I love how for the most part, the entire gym let you to your workout and concentrated on theirs -- with only an exception of two or three... That's a fantastic gym environment to be in!
you know what motivates me the most? The fact that you're 1.88m tall. I'm around the same height and on top of that my legs are quite heavy cause I did lots of cycling the past years. All in all not the perfect conditions for doing calisthenics but I was always amazed by that kind of sport (and fitness level, imo it's wayy better than classic bodybuilding) so I'll keep going. Thank you for your content
There are some guys doing Calisthenics in my gym. They always motivate me to keep going with my training even if I'm still a bit weak.. But.. My results in the last month are so impressive. Never had a body like this before.. Cali is a total game changer for me...besides I love how much strong and flexible I feel.
Please never stop what you love to do, no matter what anyone might or might not say. Your high charisma level, positive energy and the high level of what you have been able to achieve is inspiration for anyone who wants to better themselves.
If we were in the same gym I would have deffo asked for advice on handstands. I struggle to maintain my balance point for more than 11 seconds. I thought it was strength issues but I can hold myself on the wall for 80 seconds with no difficulty.
would be cool to see a public workout video, not in the idea of a cali park but more of just walking down high street finding objects to train on to show how versatile this sport is
bro your're a legend, your muscle ups are unreal. i started calisthenics thanks to you and now i can do 5 muscle ups in a row. buy the way how many pull ups can you do?
Man I was collecting some money so I could get your premium plan soon haha just a day or two more and I’ll have it can’t wait. Also loved how the music started playing in the middle and you were like wait there’s more 🤣
5:02 Respect man, I remember the first time I saw someone (Chris Heria) doing a 90° full blanch push-up, I was absolutely impressed and still to this day, it is still impressive
bro i comment this video right now i tried to send a message on ig buy i cant. ijust want to now the music on the first clips the song no joking give me goosebups i needed for motivation i lose my old mid set pls can you tell me or send me the title or the freaquence btw you are motivate me so much i see you like a familiary on me keep be like this bro and never change 💪🏼⭐️
Can you make a video stretching? I want to learn how to stretch my wrists, shoulders and cores correctly cuz every time I train, my wrists force me to stop. I have seen many calisthenics stop because this.
I've been doing callisthenics for a steady 2 years. Just got my first ugly muscle up at 46. I'm 47 now. Still muscle up but only 3 ugly ones lol. People look at me. I can just imagine what you go through. Good vids bro.
I feel ppl in general don't actually know how hard it is to do those exercises, that's how they don't look that impressed sometimes lol it's so far from an "average dude capacity" that it's really hard to grasp. Also he makes it look so easy
If I had to choose between being able to lift a 100 kg dumbbell with one hand and being able to do calisthenics like a pro...I would choose calisthenics.
I live in wales and there is no calisthenic parks around where I live so I have to use little play parks to workout like I would do pull ups on the swings.
It's sad that people doesn't know these one of the most hardest calisthenics skills are the most underrated, based on what I've always witness in personal reaction Handstand is the overrated one, while Ian did 90 degree handstand push-up hope people tried it and experience how hard it is
I'm not interested in the calisthenics, I'm a girl, I do work out though but my goals are very different than yours but this motivates me soo much and also you are super cute hehe
Well, there aren’t many people watching, especially on the first part of the video. Two men were, later. Good job, though. Are you from Russia? At my gym, the pull-up bars aren’t high enough for me to do pull-ups. I would have to bend my knees practically at a 45° angle. The place (LA Fitness) is built for Smurfs.

Still he speaks of "scaring" them lol, actually nobody gives a shit its funny
@@VideoStyler09 Thank you! The whole video I'm thinkin, maybe 1 or 2 people out of the whole crowd even noticed you. Calm down 😄
@@VideoStyler09 ikr not like those videos that actually shows reaction
It would be fun if you went to do calisthenics to local parks where teens hang out. Like you did the live park thing
I will definitely make a video like this very soon👊🏼
@@Ian.barseagle Did u make it?

That is so motivating it’s crazy. Bro those 90 degrees handstand push ups are the best and most amazing looking calisthenics skill ever 🔥💪
They are no joke. And some do them weighted
The most impressive part is that you have a bodybuilder body but actual insane functional strength and not just aesthetics.

How’s it going?
Same, i want to be calisthenic but my leg are too big, 178cm with about 68cm thight and 45cm calves, for 83 kg bodyweight
KEEP making these Ian! They are so fun to watch and get me motivated too!

I love your videos Ian, keep doing what you do man!

You need to specifically work on your balance, stop doing it against the wall!
@@Ian.barseagle will give it a go
