Was it a broken wire? I have a 2020 q3 no wipers check fuses fused was popped changed the fuse still no wipers

What gets me is that any garage could have found that with just a multi meter if you have no voltage on the lin its never going to work how do garages get away with it blows my mind
Most garages wouldn't have anyone who knows what Linbus is never mind how to test it. The simple fact is that good techs are hard to find.
