Strong moves for sure, but how about human flag things and clean horizontal full planche..? By the way the form of others moves like muscle up/fl looks clean and pretty
6ft 2 inches, with a ton of muscle mass and only 86kg that's remarkable, I am 5ft 10 inches and weight is 96kg with very low muscle mass ☹️.
You can do it brah! He worked very hard to get there but it's a good news : that means we can do it too.
Find some times in your weeks, keep working on a regular basis, don't push it to far at the beginning, ask questions to professionals, sleep well, eat healthy!!!

Do weighted pullups. After 3 months your muscle ups will be soooo much better trust me

I can do 25 push-ups easily but can't able to do even single pull-ups
do negative pull ups, rows, or wall pull ups. Hope this helps
