I promise you Ian, I will not disrespect having learn this information. I've been looking for a proggressive method to train and was ready to do whatever it takes. And finally your video helped me to ultimately figure out the best program for me. I agree I've also always felt that doing less is way more effective then getting exhausted in every training (Also tried a lot of programs) this is it. I have dip bar and pull up bar. I can only do 6 pull ups,16push ups and 11dips and can run 5km. I am 16 year old Indian boy. I will be in upper high school(11th) in april,2025. I want to get stronger amd athletic type, although i played badminton for 3 years and i am athletic but i leaving it due to prior reasons. Could you make a video on this topic,I want to target each and every muscle group. I don't want muscles but a strength and flexibility. Please make a video.., i want to join Indian Naval Academy.

I changed it a little bit because of some circumstances: So, I do 2 sets of weighted pull ups and 2 sets of weighted dips in one day, and I do all this stuff only once a week. Can I still getting stronger with it?

3 to 6 days for muscle recovery... Does that mean upper lower upper/lower upper lower 3 days a week/2 week long routine is the best option?
Can we do more exercises but still implement the 4 set Method ?? Eg : On Push Day : 4 sets of Dips + 4 sets of Pike Pushups On Pull Day : 4 sets of Pull Ups and 4 sets of Chinups. I'm asking cause for Push Day you only tell Pushups/Dips and for Pull Days you only tell Pull Ups.
