      It's quite the opposite. People who have it hard are very sensitive. If you're having a hard time then even a little more harder will feel 10 times harder than it should. People who have a easy life are insensitive, like they insult people with hard lives.
      But that's how people physically show it. Mentally and for themselves it's the opposite.

      It's not like this at all,i was born sensitive,it's my nature and life only give me pain after pain but i'm still here even if i know to be really sensitive,but being sensitive isn't at all just about cry easly,i'm not even crying anymore since a lot,it's a perception of life and The world differently

    • @jinkeezpasha2769
      @jinkeezpasha2769 2 місяці тому

      @arya6604 arya my friend that's bullshit.
      No ONE is born sensitive. Everyone is born with the same level of pain tolerance, and the more you experience pain the more the harder it becomes to make you feel pain, both emotionally and physically. And you just said it you don't cry as much u used to bc your tolerance increased.
      Hope that makes sense.

    What a gem!!! Happiness isn’t about feeling good it’s about NOT feeling bad. That’s exactly how I live my life. If things aren’t wrong, little to no problems, I’m good, don’t need anything else.

    I will tell you something more. Everybody talks about discipline and telling that you need to do that even without a motivation, but either they are clueless or don't want to give you the REAL KEY, that we, humans are bio machines and every moment and every second your hormones are going up and down and impacting on your actions. So it's almost impossible to do that without the thing Ian mentions 👆, creating your own motivation. And by that you actually affect on your hormonal background and bring yourself into a state where you are actually able do deal with the things.
    Kudos Ian

    • @AndyT-np8mm
      @AndyT-np8mm 6 місяців тому +2

      Yes, exactly. And Ian also made a good point about the fact that if you have (generate) the motivation, you will feel happy doing the training. He didn't say it, but it would seem to me this creates an upward spiral, with one feeding the other.

      I don't believe he was comparing the two or using one as a substitute, he mentions discipline is necessary to do the task, motivation for him just makes it more enjoyable. In my mind motivation and discipline are two sides of the same coin you have to have motivation to be disciplined (I'm not going to spend a life time balancing a book on the tip of a pen because there's no motivation for me to do that, the things I need discipline to do I do for a reason, its working towards a goal that I am motivated for) and you have to have discipline to act on that motivation

    • @arthurfleck629
      @arthurfleck629 6 місяців тому

      @@Level-Pro-MaxYes, but interestingly enough, it’s also discipline, when you make yourself do the things you don’t feel like doing, you’re practicing the skill of discipline.
      However, disciple will only work for extended periods of time, ideally an indefinite amount of time, if you have good intrinsic motivations which fuel that discipline, empowering it and allowing you to call upon it when you need it on days you don’t feel as capable and want to quit.

    Well said bro. I used my problems for strength. Within the year of 2022 my grandpa died when he fell and hit his head, 3 month later my aunt died from cancer and 6 month later my dad died from lung cancer. But this is one of those situations I talked about that you just “have no other option apart from moving on” so yeah, realise that this is something that happens with every single human being on the planet and try to move on and accept this, it’s life, nothing we can do about that unfortunately, stay strong brother🤝🏼

    Hey Ian, enjoy your videos, keeps my mind on the task at hand. Currently also training calisthenics and making solid progress. But i know knowledge is everything to be good at calisthenics.
    I have read this book about calisthenics 3 times, its called convict conditioning by (coach) paul wade. You should really read it, a lot of things you already know i bet but there is some killer wisdom in that book and no bullshit.
    Stay hard and always be hungry for more champion💪💪

    It's a very interesting topic thank you Ian but saying i can't get depressed because i have a strong mental is like saying i can't die because i have a good health.

    Thank you for this video, we are literally living in good times right now. You changed me with your videos for one year now. And the fact that you put your own progression infront of content creation is an excellent choice.
    Thank you for existing 🦾
