Thanks for the tutorial, finally getting around to starting several seedlings! I'll be trying to grow some tp kk339, a. Retuses and lw tecolote soon! Also the seeds I got from East Coast Camanchaca, of course!
I have done similar but be aware they are really really slow to get any size. The accelerate after two years but those first two you are looking at little spikey peas. If you get into a cycle then it is not as bad and is really satisfying.
Excellent tutorial! I only missed d 1st bottom and last top level soil! But, nevertheless, a few of d seedlings hav survived. But I must say it's like watching a pot dat never boils!!? 😅😊
Cool video, I am growing some volunteer cactus that I found growing in my garden. Cactus seeds must have been mixed in with the wildflower seed mix I used this year! The only bad part is that I don't know what kind of cactus plants I'm growing! They are still small but I'm starting to notice the thorns developing. They look like they are going to be a species of those tall cactus.
Hi Manuel, I recently started watching your channel and really appreciate the care you put into your videos, especially your constant focus on conservation. I have been trying to grow cacti from seed since October of last year. I have a variety of seedlings at the moment that I'm not sure what to do next with. They are mostly 4-5 months old and still under humidity domes, the seedlings being about 3-5 mm across in size. Do you have any advice?
@@hiddenvoice27 hi! Welcome and thanks for watching. I do have some more advice in my other in-depth video on growing from seed here: ua-cam.com/video/0wDQTXB0HJo/v-deo.htmlsi=t1g7lAqvWDNsSy0m
