    Brother please don't remove this video from your channel I would be needing it again if I'll have any doubts during the actual workout sessions. Very thankful you shared this video, i always felt skeptical about the 3-set method & i know this 2-set method will really be much helpful for me because i am underweight for my height & i believe 3-set method was consuming (or sucking i should say) my calories inefficiently 😂. Thankyou so much 166cm, 95 kgs, you are the Man!!
