag along on this tour. Beautiful cacti and succulents! And as usual, an amazing video. I enjoyed it.
Beautiful nature...She is very smart.
6:40 Now *that's* what you call living in harmony! 💚🌵 This video melted my heart.. just beautiful! Thank you, Manuel..
Truely magnificent!
Such an awesome video!
Awe, look at the beautiful little family at 6:37.
good vibes BraDaH
Thank you for sharing your beautiful footage and experience. Hopefully all these environments and nature are preserved for better good.
Makes you think how many other places would look like this - thriving colonies everywhere - if they'd been able to remain untouched and not interfered with. How utterly amazing is this site! Thank you for 'taking me to see' these beautiful places I'd never get to see otherwise.
Genial!!! Cómo siempre, disfruto de cada planta, del paisaje, de las imagenes, de tu explicación, de cada detalle. Un abrazo fraterno y CACTUCERO desde Holguín Cuba 🌵🤝
is it ok to take seeds ? (seed pods, fruits, etc)
Good question! 🤔
It’s best not to take anything since it only takes a few people taking seed before the ecosystem is unable to regenerate. These are easily found in cultivation ❤
Good video. Thank you for sharing those beautiful cacti
Amazing! 💚
It’s the immediate shock of environment and the lack of quality care from a Sulenter (succulent planter).
😍😍😍😍😍
Is the top stones dressing or part of the substrate if so wat kind of stones
It’s the soil I use: www.eastcoastcamanchaca.com/shop/p/northamericancactussoil
@@RareCactus Thanks for the link but I’m based in South Africa 😅
Get that water retaining gravel off the top of your root ball top dressing gravel actually acts as a mulch that's probably the main cause of cactus rotting out is filling the pot all the way up to the top potted plants 101 says never fill the pot all the way up to the top if you can see your soil dry without the gravel in the way you'll know when it's time to water
Thank you but that’s not gravel, and it does not retain moisture 😅
Dude I really love your videos! Such passion and professionalism too! WELL DONE! I must add that you're one sexy dude to boot. lol :P
smelly?
Yes it was just a joke 😅
Nice. I want one for my collection. I'm a new cactus hobbyist. Check out my latest cacti.
Perfection and a in the eye of the beholder.
They always remind me of the "marshmellows"that come in Lucky Charms.
magically delicious
Fire song
How often do you like to water them then? I heard giving them a dry period over august helps as well.
I heard people said that water from above enhanced their colors
That’s interesting 🤔 I think it’s the sun that gives them color but do think watering from above every once in a while is also beneficial. It’s just that in some cases (high humidity or indoor growing) it’s best to water from below most times to avoid fungal infection.

How often do you feed w rain water?
🌵🌵🌵👍👏🙋♀️
Beautiful , but , will this make a lot more poacher coming to take it ??? Like the way some Asian took 600k worth of succulent on the west cost ?
If they can find them in the desert, my video had nothing to do with it. As all locations are closely guarded. But if I don’t make this video, all the people like you who won’t do any poaching can’t see them either.
I'm really proud to know there's still people, like you, that has the respect this our earth deserves. I'm falled in love with cacti just recently, and you and your contents made a great part of it! Respect! Riccardo from Sardinia,Italy
The best soil for cacti to grow at home is stone.
What is that column on the farthest left in the back? Is that a Coleocephalocereus Aureus!?!
I’ve never been able to ID that guy 😅
Dope
Thank you!
Even that _Selaginella_ is awesome to see. As others have said, I hope it remains safe. I’m from San Diego, California, and here we have a little "problem"-and also in Baja California+BC Sur-of Korean & Chinese visitors stealing millions if _Dudleya_ plants from the ocean cliffs. Some get caught. But others make thousands of $$ online. And _Dudleya_ don’t often transplant well, let alone ship well across the ocean. Apparently, the ones that survive shipping are being bred in Asia, so it’s not all bad. They’re just…not in California. Lol. I wish they’d just take seed pods.
If my cactus is wrinkly at the base and sort of flopping to one side but very firm, is it just dehydrated? I water a little bit 2 days ago with a squeeze bottle. Wondering when it'd swell back up. Also in South Florida
Hi Jose, what species and soil?
@@RareCactus Eriosyce villosa and Eriosyce crispa v. huascensis. I use 100% mineral too - perlite, turface, and poultry grit Thanks!
@@JoseGarcia-oc7dj keep it dry at least 2-3 weeks and see how it reacts. More moisture is rarely the solution even though it may seem like they are thirsty they may just be showing stress in which case being dry is best for them. Is it getting enough sun exposure?
@@RareCactus Thanks I'll do that! Yes! They get the most sun exposure, I have them next to astros so they get like 9-10 hr right now
I hate that they're always changing names on us... its like Notocactus. Now you want to call the genus Parodia?! What was wrong with Notocactus?
imagine how sad it would be if your name was removed from a plant
