what about if you map out egr ?

Ok but maybe the wiring from the nox module to the sensor was broken from fatigue of constant movement between the exhaust pipe and body wiring clamps.

I have Nissan nv200 2010 model....I Changed First Injector, Starter motor, glow plugs, battery, diesel filter and glow plugs .....still does not start when u leave it for a 3 or 4 hours time.....any idea ???

I have 2012 Citroen relay / ducato/ boxer. Simular issues.. done much internet searching over the months and i discovered another guy found the brake switch was also the issue all along after replacing his ABS module to no good effect. I will check mine now. Thanks for point out where find it.

inside the intake manifold you are removing @12:00 is there another (a second) flap inline with the one mounted on the cooler? my idea is to try to clean the cooler dropping cleaning fuid down the intake manifold... but I have to actuate the flap with diagnose, or both if there are two...

did ever make a second video and find the route cause?

Because of these issues i never went back to owning a german car again, stick with the japs parts and labour are so much cheaper and no sensors etc

I was wondering, when you evacuated the system 11g of oil was also drained. Do you catch that I a separate container (that you can examine for swarf) or can it potentially be reused in the same or other car?

This is a fault from the factory Jag should get their house in order and do the right thing by their customer. Jag engineering redesigned the pipes due to this fault which in my mind is an admission of liability.

I got the same on my 2017 Audi A4 2.0 TDI Quattro 190 hp. This seems doable, but if I would like to do it myself, I would need a list of tools required. I don't have any tools. And maybe a instruction step by step to stripdown and back to build up to complete this task.

HI Mate- very good - please help me - i have 2016 c350e- please advise if we can stop the car from using battery after a certain percentage, as my car shows a glitch(knocking and manual gear shift stops) after the battery is too low.( hybrid battery)

I've got the same issue except mine isn't intermittent and I cannot clear the fault using my Autel maxisys ultra EV although I cannot test the HV pack as Autel don't have mg on their list....
