      Hi man. My Name is Kaustav, I am from India. I am able to do only one muscle with strict form, 2 or 3 with bad for ( swing and kick) . I neither have enough money to go to to the gym nor any fancy equipment to do exercise. All I have is a pull ups bar in my Apartment and i do dips in tree branches (10 feet above the group). I wanna improve my muscle up number. Need your help . Hope this message finds you.

    I'm 47. I did my first sort of clean muscle up. The other day. It takes an enormous amount of strength. This guy is really strong.

      Holy fuck you did that at 47 im 14 just started training and i can only do 3 pull ups

      I’m 13 and I started pull ups 6 months ago now I’m more focused on strength but I remember one time I did 24 pull ups on the door
      Right now I can do +10 kg x 7 reps weighted pull ups

      But right now I do it one time every 2 days because I wasn’t progressing anymore so Rest day is important

    Hey Ian I’m a really big fan of you and was wondering when are you dropping another video or making a tutorial?It could be on anything but I would recommend a tutorial on muscle ups if you did make one. Also if you could make a video on what workout plan you used for muscle growth and strength that could include the sets and reps on pull ups and dips exercises that would be great not only for me but for many other beginners wanting to get stronger and bigger, Thank you for all the knowledge you have given me through your videos and hope you are even more successful in whatever you do and god bless you💪🏼

    Looks so easy from the couch, just use all your muscles, do it fast so that you glide over the bar, remember to grip it so that you don't fly into space. Easy really.
    When underneath the bar things change, when hanging from the bar things really change. I think gravity affects me more than this guy :)
    I'm working on pull-ups, there's zero risk of me flying off into space because I forgot to grip the bar.
