I'm INFP and my ex was ENTP. He had no empathy and I slowly started to turn into an INTP from being with him. His constant critique and criticism/debating kept forcing me to turn off my feelings. He would take my ideas and creativity and flaunt them around to his friends as if they were his own. He never credited me, never complimented me.... ENTPs are users. My advice is for kind hearted INFPs to stay far away from them.

Me an ENTP who taught to have found the love of my life (her an INFP) but in the end she didn’t felt a romantic feeling for me in the same I was feeling for her 💔 What a waste…our personality were perfect fitting together. 🧩 I’ve spent the whole summer pursuing her, I felt in love almost immediately with her for her unique way of communicating, her soft voice and sweet personality and I succeeded in the end. 🏆 We’ve spent incredibly intense months after that chatting and talking on the phone almost every day and night. 🥰 She was part of my life and i was her priority. 💞 After we finally met up, we spent a whole week together on vacation, everything was feeling smooth and natural. 🍃 But when we went back home she started acting distant and cold, I thought she was pushing me away but in the end she told me that in that week spent together she realised that she wasn’t feeling a romantic interest for me. ❤️‍🩹

I have a question, anyone who would like to chime in is more than welcome to do so: A few years back, this young woman contacted me for private music lessons. From the very first meeting in person i liked her a lot, but also i felt like something is "off". Her behaviour included: - Avoiding eye contact, almost always looking down - Sometimes acting like she is slightly bored or annoyed with me - Other times bursting out in loud laughter when i said something funny - Acting cool and cynical, poking fun at me in somewhat arrogant manner, but never being outright mean. - Being mostly monosylabic over text, most often responding after several hours (our texting was strictly bussines related) - Putting on a frown all of a sudden - One time we ran into each other on the street, i said something along the lines of "hi, how are you?" and she just stood there looking like a deer caught in headlights, making some awkward hand gestures. It looked like she was embarassed of me in public. Few minutes after i said "ok, bye, see ya" she texted me saying "sorry, i didn't recognize you right away". This happened after she was a regular student of mine for 11 months.... I was fairly confused, because it looked like she was not very fond of me, yet she came to the classes regularly, and the classes were 1 on 1, meaning her and i alone for an hour, every week. Because of all this i decided to stop giving her lessons, telling her that she is good enough to continue on her own. She agreed right away, but for the remaining few classes, she was visibly upset and sad, but she never said anything about it, she was just sad and mildly passive-agressive at times. Now, i know she is an introvert, she said it herself on several ocassions, don't know her personality type, i myself am an INFJ, judging by the tests i did. So the question - do these behaviours seem like the ones described in this video?

INFP and a Gemini here (June '89). Being a guy, I wouldn't care as much about facial features of a partner, but the rest of the video really checks out. I definitely like comedians across the board, but seem to lean more towards impromptu humor and especially PUNS. My celebrity crush would be Laura Bailey (harp sounds), and for a fictional character one I'd go with Felicity Smoak from Arrowverse, or Luna Lovegood from the Harry Potter franchise.

Hi, as an INFP too I can totally relate with your view and struggles. I am in my 30s and beginning to really care about my inferior Te function, even though it's still not fully developed. I've played stealth thieves before (I'm an INFP as well) but after some time I've found out that my favorite playstyle is brute shield and sword/axe heavy armor warrior with almost non use of magic (using only healing spells). I tend to choose races that are not inclined to warrior playstyle like Wood Elf or Breton, and I try to make a very lawful good character, avoiding stealing and being combative to any character I judge mean, like racist characters, assassins, etc

I'm ENFJ and I dated an INFP last year. He'd had a crush on me for years and after we finally got together it only took 2 months for him to destroy my heart. I thought he truly cared about me but he didn't even care to get to know me. Instead he tried to mold me into who he wanted me to be This idea of having a relationship in your head and building that person up into someone they aren't is so toxic. The other person can never live up to that standard and then y'all make it out like it's their fault instead of getting to know and appreciate the complex and unique human that they actually are I'm stearing clear of INFP's for now. I'm an extremely giving and loving person and I get to know people and want to have a real, genuine, deep connection and committed relationship based on who we actually are not on some fantasy that only one person has access to

Also chemistry a big factor for me personally as an infp. If you dont feel that spark when you engage with someone then it probably isnt worth the time. If there is no attraction or wanting to know that person because something about them is magnetising then best to move on. Especially for infps as we tend to make a lasting bond with whomever we want to spend time with ❤

I would recommend cs joseph on infps. I know a lot of infps wont like this guy but just listen to what he has to say and reflect later. And only take from him his channel what you can apply to your life as he is very much an alpha and so has a very male minded view on topics and i know that sounded way sexist than i intended. Most of his content is solid though and while i dont agree with some of his ideology i do agree with the facts and a lot of people dont like him because he points these out. As an infp female in particular he will say things that touch the nerve and expose us as infps. He has really helped and confirmed a lot of what i know about myself but dont want to admit. He can help drag us from our cocoons and encourage the change we need in order to grow. 😊 but you really have to develop that thick skin and be objective and think about what he is saying without instantly thinking this guy just hates us. 😊😊😊 would highly recommend his channel for romance, friendships, and how to be the best infp you can be 😊 ❤❤❤much luv to all infps...we sensitive souls ❤

The sound hook up sounds like me running as far away from that as possible. Way to casual. Im an emptional person so just having something so intimate with someone so casually just sounds really bad too me... I must be an infp lmao 😊 but seriously i was at a point in my life where i had pushed past my boundaries of sociallizing, got a traineeship, hung with other people not just through the television screen or book, and had confidence in interacting with people better if not still a little awkward. I learnt to not be ashamed of who i am and if someone gets me they get me if not hey im used to it. And it was in that time of change that i found what i wasnt really actively looking for but wanted and that was a relationship. I played hard to get of course and tried to pretend his advances werent being validated but gave enough to keep him interested. Still together and he is an istp ❤ my advice for infps from personal experience is be at your best and work on your weaknesses and fears and in the process you will find people attracted to you. Dont look for love love yourself first and the rest will follow. 😊😊

What if an infp says "Love you ❤" and you say it back and then suddenly they start acting as if they never said that and even somewhere hope you totally forget about that they ever did. On the other end you totally fell for them without realizing it really and it becomes kinda confusing but you really want them to be your partner.

I wish a psychologist could have explained this to me as well as you have. I have all anxieties but compared to where I was i have evolved and still am hopefully...I didn't leave home till I was 23 and still struggle as a single mother as I'm forced to be social, organised and consistent. All uncomfortable new things for me and don't get me started on phone calls. I avoid them like used to do school 😂

I'm finding getting into the moment helps. What Ur feeling seeing hearing touching instead of being locked in Ur head but it takes dedication and consistency. Two things I'm really bad at.
