Awesome vid bro! 1 thing tho. You are right that only 30 to 40 grams of protein can go to building muscle within a certain time range (varies per person), but it's not wasted as your body still uses it for energy so it will be digested :P

That's complete nonsense. The food lands in your colon all together anyway. Doesn't matter if you eat five meals a day or two. There's bodybuilders that eat only once a day. How does that work then?

A lot of the science and supplements really aren't needed if you eat right. There are many examples from the bronze of of bodybuilding that shows this.
I always thought serving big portions of meat only makes people hungrier but I didn't know the body actually discarded it.
Bro, how much protein do you eat in a day ? Just 120 grams per day ?
Take around 0.7/0.8g of protein per lb of bodyweight you have. So if you're 150lbs you eat 0.7-0.8 x 150 = 105-120g

Hahaha dont wordt happens to the best of us, I recommend Some beans and lentils in your diet high in carbs high in protein. And maybe switch the cottage cheese for like Some type of yoghurt( we have something here in the Netherlands called kwark en its 9 grams protein per 100 grams)
